Narrative report

To forward report to OMB 15 days upon completion of the evaluation

o No Documents

Accountant + SA/ATL to execute a sworn certification

o Status Report to be included in IPCR/DPCR/OPCR/SPCR

o Ascom to monitor non-compliance. Reports directly to the Chairman.
