1. Last day of submission of Application for the Overload, Overlab, and Simultaneous to
the Department is on June 2, 2017(Friday).

2. Last day of submission of the Departments processed application to the College is on

June 7, 2017(Wednesday) until 12:00NN ONLY. Late papers will not be accepted.

3. Last day of releasing of the Colleges processed application to the department for the
endorsement to the Registrars Office is on June __, 2017(__________).

4. Please be reminded that the students concern regarding their application shall be coursed
to their respective department.
