Reynoso.

Inmate # 073-062-807, and the condition of the health of his father Pedro
Aquino Garcia, identification card # 088-000210-9 appeal to your good heart
and that you adore the facilities to my father so he can see my grandfather alive
because of his condition and the conditions are not very good and the doctors
do not give much hope.

I, appeals to you for humanity, and to grant him with the permit to be send him
to Monte Plata, Dominican Republic.
