REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2006-135

AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING SECTION 3, PAR. (H) OF
REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2005-178 KNOWN AS "AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 415, SERIES OF 1993 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS
'AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A NIGHT MARKET IN THE CITY OF
/LO/LO"'

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of lloilo, that:

Section 1. - Section 3, paragraph (h) of Regulation Ordinance No. 2005-178 known as

"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 415, SERIES OF 1993 OTHERWISE KNOWN
AS 'AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A NIGHT MARKET IN THE CITY OF /LO/LO'", is hereby
suspended, which states:

"h. for the purpose of the night market, the designated streets are hereby
closed to vehicular traffic from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m."

Section 2. - All other provisions of Regulation Ordinance No. 2005- 178 shall remain in
full force and effect.

Section 3. - This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
