This architectural Wonder of Islamic design is one the worlds largest
mosques, with a capacity for an astonishing 41,000 worshippers. It
features 82 domes, more than 1,000 columns, 24 carat gold chandeliers
and the worlds largest hand knotted carpet. Reflective pools surround the
mosque, amplifying its beauty. The striking white and gold colours shining
in the sun are transformed at night by a unique lighting system which
reflects the phases of the moon.
The Mosque is open daily for worship and visiting, except on Friday
morning, which is for worshippers only. Entry is free, and visitors can also
attend complimentary one-hour guided tours. Visitors are asked to wear
appropriate clothing.

For a true full day experience, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi is a futuristic
