Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der Montage und der ersten Benutzung aufmerksam durch. Sie erhalten
wichtige Hinweise fr Ihre Sicherheit sowie den Gebrauch und die Wartung des Laufbandes . Bewahren Sie diese
Anleitung zur Information bzw. fr Wartungsarbeiten oder Ersatzteilbestellungen sorgfltig auf.

Alle KETTLER-Produkte werden nach dem aktuellen Stand der Sicherheitsv orschrif ten konstruiert und unter einer
stndigen Qualittsberwachung gef ertigt. Die hieraus gewonnenen Erkenntnisse lassen wir in unsere Entwicklung

Zu Ihrer Sicherheit
Das Lauf band darf nur f r seinen
bestimmungsgemen
Zweck v erwendet werden, d. h. f r das Lauf - und
Gehtraining erwachsener Personen.
Das Gert ist nicht f r die gewerbliche Nutzung
v orgesehen. Jegliche andere Verwendung ist unzulssig
und mglicherweise gef hrlich. Der Hersteller kann nicht
f r Schden v erantwortlich gemacht werden, die durch
einen nicht bestimmungsgemen Gebrauch v erursacht
wurden.
Beschdigte Bauteile knnen Ihre Sicherheit und die
Lebensdauer des Gertes beeintrchtigen. Entziehen Sie
deshalb das Gert bis zur Instandsetzung der Benutzung
und v erwenden Sie im Bedarf sf all nur Original KETTLER-
Ersatzteile.
Das Lauf band entspricht den v orgeschriebenen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Durch unsachgeme
Reparaturen und bauliche Vernderungen (Demontage von
Originalteilen, Anbau v on nicht zulssigen Teilen, usw.)
knnen Gef ahren f r den Benutzer entstehen.
Das Lauf band mu auf einem f esten, ebenen
Untergrund auf gestellt werden. Achten Sie unbedingt
darauf , da das Elektrokabel nicht eingeklemmt oder zur
Stolperf alle wird.
Achten Sie auch darauf, da der Raum unter dem
Laufband freigehalten wird und sich niemals z. B.
Gegenstnde oder Haustiere unter dem Gert
befinden!
Fassen Sie unter gar keinen Umstnden mit den
Hnden an das sich bewegende Endlosband. Auch drfen
sich keine Gegenstnde in der Nhe des Bandes oder der
Lauf rollen bef inden, die eingezogen werden knnten.
Verletzungsgefahr oder Beschdigung des
Laufbandes!
Das Lauf band ist nicht f r Personen mit einem
Krpergewicht v on mehr als 120kg geeignet.
Bei der Auf stellung des Gertes ist ein
Sicherheitsbereich v on je 1m zur Seite und 2m nach hinten
zu wahren.
Das Gert bentigt eine Netzspannung v on 220-230 V,
50 Hz. Der Anschlu darf nur an einer mit 16 A einzeln
abgesicherten und geerdeten Schukosteckdose erf olgen.
Nehmen Sie niemals Eingriffe an Ihrem Stromnetz
selber vor, beauftragen Sie ggf. qualifiziertes
Fachpersonal!
Verwenden Sie keine Mehrf achsteckdosen zum
Anschlu! Bei Verwendung eines Verlngerungskabels
mu dieses den VDERichtlinien entsprechen.
Ziehen Sie nach Gebrauch immer den Netzstecker des
Gertes aus der Steckdose.
Zur Handhabung
Normen:
Das Gert entspricht der DIN EN 957-1/6, Klasse HC. Es
ist dementsprechend nicht f r den therapeutischen Einsatz
geeignet.
Stellen Sie sicher, da der Trainingsbetrieb nicht v or
der
ordnungsgemen Ausf hrung und berprf ung der ein Lauf band lassen, unterweisen Sie sie in der richtigen
Montage auf genommen wird.
Eine Verwendung des Gertes in Feuchtrumen nicht
gestattet. Achten Sie auch darauf, dass keine
Flssigkeiten (Getrnke, Schwei, usw.) auf Teile des
2 Schuhwerk (Sportschuhe).
Bei Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten mu das
Gert unbedingt spannungsfrei geschaltet werden
(Netzstecker ziehen)!
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass niemals Flssigkeit in
das Gerteinnere gelangt! Dies gilt auch fr
Krperschwei.
Reparaturen an elektrischen Teilen und Baugruppen
drf en nur v on qualif iziertem Fachpersonal durchgef hrt
werden!
Beachten Sie weiterhin die allgemeinen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen und-v orkehrungen f r den
Umgang mit elektrischen Gerten.
Beachten Sie auch unbedingt die Hinweise zur
Trainingsgestaltung in der Trainingsanleitung!
Das KETTLER Lauf band v erf gt zu Ihrer Sicherheit
ber eine Not-Stop-Vorrichtung. Befestigen Sie vor
Trainingsbeginn die Schnur des Sicherheitsschlssels
an Ihrer Kleidung. Falls das Laufband durch Abziehen
des Sicherheitsschlssels ausgeschaltet wurde,
stecken Sie ihn wieder auf. Ein automatischer
Wiederanlauf des Endlosbandes findet nicht statt.
Weitere Hinweise zur Handhabung der
Sicherheitsabschaltung f inden Sie in der
Bedienungsanleitung des Computers.
Eine unkontrollierte Benutzung des Lauf bandes durch
Dritte kann durch Abziehen und Verwahrung des
Sicherheitsschlssels v ermieden werden.
Im Notf all halten Sie sich mit beiden Hnden an den
Handluf en f est, und v erlassen das Band auf die seitlichen
Flchen der Seitenplattf ormen. Bettigen sie die Not-Stop-
Vorrichtung (Sicherheitsabschaltung).
Alle elektrischen Gerte senden beim Betrieb
elektromagnetische Strahlung aus. Achten Sie darauf ,
besonders strahlungsintensiv e Gerte (z. B. Handy s) nicht
in direkter Nhe des Cockpits oder der
Steuerungselektronik abzustellen, da sonst Anzeigewerte
v erf lscht werden knnten (z. B. Pulsmessung).
Alle hier nicht beschriebenen Eingriffe /
Manipulationen am Gert knnen eine Beschdigung
hervorrufen oder auch eine Gefhrdung der Person
bedeuten. Weitergehende Eingriffe sind nur vom
KETTLER-Service oder von KETTLER geschultem
Fachpersonal zulssig.
Um das konstruktiv v orgegebene Sicherheitsniv eau
dieses Gertes langf ristig garantieren zu knnen, sollte das
Gert regelmig v om Spezialisten (Fachhandel) geprf t
und gewartet werden (einmal im Jahr).
Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren
Fachhndler.
Gertes gelangen. Dies knnte zu Korrosionen fhren.
Das Lauf band ist als Trainingsgert f r Erwachsene
konzipiert und keinesf alls als Kinderspielgert geeignet.
Bedenken Sie, da durch das natrliche Spielbedrfnis und
Temperament v on Kindern of t unv orhergesehene
Situationen entstehen knnen. Falls Sie dennoch Kinder an
Benutzung des Gertes und beauf sichtigen Sie sie.
Tragen Sie bei der Benutzung des Lauf bands
geeignetes

Wichtige Hinweise
Machen Sie sich v or dem ersten Training auf dem
Lauf band mit allen Funktionen und Einstellmglichkeiten
des Gertes v ertraut.
Fhren Sie bei regelmigem Trainingsbetrieb in
angemessenen Abstnden Kontrollen aller Gerteteile,
insbesondere der Schrauben durch.
Zwischen Bodenbrett und Lauf band ist werksseitig ein
Gleitmittel auf getragen. Je nach Huf igkeit der Benutzung
mu dieses erneuert werden. Benutzen Sie daf r das
beiliegende hochwertige Silikonl (siehe Wartungshinweis).
Beobachten Sie beim Betrieb die Kantenbewegung des
Lauf bandes; weicht das Band seitlich ab, so ist eine
Nachjustierung erf orderlich (siehe Handhabung).
Zur Pflege und Wartung
Verwenden Sie zur Suberung und Pf lege
umweltf reundliche, keinesf alls aggressiv e oder tzende
Mittel.
Die elektrischen Teile und Baugruppen des Laufbandes
sind wartungsarm. Es besteht keine Veranlassung, in
diesen Teil des Gertes einzugreif en. Ausgenommen sind
Reparaturen oder Wartungschecks durch qualif iziertes
Fachpersonal.
Fr Ersatzteilbestellungen benutzen Sie bitte die
Ersatzteilstckliste. Geben Sie bei Ersatzteilbestellungen
bitte immer die v ollstndige Artikelnummer, die
Ersatzteilbestellnummer, die bentigte Stckzahl sowie die
Seriennummer des Gertes an.
Montagehinweise
Bitte prf en Sie, ob alle zum Lief erumf ang gehrenden
Teile v orhanden sind (s. Checkliste) und ob
Transportschden v orliegen. Sollte es Anla f r
Beanstandungen geben, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren
Fachhndler.
Sehen Sie sich die Zeichnungen in Ruhe an, und
montieren Sie das Gert entsprechend der Bilderf olge.
Innerhalb der einzelnen Abbildungen ist der Montageablauf
durch Grobuchstaben v orgegeben.
Beachten Sie, dass bei jeder Benutzung v on Werkzeug
und bei handwerklichen Ttigkeiten immer eine mgliche
Verletzungsgef ahr besteht. Gehen Sie daher sorgf ltig und
umsichtig bei der Montage des Gertes v or!
Sorgen Sie f r eine gef ahrenf reie Arbeitsumgebung,
lassen Sie z. B. kein Werkzeug umherliegen. Deponieren
Sie z. B. Verpackungsmaterial so, dass keine Gef ahren
dav on ausgehen kann. Bei Folien/Kunststof f tten fr Kinder
Erstickungsgefahr!
Handhabung
Bandjustierung:
Der Bandlauf wurde werksseitig justiert. Durch
v erschiedene Einf lsse, wie z. B. Transport, kann jedoch
eine Nachjustierung oder -straf f ung des Lauf bandes ntig
werden. Ziehen Sie dabei immer den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose!
Wandert das Band nach rechts, drehen Sie die rechte
Stellschraube mit dem beiliegenden Steckschlssel um
maximal eine Viertel Umdrehung im Uhrzeigersinn.
Stecken Sie das Netzkabel wieder ein und lassen Sie das
Band bei 4 km/h lauf en. Das Band sollte sich nun selbst in
eine zentrierte Position korrigieren. Ist dies nicht der Fall,
wiederholen Sie den Vorgang solange, bis das Band wieder
gerade luf t.
Weicht das Band nach links ab, drehen Sie die linke
Stellschraube mit dem beiliegenden Steckschlssel um
maximal eine Viertel Umdrehung im Uhrzeigersinn.
Stecken Sie das Netzkabel wieder ein und lassen Sie das
Band bei 4 km/h lauf en. Das Band sollte sich nun selbst in
eine zentrierte Position korrigieren. Ist dies nicht der Fall,
Je nach Beanspruchung und Belastung kann sich das
Endlosband mit der Zeit u. U. etwas lngen und
durchrutschen. Korrigieren Sie die Bandstraf f ung wie in
Handhabung beschrieben.
Lauftipp: Ein gerades Lauf en auf dem Lauf band wird
durch Fokussierung auf einen f est stehenden Gegenstand
v or Ihnen im Raum erleichtert. Lauf en Sie, als ob Sie auf
das Objekt zugehen wollten.
Wichtig: Bitte bewahren Sie den Sicherheitsschalter
sorgf ltig auf und v erhindern, dass Kinder an den
Sicherheitsschalter gelangen!

Wichtig: Zu v erschraubende Ersatzteile werden
grundstzlich ohne Verschraubungsmaterial berechnet und
gelief ert. Falls Bedarf an entsprechendem
Verschraubungsmaterial besteht, ist diese durch den
Zusatz mit Verschraubungsmaterial bei der
Ersatzteilbestellung anzugeben. Falls Sie nur das
komplette Verschraubungsmaterial bentigen, bestellen Sie
bitte Pos. 90 mit entsprechender Ersatzteilnummer.
Die Montage des Gertes mu sorgf ltig und v on einer
erwachsenen Person v orgenommen werden. Nehmen Sie
im Zweif elsf all die Hilf e einer weiteren, technisch begabten
Person in Anspruch.
Das f r einen Montageschritt notwendige
Verschraubungsmaterial ist in der dazugehrigen Bildleiste
dargestellt. Setzen Sie das Verschraubungsmaterial exakt
entsprechend der Abbildungen ein. Alles erf orderliche
Werkzeug f inden Sie im Kleinteilebeutel.
Bitte v erschrauben Sie zunchst alle Teile lose und
kontrollieren Sie deren richtigen Sitz. Anschlieend ziehen
Sie sie mit einem Schraubenschlssel richtig f est.
Bewahren Sie die Originalv erpackung des Gertes gut
auf , damit sie spter u. U. als Transportv erpackung
v erwendet warden kann.
Aus f ertigungstechnischen Grnden behalten wir uns
die
Vormontage v on Bauteilen (z.B. Rohrstopf en) v or.
wiederholen Sie den Vorgang solange, bis das Band wieder
gerade luf t.
Nach der Bandjustierung kann u. U. eine Bandstraf f ung
ntig sein, f alls das Band durchrutschen sollte.
Bandstraffung:
Ziehen Sie auch hierzu als erstes den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose. Drehen Sie die rechte und die linke
Stellschraube eine Viertel Umdrehung im Uhrzeigersinn.
Stecken Sie das Netzkabel wieder ein und lassen Sie das
Band bei 4 km/h lauf en. Kontrollieren Sie, ob das
Endlosband beim Begehen durchrutscht. Ist dies der Fall,
mssen Sie den beschriebenen Vorgang noch einmal
durchf hren.
Gehen Sie bei der Bandjustierung und -straf f ung sehr
sorgf ltig v or; eine extreme ber- oder Unterspannung
kann zu Schden am Lauf band f hren!
Das Band sollte so gespannt werden, dass es gerade nicht
durchrutscht.

All KETTLER products are designed in accordance with the latest safety regulations and undergo a constant
process of quality control during manufacturing. The knowledge gained in this process is used to constantly
imporve and develop our products. In order to offer our customers the very best in product quality, we reserve
the right to make technical changes at any time. In spite of this, should you have any cause for complaint,
please contact your KETTLER dealer.
For Your Safety
The running belt should be used only f or its intended
purpose, i.e. f or phy sical exercise (walking and
jogging) by one (1) adult persons.
The running belt is not suitable f or commercial use.
Any other use of the equipment is prohibited and may
be dangerous. The manuf acturer cannnot be held
liable f or damage or injury caused by imporper use of
the equipment.
Damaged components may endanger y our saf ety or
reduce the lif etime of the equipment. For this reason,
worn or damaged parts should be replaced
immediately and the equipment taken out of use until
this has been done. Use only original KETTLER spare
parts.
The running belt has been designed in accordance
with the latest standards of saf ety . Incorrect repairs
and structural modif ications (e.g. remov al or
replacement of original parts) may endanger the safety
of the user.
The running belt must be set up on f irm ev en ground.
Ensure that the power cable is not pinched and that
no-one can trip ov er it.
Always ensure that the space under the running
belt is kept free, i.e. that there are no objects, pets
etc. beneath it.
Nev er touch the mov ing belt with y our hands. Also
ensure that there are no objects close to the belt or the
rollers which could be pulled into it thus causing
injury or damaging the unit itself.
The running belt is not suitable f or use by persons
weighing ov er 120kg.
The unit should be positioned in such a way that there
is a space of 100cm on both side and 200cm behind it.
The unit requires a power supply of 220-230V / 50Hz.
It should be connected only to an earthed saf ety
socket with a single 16-A f use. Do not under any
circumstances carry out electrial repairs or
alterations yourself. Always ensure that such
work is done by a proberly qualified electrician.
Do not use a multiple power socket f or the running
belt. If an extension cable is being used, ensure that it
complies with the VDE regulations.
When the unit is not in use, unplug it f rom the power
supply .
Handeling the equipment
Standards:
The machine complies with the DIN EN 957-1/6, class
HC. It is theref ore unsuitable f or therapeutic use.
Bef ore using the equipment f or exercise, check
caref ully to ensure that it has been correctly
assembled and checked.
Usage of the equipment in damp rooms is not
permitted. Please ensure that no part of the machine
comes in contact with liquid (drinks, perspiration etc.).
This may cause corrosion.
The running belt is designed f or use by adults and
children should not be allowed to play with it. Children
at play behav e unpredictalby and dangerous situations
may occur f or which the manuf acturer cannnot be held
liable. If , in spite of this, children are allowed to use
the equipment, ensure that they are instructed in its
proper use and are superv ised accordingly .

To ensure that the saf ety lev el is kept to the highest
possible standard, determined by its construction, this
product should be serv iced regulary (once a y ear) by
specialist retailers.
Before carrying out cleaning or maintenance work,
always disconnect the running belt from the power
supply (i.e. pull the plug out of the socket).
Please ensure that liquids or perspiration never
enter the machine or electronics.
Repairs on the electrical components in the unit should
be carried out by qualif ied persons only .
Alway s observ e the general saf ety rules and
precautions f or working with electrical equipment.
All electric applicances emit electromagnetic radiation
when in operation. Please do not leav e especially
radiation-intensiv e appliances (e.g. mobile telephones)
directly next to the cockpit or the electronic
controlsy stem as otherwise v alues display ed might be
distorted (e.g. pulse measurement).
Prior to training attach the cord of the running belt
stop trip to your clothing.
The KETTLER treadmill has an emergenty stop
mechanism f or y our saf ety . Before starting your
workout, fasten the cord of the safety key to your
clothing. If the treadmill has been shut down by
removing the safety key, restart it by reinserting
the key. An automatic restart of the treadmill belt
does not occur. Further instructions concerning the
handleing f o the saf ty cut-out can be f ound in the
operating instrucitons f or the training computer.
An unmonitered use of the treadmill by other people
can be prev ented by remov ing the saf ety key and
keeping it saf ely hidden.
In case of any emergency , hold on tightly to the
handrail with both hands and leav e the treadmill by
means of the antislipping surf ace of the lateral
platof rm. Activ ate the emergence stop mechanism
(saf ety cut-out).
Any interface with parts of the product that are not
described within the manual may cause damage,
or endanger the person using this machine.
Extensive repairs must only be carried out by
KETTLER service staff or qualified personnel
trained by KETTLER.
Should y ou be in any doubt, please consult y our
dealer.
Alway s wear suitable shoes (running shoes) when
using the running belt.
Bef ore beginning y our f irst training session, f amiliarize
y ourself throughly with all the f unctions and settings of
the unit.
If the equipment is in regular use, check all its
components throughly at appropriate interv als. Pay
particular attention to the tightness of bolts and nuts.
In case of a regular use of the running belt, the cold
running belt has to be serv iced with silicone oil.
Depending on the degree of use and load to which the
unit is subjected, the belt may tend to stretch or slip.
Tighten the belt as described. Adjust the tightness of
the belt as describe in section handeling.
Observ er the mov ement of the edge of the belt when it
is in use. If it tends to run towards the side, readjust it
accordingly .

Running Tip: Running straight on the treadmill is made
easier by f ocussin on a f ixed oject in f ront of y ou in the
room. Rus as if y ou wanted to approach the object.
Care and Maintenance
Do no use corrosiv e or abrasiv e materials to clean the
equipment. Ensure that such materials are not
allowed to pollute the env ironment.
The electrical elements and components do not
require special maintenance. No alterations or repairs
(except maintenance checks) should be made to these
parts unless by a qualif ied electrician.
When ordering spare parts, alway s state the f ull article
Instructions for Assembly
Ensure that y ou hav e receiv ed all the parts required
(see check list) and that they are undamaged. Should
y ou hav e any cause f or complaint, please contact your
KETTLER dealer.
Bef ore assembling the equipment, study the drawings
caref ully and carry out the operations in the order
shown by the diagrams. The correct sequence is
giv en in capital letters.
The equipment must be assembled with due care by
an adult person. If in doubt call upon the help of a
second person, if possible technically talented.
Please note that there is always a danger of injury
when working with tools or doing manual work.
Theref ore please be caref ul when assembling this
machine.
Ensure that y our working area is f ree of possible sources of
Handling
Belt adj ustment:
The running belt has been adjusted properly at the factory.
Howev er transportation, unev en f looring or other
unpredicted reasons could cause the belt to shift off center.
First unplug the power cord f rom the surge protector.
If the belt moves to the left:
Using the hex key prov ided, turn the lef t rear roller
adjustment bolt 1/4 turn in the clockwise direction. Plug the
power cord back into the surge protector and run the
treadmill at 4 km/h. Y ou should see the belt start to correct
itself , mov ing back toward the center. Repeat the above
procedure until the walking belt is centered.

Important: spare part prices do not include f astening
material; if f astening material (bolts, nuts, washers etc.) is
required, this should be clearly stated on the order by
adding the words with f astening material.

Alway s dispose packaging material in such a way that it
may not cause any danger. There is alway s a risk of
suffocation if children play with plastic bags!
The f astening material required f or each assembly
step is shown in the diagram inset. Use the f astening
material exactly as instructed. The required tools are
supplied with the equipment.
Bolt all the parts together loosely at f irst, and check
that they hav e been assembled correctly . Then use
spanner to f inally tighten screws/nuts.
Please keep original packaging of this article, so that
it may be used f or transport at a later date, if
necessary .
For technical reasons, we reserv e the right to carry out
preliminary assembly work (e.g. addition of tubing plugs).
If the belt moves to the right:
Using the hex key prov ided, turn the right rear roller
adjustment bolt 1/4 turn in the clockwise direction. Plug
the power cord back into the surge protector and run the
treadmill at 4 km/h. Y ou should see the belt start to
correct itself , mov ing back toward the center. Repeat the
abov e procedure until the walking belt is centered. It may
be necessary to set walking belt tension once y ou hav e
completed this procedure if the belt f eels like it is slipping
while walking. Ref er below to the "Belt straightening"
instructions.
Belt straightening:
First unplug the power cord f rom the surge protector.
Using the hex key prov ided, turn both the lef t and right
rear roller adjustment bolts the same distance, usually a
1/4 turn in the clockwise direction. Plug the power cord
back into the surge protector and run the treadmill at 4
km/h. Y ou should now walk on the belt to determine if the
belt is still slipping. Repeat the abov e procedure until the
walking belt is not slipping. Be very careful when
adjusting and straightening the belt. An extreme over
or under tension may damage the running belt! The
tension should be just tight enough not to slip.

de course et de marche de personnes adultes.

responsable de dommages dus une utilisation non

Des pices endommages peuv ent altrer v otre
scurit et rduire la dure de v ie de lappareil. Pour cette
raison, remplacez immdiatement les pices
endommages ou uses et v eillez ce que lappareil ne
soit pas utilis av ant sa remise en tat. Le cas chant,
nutilisez que des pices de rechange KETTLER originales.
Le tapis roulant est conf orme aux dispositions de
scurit
prescrites. Des rparations mal f aites et des modifications
de la construction (dmontage de pices originales,
montage de pieces non admissibles etc.) peuv ent
prsenter des dangers pour lutilisateur.
Il f aut installer l'appareil d'entranement de course sur
une surf ace f erme et plane. Veillez absolument ce que le
cable lectrique ne soit pas coinc ou ne se transforme pas
en.
Veillez galement ce que l'emplacement se
trouvant au-dessous de la bande de roulement soit
toujours libre et ce qu'il n'y ait jamais, p.e., d'objets
ou d'animaux domestiques sous l'appareil!
Ne touchez en aucun cas av ec les mains la bande
sans f in en train de se dplacer. A proximit de la bande ou
des rouleaux, il ne doit pas y av oir non plus d'objets
pouv ant tre entrans. Risque de blessures ou
endommagement de la bande de roulement!
Cet appareil d'entranement de course n'est pas
appropri des personnes pesant plus de 120 kg.
Lors de l'installation de l'appareil, il f aut maintenir une
zone de scurit de 100 cm de chaque ct et de 200 cm
v ers l'arrire.
Cet appareil ncessite une tension de secteur de 220-
230 V, 50 Hz. Le branchement ne doit av oir lieu que dans
une prise de courant contact de protection de 16 A
sparment protge par f usible et mise la terre.
N'intervenez jamais vous-mme dans votre secteur
mais engagez le cas chant du personnel qualifi!
Pour le branchement, n'utilisez pas de prise de courant
multiple. En cas d'utilisation d'un cble de rallonge, il f aut
v eiller ce qu'il soit conf orme aux directiv es de VDE.
Aprs utilisation, retirez toujours la f iche de contact de
l'appareil de la prise de courant.
Lors de trav aux de nettoy age et d'entretien, l'appareil
doit
absolument se trouv er hors tension (retirer la fiche de
contact)!
Veillez ce qu'aucun liquide ne pntre l'intrieur de
l'appareil ou dans les dispositif s lectroniques de l'appareil.

qualif i!
Observ ez galement les stipulations et dispositions de
scurit gnrales relativ es la manipulation d'appareils
lectriques.
Avant de commencer lentranement, fixer sur vos
vtements le cble de la cl de scurit pour larrt du
tapis. Si le tapis roulant est arrt par la cl de
scurit, remettez-la. Le tapis roulant ne redmarre pas
automatiquement.
Le trottoir roulant KETTLER dispose pour v otre
scurit d'un dispositif d'arrt d'urgence. Fixez la corde de
la cl de scurit sur vos vtements avant de
commencer votre entranement. Si le trottoir roulant a
t arrt par la suite d'un retrait de la cl de scurit,
enfoncez-la de nouveau. Il ny aura pas de redmarrage
automatique du tapis. Pour de plus amples
renseignements sur la manipulation de la coupure
scuritiv e, consultez le mode d'emploi de l ordinateur.
Af in de garantir de scurit indiqu par le construction
long terme, lappareil dev rait tre contrl et rv is
rulirement (une f ois par ans) par un spcialiste
(rev endeur spcialis).
Vous pourrez prv enir une utilisation incontrlable du
trottoir roulant par des tiers si v ous retirez la cl de scurit
pour la laisser en garde.
En cas d'urgence, tenez-v ous bien aux mains
courantes l'aide des deux mains ; ensuite, sortez du
trottoir v ia les surf aces antiglissement latrales des plates-
f ormes latrales. Actionnez le dispositif d'arrt d'urgence
(coupure scuritiv e).
Tous les v los branchs sur secteur produisent un
champ magntique. Veillez ne pas laisser des appareils
produisant galement des ondes magntiques (par
ex.tlphone portable) proximit du compteur ou du
f reinage electro magntique ce qui pourrait f ausser les
indications (pulsations cardiaques).
Touts manipulation/modification lappareil peut
provoquer des dommage ou reprsenter un danger de
la personne. Des modifications ne peuvent tre
apportes que par du personnel qualifi form par la
Ste. KETTLER.

Manipulation
NORME:
Lappareil correspond la norme DIN EN 957 - 1/5, HC et
ne conv ient pas donc pour soins thrapeutiques.
Veillez ce que personne ne sentrane av ant
lexcution correcte et la v rif ication du montage.
Lemploi de lappareil en locaux humides nest pas
autoris. Veillez ce qu'aucun liquide (boisson, sueur
etc.) n'entre en contact avec des parties de l'appareil.
Cela pourrait entraner de la corrosion.
Le tapis roulant est conu comme appareil
dentranement pour adultes ne conv ient en aucun cas
comme jouet pour des enf ants. Noubliez pas que le besoin
de jouer naturel et le temperament des enf ants peuv ent

autorisez cependant des enf ants utiliser le tapis roulant,
montrez-leur comment utiliser correctement lappareil et
surv eillez-les.
Portez des chaussures adquates lors de lutilisation
du tapis roulant (chaussures de sport).
Av ant le premier entranement de course, f amiliarisez-
v ous av ec toutes les f onctions et possibilits de rglage de
l'appareil.
En cas dentranement rgulier, ef f ectuez des
interv alles adapts des contrles de tous les lments de
lappareil, en particulier des v is.
Un lubrif iant a t appliqu entre la planche du f ond et
le tapis roulant en usine. Son application doit tre
renouv ele en f onction de la f rquence dutilisation. Pour
cela, utilisez une huile au silicone de qualit suprieure

Entretien et m aintenance
Pour le nettoy age et lentretien, utilisez des produits
respectueux de lenv ironnement, en aucun cas des
produits corrosif s ou caustiques.
Les pices et ensembles lectriques de l'appareil
d'entranement de course ne ncessitent que peu
d'entretien. Il n'y a aucune raison d'interv enir dans cette
partie de l'appareil. Les seules exceptions sont les
rparations ou des contrles ef f ectues par du personnel
qualif i.
Lors des commandes de pices de rechange, prire

Sassurer que toutes les pices (liste rcapitulative) ont
t f ournies et que l'env oi n'a subi aucun dommage
pendant le transport. En cas de rclamation, on est pri de
s'adresser son concessionnaire.
Etudier les illustrations et procder au montage dans
l'ordre prv u par les dif f rentes f igures. Dans chacune
d'elles l'ordre de montage est marqu par des majuscules.
N'oubliez pas que toute utilisation d'outils et toute
activ it artisanale prsente toujours des risques de
blessure. Trav aillez av ec soin et soy ez prudents lors du
montage de l'appareil!
Assurez que la zone de trav ail ne prsente aucun
risque. Ne laissez pas traner par exemple des outils et
rangez p. ex. le matriau d'emballage de manire ce qu'il

Utilisation
Aj ustage du tapis roulant:

Si ce nest pas le cas, rptez cette operation jusqu ce drape lorsque v ous v ous tenez dessus. Dans ce cas,
que le tapis marche droit.
Si le tapis driv e vers la gauche, tournez la v is de rglage
ct gauche un quart de tours dans le sens horaire au
maximum, en v ous serv ant de la cl jointe. Remettez la
f iche dans la prise et f aites marcher le tapis 4 km/h. Le

Important: Veuillez conserv er soigneusement linterrupteur
de scurit et v iter imprativ ement quil soit la porte
des enf ants.

D'abord, assemblez toutes les parties sans serrer les
v is et contrlez leur bonne mise en place. Ensuite, serrez-
les l'aide d'une cl.
Conserv ez lemballage dorigine du produit af in de
pouv oir lutiliser ultrieurement comme emballage de
transport.

Voor uw v eiligheid Bij reinigings- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden dient

De loopband mag alleen gebruikt worden v oor het doel,
waarv oor het gemaakt is, n.l. v oor de looptraining v an
v olwassenen.
Het toestel is niet bedoeld v oor bedrijf smatig gebruik
Ieder ander gebruik is niet toelaatbaar en kan
mogelijkerwijze gev aar oplev eren. De f abrikant kan niet
aansprakelijk worden gesteld v oor schade, die v eroorzaakt
is door een onoordeelkundig gebruik.
Beschadigde onderdelen kunnen uw v eiligheid in
gev aar
brengen en de lev ensduur v an dit produkt v erkorten.
Verwissel daarom onmiddellijk beschadigde of v ersleten
delen en v erv ang deze indien nodig door originele
KETTLER onderdelen. Gebruik het apparaat niet meer totd
de reparatie is v oltooid.
De loopband v oldoet aan de v oorgeschrev en
v eiligheidsv oorschrif ten. Door onoor-deelkundige
reparaties en wijzigingen (demontage v an originele delen,
montage v an niet toegestane delen enz.) kan gev aar voor
de gebruiker ontstaan.
De loopband dient op een v lakke, v aste ondergrond te
worden geplaatst. Let u er v ooral op, dat de elektrische
kabel niet wordt ingeklemd of als "struikelblok" kan
f ungeren.
Let u er ook op, dat de ruimte onder de loopband
vrij blijft en dat zich nooit b.v. voorwerpen of
huisdieren onder het toestel bevinden!
Raakt u onder geen enkele v oorwaarde de bewegende
eindeloze band met uw handen aan! Ook hier mogen zich
geen v oorwerpen in de buurt v an de band of de looprollen
bev inden, die naar binnen zouden kunnen worden
getrokken. Gevaar voor verwondingen of
beschadigingen aan de loopband!
De loopband is niet geschikt v oor personen die
zwaarder zijn dan 120 kg
Bij de plaatsing dient een v eiligheidsruimte v an 100 cm
aan beide zijden en 200 cm naar achter te worden
aangehouden.
Het toestel heef t een netspanning v an 220-230 V en
50 Hz nodig en mag alleen worden aangesloten aan een
geaard v eiligheidsstopcontact met een eigen zekering van
16A. Wijzigt u nooit zelf iets aan uw stroomnet, maar
laat u dit eventueel door een vakman uitvoeren.
Gebruikt u geen meerv oudige stekkerdoos v oor de
aansluiting. Bij gebruik v an een v erlengingskabel dient u
erop te letten, dat deze v oldoet aan de VDE-richtlijnen.
Trekt u na gebruik altijd de netstekker v an het toestel
uit het stopcontact.

U dient erop toe te zien, dat nooit vloeistoffen in het
toestel terecht kunnen komen! Dit geldt ook voor
transpiratie!
Reparaties aan elektrische delen en bouwgroepen
mogen alleen worden uitgev oerd door gekwalif iceerd
v akpersoneel!
Om het construktief bepaalde v eililgheidsniveau van dit
apparaat langdurig te kunnen garanderen, dient het
aparaat regelmatig door n specialist (v akhandelaar)
gecontroleerd en onderhouden te worden (n keer per
jaar).
Let u ook op de algemene v eiligheidsbepalingen en -
v oorschrif ten v oor de omgang met elektrische apparaten.
De loopband v an KETTLER beschikt speciaal v oor uw
v eiligheid ov er een noodstopinrichting. Bevestigt u a.u.b.
voor trainingsbegin het koord van de veiligheidssleutel
aan uw kleding. Indien de loopband door het
verwijderen van de veiligheidssleutel uitgeschakeld
werd, brengt u de sleutel dan weer aan. Er vindt geen
automatische herstart van de lopende band plaats.
Verdere aanwijzingen m.b.t. de werking v an deze
v eiligheidsuitschakeling v indt u in de Gebruiksaanwijzing
Computer.
Een ongecontroleerd gebruik v an de loopband door
derden kan door het v erwijderen en wegsluiten v an de
v eiligheidssleutel v ermeden worden.
Alle elektrische apparaten zenden tijdens gebruik
elektromagnetische staling uit. Let erop dat u v ooral
stralingsv oelige apparaten (bijv . mobieltjes) niet in de buurt
v an de computer of de besturingselektronica neerlegt,
daardoor kunnen er v erkeerde weergav es optreden (bijv .
polsslagmeting).
In gev al v an nood, dient u zich met beide handen aan
de
handgrepen v ast te houden en dient u de loopband v ia de
anti-slip-v lakken v an de zijdelings aangebrachte
platv ormen te v erlaten. Bedient u de noodstopinrichting
(v eiligheidsuitschakeling).
Alle ingrepen en manipulaties aan het apparaat die
hier niet beschreven worden kunnen een beschadiging
veroorzaken of een gevaar voor de persoon opleveren.
Grotere ingrepen mogen alleen door KETTLERservice
of door KETTLER geschoold vakpersoneel uitgevoerd
worden.
Bij ev entuele v ragen geliev e u zich tot uw vakhandelaar
te wenden.

Gebruik vocht in de apparaat binnendringt.

Voorschriften:
De loopband v oldoet aan de v eiligheidsv oorschrif ten
v olgensDIN EN 957, 1/6, Klasse HC. Het apparaat is
dientengev olge v oor therapeutisch gebruik niet geschikt.
Ov ertuig u erv an dat het apparaat niet gebruikt wordt
v oordat het apparaat geheel is gemonteerd en
gekontroleerd.
Gebruik v an het apparaat in v ochtige ruimtes is niet
toegestaan. Er dient op gelet te worden dat er geen

De loopband is ontworpen v oor training door
v olwassenen en is niet geschikt als kinderspeelgoed. Door
de natuurlijke speelsheid v an kinderen kunnen onv oorziene
situaties kunnen ontstaan. Indien u desondanks kinderen
v an het apparaat gebruik wilt laten maken, dient u hen op
een juiste gebruik te wijzen en erv oor te zorgen dat een
v olwassene toezicht houdt

Zorgt u erv oor, dat u v r de eerste training v ertrouwd
bent met alle f uncties en af stelmogelijkheden v an het
toestel.
Kontroleer regelmatig alle onderdelen en v ooral de
schroef v erbindingen.
Bij regelmatig gebruik v an de loopband dient de koude
band met siliconenolie gesmeerd te worden.
Let er bij ingebruikneming v an het toestel op dat de
loopband goed in het spoor blijf t. Indien de loopband naar
de zijkant af wijkt, dient deze loopband te worden bijgesteld.
Af hankelijk v an de gebruiksintensiteit en belasting kan
de
Onderhoud
Gebruik v oor het schoonmaken en onderhoud alleen
milieuv riendelijke, in geen gev al agressiev e of bijtende
middelen.
De elektrische delen en bouwgroepen v an de loopband
hebben geen speciaal onderhoud nodig. Er bestaat dus
geen redden v oor werkzaamheden aan dit deel v an het
apparaat, behalv e ev entuele reparaties die u door
gekwalif iceerd v akpersoneel dient te laten uitv oeren.
Geef bij bestelling v an onderdelen s.v .p. het v olledige
Montagetips
Controleer bij ontv angst of het apparaat kompleet is
(zie
checklijst) en of het toestel tijdens het transport niet
beschadigd is. Voor reklamaties geliev e u zich tot uw
v akhandelaar te wenden.
Bekijk eerst rustig de tekeningen en monteer
v erv olgens het apparaat in de v olgorde v an de
af beeldingen. Op de
af zonderlijke tekeningen wordt het montagev erloop met
hoof dletters aangegev en.
Let erop dat bij elk gebruik v an gereedschap en bij
handenarbeid er altijd kans op blessure is. Werk daarom
zorgv uldig en v oorzichtig bij het monteren v an het
apparaat!
Zorg v oor een gev arenv rije werkomgev ing, laat
bijv oorbeeld geen gereedschap slingeren. Deponeer bijv .
v erpakkingsmateriaal zo, dat geen gev aren daaruit v oort
kunnen kommen. Bij f olies/plastic zakken bestaat
verstikkingsgevaar!
Handleiding
Bandafstelling:
De loopband wordt in de f abriek af gesteld. Door div erse
inv loeden, zoals bijv . transport kan het nodig zijn de band
opnieuw af te stellen of aan te spannen. Trek daarv oor
altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact!
Loopt de band naar rechts, draai dan de rechter
stelschroef met de bijgelev erde steeksleutel hoogstens een
kwartslag met de klok mee. Steek de stekker weer in het
stopcontact en laat de band met 4 km/h lopen. De band
zou zich nu naar het midden moeten corrigeren. Is dit niet
het gev al, deze procedure herhalen tot de band weer recht
loopt.
Wijkt de band naar links af, draai dan de linker stelschroef
met de bijgelev erde steeksleutel hoogstens een kwartslag
met de klok mee. Steek de stekker weer in het stopcontact
en laat de band met 4 km/h lopen. De band zou zich nu
naar het midden moeten corrigeren. Indien dit niet het
gev al is, de procedure

Corrigeert u de bandspanning zoals beschrev en staat.
Looptip: het recht lopen op de loopband gaat eenvoudiger
door te f ocussen op een v ast v oorwerp voor u in
de ruimte. Loop alsof u naar het v oorwerp toe wilt
lopen.
Veiligheidsvoorschrift:
Draag er zorg v oor, dat de v eiligheidsknop
(noodstop) goed beschermd wordten voorkom dat
kinderen deze kunnen aanraken!

Belangrijk: Vast te schroev en onderdelen worden in
principe zonder schroef materiaal berekend en gelev erd.
Indien er behoef te aan dit schroef material bestaat, dan kan
dit door de toev oeging
met schroefmateriaal bij de bestelling worden v ermeld.
Het apparaat dient door een v olwassene gemonteerd
te
worden. In gev al v an twijf el de hulp v an een extra,
technisch aangelegde persoon inroepen.
Het v oor een bepaalde handeling benodigde
schroef materiaal wordt in het bijbehorende kader
af gebeeld. Gebruik het schroef materiaal precies zoals
aangegev en op de af beeldingen. Het benodigde
gereedschap v indt u in het bijgelev erde gereedschapzakje.
Schroef eerst alle onderdelen losjes v ast en controleer
of ze op de juist plek zitten. schroef t u ze met een sleutel
goed v ast.
Om productietechnische redenen behouden wij ons het
recht v oor sommige delen (bij-v oorbeeld buisstoppen) vr
te monteren.
Bewaar de originele v erpakking, zodat u deze later
indien
nodig als transportv erpakking kunt gebruiken.

Na de bandaf stelling kan het soms nodig zijn de band aan
te spannen, indien de band slipt.
Spannen van de band:
Trek ook hierv oor eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Draai de rechter en linker stelschroef een kwartslag met de
klok mee. Steek de stekker weer in het stopcontact en laat
de band met 4 km/h lopen. Controleer of de band bij het
lopen slipt. Is dit het gev al, dient u de beschrev en
procedure nogmaals door te v oeren.
Ga bij het af stellen of aanspannen v an de band zeer
zorgv uldig te werk; een extreem hoge of extreem lage
spanning kan schade aan de loopband tot gev olg hebben!

Rogamos leer estas instrucciones atentamente antes del montaj e y del primer uso. Obtendr
importantes informaciones para su seguridad, as como para el uso y para el mantenimiento de la
cinta para caminar y correr. Guardar cuidadosamente las instrucciones para su informacin, as
como para los trabaj os de mantenimiento o los pedidos de piezas de repuesto.
Todos los productos de KETTLER son diseados conf orme al niv el actual de las normas de seguridad y se fabrican bajo
una superv ision continua de la calidad. Los conocimientos as obtenidos los empleamos en nuestro desarrollo. Por ello
nos reserv amos el derecho de cambios en la tcnica y en el diseo, para poder of recer a nuestros clientes siempre una
calidad ptima del producto. Si a pesar de ello hubiera cualquier causa de reclamacin, rogamos dirigirse a su tienda
especializada.

Para su seguridad
La cinta para caminar y correr slo se debe emplear
para su f in y conf orme a lo prescrito, es decir, para el
entrenamiento de correr y andar de personas adultas
El aparato no est prev isto para su uso comercial.
Cualquier otro empleo es inadmisible y posiblemente
peligroso. No se le podr reclamar responsabilidad al
f abricante por los daos causados por un uso no conforme
a lo prescrito.
Los componentes daados pueden af ectar a su
seguridad y a la v ida til del aparato. Por tanto, retirar del
uso el aparato hasta su reparacin. En caso necesario,
utilizar slo piezas de recambio originales de KETTLER.
La cinta para caminar y correr corresponde a las
normas de seguridad prescritas. Por reparaciones y
modif icaciones
constructiv as inadecuadas (desmontaje de piezas
originales, adiciones de piezas no admisibles, etc.), se
pueden originar peligros para el usuario.
Instalar la cinta para caminar y correr encima de una
base slida y plana. Prestar especial atencin a que el
cable elctrico no quede atrapado y se conv ierta en un
obstculo con el que se puede tropezar.
Tener tambin cuidado de que el espacio debajo de
la cinta para caminar y correr se mantenga libre y que
nunca se encuentren p. ej. objetos ni animales
domsticos debajo del aparato!
En ningn caso sujetar con las manos la cinta sinfn en
mov imiento. Tampoco debe haber objetos cerca de la cinta
o de los rodillos, que pudieran ser atrapados. Riesgo de
lesiones o de daos en la cinta para caminar y correr!
La cinta para caminar y correr no es apropiada para
personas con un peso corporal de ms de 120 kg.
Al instalar el aparato, guardar una distancia de
seguridad de respectiv amente 1 m hacia los lados y 2 m
hacia atrs.
El aparato precisa una tensin de alimentacin de 220-
230 V, 50 Hz. La conexin solamente debe ef ectuarse en
un enchuf e con toma de tierra y un f usible indiv idual de 16
A. No efecte nunca Vd. mismo intervenciones en su
red elctrica, encargarlas si fuera necesario a personal
tcnico cualificado!
No utilizar enchuf es mltiples para la conexin! Al
utilizar una alargadera, sta debe corresponder a las
directrices de VDE.
Despus del uso, retirar siempre del enchuf e la clavija
de red del aparato.
Al realizar trabajos de limpieza o de
mantenimiento, el aparato debe estar siempre
desconectado de la tensin (desenchufar la clavija de
red)!
Asegurarse de que nunca entren lquidos en el
interior del aparato! Esto tambin es vlido para el
sudor corporal.
Las reparaciones en los componentes y conjuntos
elctricos deben ser ejecutados nicamente por personal
tcnico especializado!
Observ ar adems las disposiciones y los dispositivos
generales de seguridad en el manejo de aparatos
elctricos.
Respetar tambin obligatoriamente las
informaciones sobre la configuracin del
entrenamiento en las instrucciones del mismo!
Para su seguridad, la cinta para caminar y correr
KETTLER dispone de un dispositiv o de parada de
emergencia. Sujetar el cordn de la llave de seguridad
en la ropa antes de iniciar el entrenamiento. Si la cinta
para caminar y correr fue desconectada al retirar la
llave de seguridad, volver a introducirla. No tiene lugar
un arranque de nuevo automtico de la cinta sin fin.
Encontrar ms inf ormaciones sobre el manejo de la
desconexin de seguridad en las instrucciones de servicio
del ordenador.
Si se retira y guarda la llav e de seguridad, se puede
ev itar el uso descontrolado de la cinta para caminar y
correr por parte de terceros.
En caso de emergencia, sujetarse con las dos manos
en los pasamanos y abandonar la cinta a las superf icies
laterales de las plataf ormas laterales. Accionar el
dispositiv o de parada de emergencia (desconexin de
seguridad).
Todos los aparatos elctricos emiten radiacin
electromagntica al f uncionar. Procurar no depositar los
equipos con radiaciones especialmente intensas (p. ej.
telf onos mv iles) en las inmediaciones del Cockpit o del
sistema electrnico de control, y a que de lo contrario, los
v alores indicados podran ser incorrectos (p. ej. la medicin
del pulso).
Todas las intervenciones / manipulaciones en el
aparato que no estn descritas aqu, pueden causar
daos o tambin significar un riesgo para las
personas. Intervenciones ms concretas solamente
deben ser realizadas por el servicio tcnico de
KETTLER o por personal tcnico formado por
KETTLER.
Para poder garantizar el niv el de seguridad
predeterminado por el diseo de este aparato a largo
plazo, es necesario que el aparato sea rev isado
peridicamente por un especialista (tienda especializada) y
mantenido (una v ez al ao).
En caso de dudas, dirjase por f av or a su tienda
especializada.

Acerca del manej o

Normas:
El aparato corresponde a DIN EN 957-1/6, clase HC. Por lo
tanto no es apropiado para el uso teraputico.
Asegurarse de que la f uncin de entrenamiento no se
inicie antes de la correcta realizacin y superv isin del
montaje.
No est permitido un empleo del aparato en espacios
hmedos. Observar tambin que no caigan lquidos
(bebidas, sudor, etc.) sobre los elementos del aparato.
Podran causar corrosiones.
La cinta para caminar y correr ha sido diseada como
aparato de entrenamiento para adultos y en ningn caso
es apropiada como juguete para nios. Tengan en cuenta
que por la naturaln ecesidad de jugar y el temperamento
de los nios, f recuentemente pueden producirse
situaciones imprev istas. Si no obstante permite el acceso
de los nios a la cinta para caminar y correr, debe1111 11
instruirlos en el correcto uso del aparato y v igilarlos.
 E Informaciones importantes
Al utilizar la cinta para caminar y correr, llev ar calzado
apropiado (zapatillas de deporte).
Familiarcese antes del primer entrenamiento en la
cinta para caminar y correr con todas las f unciones y
posibilidades de ajuste del aparato.
Al utilizar la cinta regularmente para el entrenamiento,
realizar en interv alos apropiados controles de los
elementos del aparato, especialmente de los tornillos.
Entre la tabla del suelo y la cinta para caminar y correr,
de f brica se ha aplicado un producto deslizante. En
f uncin de la f recuencia del uso es necesario renov arlo.
Utilizar para ello el aceite de silicona de alta calidad que se
adjunta (v er indicacin de mantenimiento).
Observ ar durante el f uncionamiento el mov imiento de

Utilizar para la limpieza y el cuidado productos
ecolgicos y bajo ningn contexto agresiv os ni custicos.
Los elementos y conjuntos elctricos de la cinta para
caminar y correr apenas precisan mantenimiento. No
existe ninguna necesidad para interv enir en esta parte del
aparato. Quedan exceptuadas las reparaciones o
rev isiones de mantenimiento por parte de personal tcnico
cualif icado.
Utilizar para los pedidos de las piezas de repuesto la
lista de las mismas. Indicar en los pedidos de las piezas de
repuesto siempre el nmero completo del artculo, el

Comprobar si se han recibido todas las piezas
correspondientes al v olumen de suministro (v er lista de
comprobacin) y si se han producido daos de transporte.
Si hubiera cualquier razn de reclamacin, dirjase a su
tienda especializada.
Observ ar los planos detenidamente y montar el equipo
conf orme a la secuencia de las imgenes. En las distintas
imgenes se predetermina la secuencia del montaje con
letras may sculas.
Tener en cuenta, que con cada uso de una
herramienta o en las activ idades manuales, existe siempre
un posible riesgo de lesiones! Por ello, proceda cuidadosa
y precav idamente en el montaje del aparato!
Procurar un entorno de trabajo sin peligros, p. ej.
Asegurarse de recoger todas las herramientas. Depositar
p. ej. el material de embalaje de manera que no represente
ningn peligro. En caso de lminas / bolsas de plstico,
existe un riesgo de asf ixia para los nios!
Manejo
Aj uste de la cinta:
El paso de la cinta v iene ajustado de f brica. Debido a
inf luencias div ersas, como el transporte, puede no
obstante ser necesario v olv er a ajustar o tensar el paso de
la cinta. Extraiga siempre el enchuf e de red de la
alimentacin.
Si la cinta se desv a hacia la derecha, gire el tornillo de
ajuste derecho con la llav e de v aso suministrada un
mximo de un cuarto de giro en sentido horario. Vuelv a a
enchuf ar el cable de alimentacin y deje que la cinta corra
a 4 km/h. La cinta debera corregirse por s misma en una
posicin centrada. Si no ocurre as, repita el proceso las
v eces necesarias hasta que la cinta marche recta.
Si la cinta oscila hacia la izquierda, gire el tornillo de
ajuste izquierdo con la llav e de v aso suministrada un
mximo de un cuarto de giro en sentido horario. Vuelv a a
enchuf ar el cable de alimentacin y deje que la cinta corra
a 4 km/h. La cinta debera corregirse por s misma en una
posicin centrada. Si no ocurre as, repita el proceso las

bordes de la cinta para caminar y correr; si la cinta se
desv a lateralmente, ser necesario reajustarla.
En f uncin del esf uerzo y de la carga, la cinta sinf n
puede ev entualmente alargarse ligeramente con el tiempo
y patinar. Corregir el tensado de la cinta conf orme a lo
descrito en Manejo.
Sugerencia de marcha:
Una marcha recta sobre la cinta rodante se f acilita al
enf ocar la mirada sobre un objeto que est f ijo en el local
delante de usted. Caminen ustedes como si quisieran ir
hacia el objeto.
Importantemente:
Guarde bien la llav e de seguridad y cuide de que no est
al alcance de nios!

necesarias y el nmero de serie del aparato
Ejemplo de pedido: Nmero de artculo 7880-000 /
nmero de pieza de repuesto 68001000 / 1 unidad / nm.

Importante: las piezas de repuesto que se tienen que
atornillar, se f acturan y se suministran, como norma
general, sin material para atornillar. Si tuv iera necesidad
del correspondiente material para atornillar, habr que
indicarlo aadiendo con material para atornillar en el
pedido de la piezas de repuesto.
El montaje del aparato debe ser realizado
cuidadosamente y por una persona adulta. En caso de
dudas, solicitar la ay uda de otra persona que tenga
experiencia tcnica.
El material para atornillar necesario para una f ase del
montaje est ref lejado en la correspondiente lista de
imgenes. Introducir el material para atornillar exactamente
conf orme a las f iguras. Encontrar todas las herramientas
necesarias en la bolsa de piezas pequeas.
Atornillar primero todas las piezas sin apretar y
comprobar su correcto ajuste. A continuacin, apretarlas
del todo con la llav e.
Guardar cuidadosamente el embalaje original del
aparato, para que posteriormente se pueda v olv er a utilizar
como embalaje de transporte si f uera necesario.
Por razones tcnicas de la f abricacin nos reservamos
el
derecho del montaje prev io de los componentes (p. ej.
Tapones de los tubos.
v eces que sean necesarias hasta que la cinta marche de
nuev o recta.
Despus del ajuste de la cinta, en determinadas
circunstancias puede ocurrir que sea necesario un tensado
de la misma, en caso de que la cinta patine.
Tensado de la cinta:
Saque tambin en este caso el enchuf e de la alimentacin
de red. Gire los tornillos de ajuste izquierdo y derecho un
cuarto de v uelta en sentido horario. Vuelv a a enchuf ar el
cable de red y deje correr la cinta a 4 km/h. Compruebe si
el bucle continuo patina durante la marcha. En caso
af irmativ o, deber ejecutar una v ez ms el proceso
descrito.
Durante el tensado y ajuste de la cinta, proceda con mucho
cuidado, pues una tensin extrema demasiado baja o
demasiado alta puede producir daos en el paso de la
cinta. La cinta debe tensarse de f orma que, estando recta,
no patine.

soltanto per lo scopo prev isto, ossia per lallenamento alla
corsa ed alla marcia di persone adulte.
L'apparecchio non stato progettato per un uso
commerciale
Qualsiasi altro impiego pu comportare pericoli ed
pertanto interdetto. La Casa costruttrice declina qualsiasi
responsabilit per ev entuali danni riconducibili ad un uso
non conf orme allo scopo prev isto.
Ev entuali dif etti dei componenti possono
compromettere la Sua sicurezza e ridurre la durata
dell'apparecchio. Per questo motiv o opportuno ev itare di
utilizzare un apparecchio dif ettoso f ino a che non v iene
riparato. Ov e necessario dev ono essere utilizzate soltanto
parti di ricambio originali della KETTLER.
Il Tappeto mobile conf orme alle pertinenti norme di
sicurezza. Ev entuali riparazioni eseguite in modo incorretto
e modif iche strutturali (smontaggio di parti originali,
montaggio di parti non autorizzate ecc.) possono
comportare pericoli per l'utilizzatore.
Il Tappeto mobile v a montato su una base stabile e
piana. Fare in ogni caso attenzione af f inch i cav i elettrici
non v engano schiacciati e che non v i si possa inciampare
sopra.
Fare attenzione affinch lo spazio sotto al Tappeto
mobile sia sempre libero e che sotto all'apparecchio
non vi siano mai oggetti o animali domestici.
Non af f errare in alcun caso con le mani il nastro
continuo in mov imento. La zona in prossimit del nastro o
dei rulli dev e essere priv a di oggetti che potrebbe essere
trascinati. Pericolo di lesioni o di danneggiamento del
Tappeto mobile!
Il Tappeto mobile non adatto per persone con un
peso
corporeo superiore a 120 kg.
Per lubicazione dell'apparecchio si dev e prev edere
una zona di sicurezza di 1 m sui lati e di 2 m v erso il lato
posteriore.
L'apparecchio dev e essere alimentato con una
tensione di rete di 220-230 V, 50 Hz. L'allacciamento deve
essere eseguito esclusiv amente con una presa da 16 A
con contatto di terra e con f usibile separato. Non
apportare mai modifiche alla rete elettrica, incaricare
eventualmente del personale specializzato e
qualificato.
Non utilizzare prese multiple per l'allacciamento! Se si
utilizza un cav o di prolunga necessario che sia conforme
alle direttiv e VDE.
Dopo limpiego si dev e estrarre sempre la spina
dell'apparecchio dalla presa di rete.
Prima della pulizia e della manutenzione
Utilizzo
Norme:
L'apparecchio conf orme alla norma DIN EN 957-1/6,
categoria HC e quindi non adatto per un impiego
terapeutico.
Assicurarsi che lallenamento non v enga iniziato prima
di av er terminato il montaggio e di av er controllato che sia
stato eseguito in modo corretto.
Non consentito utilizzare l'apparecchio in locali umidi.
Fare attenzione affinch le parti dell'apparecchio non
tensione dellapparecchio (estrarre la spina)!
Si deve fare attenzione affinch nessun liquido
penetri mai allinterno dell'apparecchio! Ci vale anche
per il sudore.
Le riparazioni riguardanti componenti o gruppi elettrici
dev ono essere eseguite esclusiv amente da parte di
personale specializzato e qualif icato!
Rispettare, inoltre, le generali norme e misure di
sicurezza per limpiego di apparecchi elettrici.
Rispettare in ogni caso gli avvisi per la
programmazione dellallenamento contenute nelle
istruzioni per lallenamento.
Il Tappeto mobile dotato di un dispositiv o di arresto
d'emergenza idoneo a garantire la sicurezza
dellutilizzatore. Prima di iniziare lallenamento si deve
fissare su un capo dabbigliamento il cordoncino della
chiave di protezione. Se il Tappeto mobile viene
disinserito in seguito allestrazione della chiave di
protezione, si deve fissare nuovamente il cordoncino
sul proprio corpo. Il nastro non viene riavviato
automaticamente. Per ulteriori inf ormazioni sullimpiego
del disinserimento di sicurezza si prega di consultare le
istruzioni per luso del computer.
Un impiego non autorizzato del Tappeto mobile da
parte di terzi pu essere ev itato estraendo e conserv ando
la chiav e di protezione.
In caso d'emergenza si dev ono af f errare con ambedue
le mani i corrimano ed uscire dal nastro passando sulle
superf ici delle pedane laterali. Azionare il dispositiv o per
l'arresto d'emergenza (disinserimento di sicurezza).
Tutti gli apparecchi elettrici emanano radiazioni
elettromagnetiche durante il loro f unzionamento. Fare
quindi attenzione af f inch apparecchi con f orti intensit di
radiazione (p. es. handy s) non v engano deposti in
immediata prossimit del cockpit o dellelettronica di
controllo, altrimenti sono possibili alterazioni dei v alori
indicati (p. es. della misurazione della f requenza cardiaca).
Tutte le operazioni e le modificazioni
ell'apparecchio qui descritte possono causare
danneggiamenti o comportare rischi per le persone.
Soltanto il Service della KETTLER o il personale
addestrato dalla KETTLER autorizzato ad eseguire
interventi pi estesi.
Al f ine di garantire a lungo termine il progettato livello di
sicurezza di questo apparecchio opportuno lasciarlo
controllare e manutenzionare (una v olta allanno) da un
esparto (negozi specializzati)
In caso di dubbi o di domande, La preghiamo di

imprev edibili. Se I bambini hanno tuttav ia accesso al
Tappeto mobile necessario che v engano sorv egliati ed
istruiti in merito al suo corretto utilizzo.
Per lutilizzo dell'apparecchio sono necessarie scarpe

Prima di iniziare per la prima v olta lallenamento sul
Tappeto mobile opportuno f amiliarizzarsi con tutte le
f unzioni e con le possibilit di regolazione dell'apparecchio.
In caso di f requente allenamento si dev ono controllare
ad interv alli regolari tutti i componenti dell'apparecchio e
soprattutto le v iti.
La casa costruttrice ha prov v eduto ad applicare un
lubrif icante tra il f ondo ed il Tappeto mobile. A seconda
della f requenza d'impiego necessario rinnov are questo
lubrif icante. A tale scopo si pu utilizzare l'olio siliconico di
alta qualit f ornito in dotazione (v edasi istruzioni per la
manutenzione).
Controllare i bordi del Tappeto mobile durante il
Pulizia e manutenzione
Non impiegare mai detergenti aggressiv i o corrosivi per
la pulizia e la manutenzione dell'apparecchio.
I componenti ed i gruppi elettrici del Tappeto mobile
non
richiedono pressoch alcuna manutenzione. Non sussiste
alcun motiv o per interv enire in questo ambito
dell'apparecchio, salv o in caso di riparazioni o di controlli di
manutenzione da parte di personale qualif icato.
Per lordinazione di parti di ricambio si prega di
consultare lapposita lista. Nelle ordinazioni di parti di
ricambio dev ono essere indicati sempre il completo numero
Istruzioni per il montaggio
Si prega di controllare che siano presenti tutti i
componenti compresi nellambito di f ornitura (v . lista di
controllo) e di v erif icare che non abbiano subito danni
durante il trasporto. Se dov essero tuttav ia sussistere motivi
di reclamo, La preghiamo di riv olgersi al suo riv enditore
specializzato.
Esaminare attentamente i disegni e montare
l'apparecchio in conf ormit alla sequenza di disegni. La
sequenza di montaggio nei singoli disegni ev idenziata
mediante lettere maiuscole.
Si prega di tener presente che limpiego di utensili e le
operazioni di montaggio implicano sempre un pericolo di
lesioni. Per questo motiv o importante che queste
operazioni v engano eseguite con prudenza ed
accuratezza.
Prov v edere af f inch la zona di lav oro sia esente da
pericoli, p. es. non lasciare in giro gli utensili. Il materiale
dimballaggio dev e p. es. essere depositato in modo tale da
non costituire un pericolo. I f ogli e le buste dimballaggio
comportano rischi di soffocamento per i bambini.
Impiego
Regolazione del nastro:
Lo scorrimento del nastro stato regolato in f abbrica.
comunque possibile che i div ersi inf lussi, come per
esempio il trasporto, richiedano una nuov a regolazione o
tensione del nastro. In questoccasione occorre sempre
estrarre la spina dalla presa di corrente!
Se il nastro dov esse scorrere v erso destra, occorrer girare
la v ite di regolazione destra - in senso orario e al massimo
di un quarto - con la relativ a chiav e a tubo acclusa.
Reinserire il cav o di alimentazione e lasciar scorrere il
nastro ad una v elocit di 4km/h. Il nastro dov rebbe ora
correggersi autonomamente nella posizione centrale. Se
cos non f osse, sar necessario ripetere loperazione finch cos f osse, occorrer ripetere loperazione sopra descritta.
il nastro av r raggiunto il corretto scorrimento.
Se il nastro dov esse v olgere v erso sinistra, occorrer girare
la v ite di regolazione sinistra - in senso orario e al massimo
di un quarto - con la relativ a chiav e a tubo acclusa.
Reinserire il cav o di alimentazione e lasciar scorrere il

f unzionamento; in caso di sbandamenti laterali del nastro
necessaria una regolazione.
A seconda delle sollecitazioni e del carico possibile

a lungo andare il nastro continuo si allunghi e slitti.
Correggere in tal caso la tensione del nastro come
descritto al capitolo impiego.
Suggerimento per la corsa:
Una corsa rettilinea sul tappeto mobile pu risultare pi
f acile f issando lo sguardo in av anti su un oggetto presente
nel locale. Si dev e correre come se si v olesse raggiungere
loggetto.
Dimportanza:
Custodite gelosamente la chiav e di sicurezza ed ev itate
che giunga nelle mani di bambini!
di articolo, il numero di ordinazione della parte di ricambio
nonch il numero di serie dellapparecchio.
Esempio di ordinazione: Numero di articolo 7880-000 /
Numero parte di ricambio 68001000 / 1 unit / Numero di
serie ...
Importante: Le parti di ricambio da av v itare v engono di
norma f atturate e consegnate senza materiali di
assemblaggio (v iti ecc.). Se si necessitano rispettiv i
materiali di assemblaggio si dev e aggiungere la f rase con
materiali di assemblaggio nellordinazione delle parti di
ricambio.
Il montaggio dell'apparecchio dev e essere eseguito

1. Remov e the treadmill f rom the shipping carton. Rotate up
the Handlebar Upright-Lef t and Handlebar Upright-Right
and secure using two 8M Washers, two M8 x 41mm Bolts,
f our M8 Clips, f our M8 Spring Washers and f our M8 x
22mm Bolts.
2. Rotate the Console into position and secure with four M8
Washers and f our M8 x 12mm Bolts.
3. Connect the Handpulse Wires between the two
Handlebars and the Console. Insert the Handlebar Lower
Cov ers onto the Handlebar-Lef t and Handlebar-Right.
Attach the Handlebar-Lef t and Handlebar-Right to the
Handlebar Upright-Lef t and Handlebar Upright-Right and
secure with two M6 x 15mm Screws and two M8 x 41mm
Bolts.
4. Attach the Handlebar End Cap-Lef t #1 and Handlebar End
Cap-Lef t #2 to the Handlebar Upright-Lef t and secure
using two M4 x 15mm Screws and six M4 x 12mm Screws.
Repeat the procedure on the Handlebar Upright-Right for
the Handlebar End Cap-Right #1 and Handlebar End Cap-
Right #2.
5. NOTE: Y ou will nedd to raise the deck for this assembly
step. Please make sure it locks in place so as not to fall
during assembly .
Attach the Upright Plastic Shroud-Lef t #1 and Upright
Plastic Shroud-Lef t #2 to the Handlebar Upright-Left and
secure it using six M4 x 12mm Screws. Repeat the
procedure on the Handlebar Upright-Right for the Upright

4. Steek de eindkappen links #1 en #2 op de linker
handgreepstaander en bev estig met twee M4 x 15 mm
schroev en en zes M4 x 12 mm schroeven. Herhaal deze
procedure v oor de rechter handgreepstaander met

5. Opmerking: v oor deze montagestap dient u het loopvlak

2. Ruotare la consolle in posizione, quindi fissarla mediante
quattro rondelle M8 e quattro bulloni M8 x 12mm.
3. Collegare i cav i di misura per il polso manuale alla console
e in mezzo ai manici. Inserire i coperchi inf eriori nel
manubrio, a destra ed a sinistra. Fissare il manubrio ai
montanti di destra e di sinistra, quindi serrare mediante
due v iti M6 x 15mm e due bulloni M8 x 41mm.
4. Fissare i coperchi terminali di sinistra N. 1 e N. 2 del
manubrio al montante di sinistra del manubrio, quindi
serrare mediante due v iti M4 x 15mm e sei v iti M4 x
12mm. Ripetere questa procedura per il montante di
destra del manubrio, con i coperchi terminali di destra N.1
e N. 2.
5. NOTA: Durante questa f ase di montaggio, sar necessario
alzare il piano. Accertarsi che si blocchi correttamente in
posizione, in maniera tale che non cada durante
linstallazione.
Fissare le protezioni di plastica di sinistra N. 1 e N. 2 al
montante di sinistra del manubrio e serrare mediante sei
v iti M4 x 12mm. Ripetere questo procedimento sulla
prolunga del manico destro con la copertura destra in
plastica della prolunga #1 e con la copertura destra in
plastica della prolunga #2.

 D Pflege und Wartung
Wartung des Bandes und der Laufplatte:
ACHTUNG: Die Schmierung, bzw. Pf lege des Bandes ist die
wichtigste Wartungsmanahme! Schden, die auf grund
mangelnder oder unterlassener Pf lege, bzw. Wartung des
Bandes entstehen, werden nicht durch die Garantie
abgedeckt!
Das Lauf band ist werksseitig v orgeschmiert, normalerweise
sollte innerhalb des ersten Jahres oder innerhalb v on 500
Betriebsstunden keine weitere Schmierung notwendig sein.
Danach sollte etwa alle drei Monate eine Schmierung des
kalten Bandes mit Silikonl v orgenommen werden. Prf en
Sie, ob sich zwischen Lauf band und Bodenplatte Reste v on
Silikonl bef inden. Ist dies der Fall, ist noch keine weitere
Schmierung notwendig. Andernf alls heben Sie das Band
leicht an, so dass Sie seitlich ausreichend Silikonl v on vorne
nach hinten auf der Bodenplatte auf bringen knnen.
Beginnen Sie dabei etwa 15 cm v om Bandeinlauf
Wiederholen Sie dies auch v on der anderen Seite, sprhen
Sie pro Seite etwa 4 Sekunden. Lassen Sie dann das Band
mit einer geringen Geschwindigkeit etwa 2 Minuten lauf en,
damit sich das Silikonl einarbeiten kann.

Maintenance of the belt and the running board:
ATTENTION: The lubrication and care of the belt is the most
important maintenance measure! Damages which occur f rom
def ectiv e or neglected care and maintenance of the belt are not
cov ered by the guarantee!
The walking belt has been pre-lubricated at the f actory .
Howev er, it is recommended that the walking board be
checked periodically f or lubrication to ensure optimal treadmill
perf ormance. Y our treadmill should not hav e to be lubricated
usually within the f irst y ear or 500 hours of use. Ev ery 3
months of operation lif t the sides of the walking belt and f eel
the top surf ace of the walking board as f ar as you can reach. If
y ou f eel signs of silicone, no f urther lubrication is required. If it
f eels dry to the touch, f ollow the instructions below:
While lif ting the side of the walking belt, position the spray
nozzle between the walking belt and the board approximately
6" f rom the f ront of the treadmill. Apply the silicone spray to the
walking board, mov ing f rom the f ront of the treadmill to the
rear. Repeat this on the other side of the belt. Spray
approximately 4 seconds on each side. Let the belt run with
low speed f or approximately 2 minutes so that the silicon can
set in. Wipe away any superf luous lubricant.
ATTENTION: An insuf f icient lubrication and the
associated clear increase of f riction leads to more wear
and tear and to damage of the treadmill belt, running
board, motor and circuit board!
Entretien du tapis et de la plaque de marche:

dentretien du tapis ne sont pas couv ertes par la

Le tapis de course est graiss en usine. En principe, il
ne f aut aucun graissage conscutif durant les
premires annes ou en lespace des 500 premires
heures de f onctionnement.
Par la suite, un graissage du tapis ref roidi simpose
env iron tous les trois mois lhuile de silicone.
Vrif iez sil y a des restes dhuile de silicone entre le
tapis et la plaque de f ond. Dans ce cas, il nest pas
encore ncessaire de graisser le tapis. En cas
contraire, soulev ez lgrement le tapis, af in de pouvoir
appliquer suf f isamment dhuile de silicone de lav ant
v ers larrire sur la plaque de f ond.
Commencez env iron 15 cm de lentre du tapis.
Rptez lopration de lautre ct, v aporisez la
graisse durant env iron 4 secondes de chaque ct.
Faites ensuite marcher le tapis v itesse rduite
env iron 2 minutes pour f aire pntrer lhuile.
Essuy ez lhuile superf lue.
ATTENTION: Un graissage insuf f isant et la f riction
exagre qui en dcoule peuv ent user trs v ite et
dtriorer le tapis, la plaque de marche, le moteur et la
platine!

wegens slechte of achterwege gelaten onderhoud v an
de band ontstaan, v allen niet onder de garantie!
De loopband is in de f abriek reeds gesmeerd, normaal
gezien is in het eerste jaar of binnen 500 gebruiksuren
gn extra smering v an de band noodzakelijk.
Daarna dient elke drie maanden een smering v an de
koude band met siliconenspray plaats te v inden.
Controleer of zich tussen de loopband en de
bodemplaat resten siliconenolie bev inden. Is dit het
gev al, is het nog niet nodig om de band te smeren.
Is dit niet het gev al, de band iets optillen zodat u vanaf
de
zijkant v oldoende siliconenspray v an v oor naar achter
op de bodemplaat kunt aanbrengen. Begin daarbij ca.
15 cm v an de bandinloop. Herhaal dit ook aan de
andere zijde. Sproei per kant ca. 4 seconden. Laat dan
de band met een lage snelheid circa 2 minuten lopen,
zodat de siliconenolie zich kan v erspreiden.
Ov ertollige olie v erwijderen.
LET OP: het niet v oldoende smeren en een daarmee
v erbonden duidelijke toename v an de wrijv ing v oert tot
sterke slijtage en beschadiging v an de loopband, het
loopv lak, de motor en de printplaat!

aumento del rozamiento asociado a sta, conllev a un f uerte
desgaste y daos en el bucle continuo, la plataf orma de
rodadura, el motor y la pletina.

ATTENZIONE: Le operazioni di lubrif icazione e cura del nastro
f anno parte delle pi importanti misure di manutenzione! I
danni deriv anti da una cura, ov v ero da una manutenzione
inappropriata o addirittura tralasciata, non sono coperti
dalla garanzia!
Il nastro di scorrimento v iene lubrif icato in f abbrica.
Generalmente dopo le prime 500 ore di serv izio oppure entro il
primo anno non necessario lubrif icarlo.
Dopo tale periodo sarebbe comunque opportuno lubrif icare
il nastro f reddo impiegando olio a base di silicone. Verificare se
tra il nastro e la piastra di f ondo si trov ano dei residui di olio di
silicone. Se cos f osse, sarebbe premature eseguire
unulteriore lubrif icazione. In caso contrario bisogner sollevare
leggermente il nastro per consentire di v ersare lateralmente
dalla posizione anteriore in quella posteriore una suf f iciente
quantit di olio di silicone sulla piastra di f ondo. Iniziare ad una
distanza di circa 15 cm dallentrata del nastro. Ripetere
questoperazione anche sullaltro lato. Spruzzare ogni lato per
circa 4 secondi. Lasciar quindi scorrere per circa 2 minuti e a
v elocit moderata il nastro onde consentire allolio di silicone di
distribuirsi.
Rimuov ere il lubrif icante superf luo.
ATTENZIONE: un'insuf f iciente lubrif icazione comporta un
ev idente aumento dellattrito che prov oca una f orte usura e
danneggia di conseguenza sia il nastro continuo che la piastra
di f ondo, ma anche il motore e la platina!
