LEASING AGENT FOR SAIGON ONE TOWER

CBRE (Vietnam), part of the CBRE affiliate network and leading Retail Services provider in Vietnam is
appointed as the Exclusive Marketing and Leasing Agent for Saigon One Tower in District 1, Ho Chi
Minh City, Vietnam.

Saigon One Tower, located at 34 Ton Duc Thang Street, is a 41-storey mixed-used development at
the gateway of the financial district of Ho Chi Minh City. As the second tallest building in Ho Chi
