Observations

IT session was scheduled but the lab facility or a classroom with projector facility was not provided.
So an English refreshing classes were taken. Students were asked to talk about their vacation
experiences which the students did.

The SDE was directed to repeat the session and contact all the absentee students.

Observations

Session scheduled was Word Processing and the classes were conducted in the computer lab. The
system to student ratio is less than 1:2 (with 18 students present in the class) as only 8 computers
were in working condition. There was no projector facility in the computer lab and SDE was finding it
difficult to show how things work using only his laptop. The classroom condition was also pathetic, the
whole room was filled with water from the previous days rain. If there is rain during a class hour I
reckon it will not be possible to conduct classes in that lab.

There was not much improvement in the attendance compared to the previous day, i.e., 05/06/2017.
Also the punctuality of the students was also a matter of concern. The students were appearing for
the classes even 45 minutes after the class commencement.

Conclusion

The attendance for both the days is very low, a matter of concern which needs to be addressed
immediately. Also steps needs to be taken to address the infrastructure flaws and the computer
facilities of the institution
