Chapter 1 Introduction

This book is for living better than dying because of not surviving as someone.

The book teaches survival from most pains and fears and losses of life. It teaches you how to
manage the pains of your heart, head, aches, sores, and muscles. It is really good for making a
life for yourself in this world. The books starts with chapters of what is the feelings that you
start feeling in the beginning of your life. Then progresses to pain management and
strengthening of your survival skills and then hurt and sorrow tolerances.

The books deals with dislikes of hurt, fears, and worries from the living of your life. The dislike
of hurt, anxieties, and sorrows from disturbed experiences of your day to day living.

That you feel better than a rottenness of the times of your daysand that you feel lucky that
you got such better feelings. Like taught in my book Stress Management.
The book is a followup to my other books and really helps you manage a healthy body, mind,
and soul.

Like is better somehow than As Likesuch as you got a disposition for eating and savoring a
like of fruit than feeling that you would want an as like of fruit. Use Stress Management and
Human Potential and Desire. Use Intuitive Happiness and How to Feel Good.

This book is for managing the pain of living and of survival too. That the pain of living when you
concern yourself with fearful or bad regrets of othersonly makes you worse for yourself. That
living with faithful attitudes and hopeful concerns, day to day, is best for your own self and for
those you associate with. Many people try ignorance of what could be best for living and
surviving for themselves day to day. Truly, the possibilities of some living, believed as surviving
and living, is learned from many skilled at living and surviving. Use Stress Management and
How to Feel Good. Use Biophysics Vector Medicine.

Feeling overwhelmed or disturbed is something of lives lived. Most of the time it is from
migraines or drugs or alcohol. Sometimes it is from bad memories of harmful experiences, such
as migraines. What could you do of hurt feelings? Use Biophysics Vector Medicine and Stress
Management. Use How to Feel Good. Dont indulge too much in drugs or alcohol. Avoid sugar.
Use How to Make Your Living Satisfying.

Try to practice food preparation skills. Take time for getting the food for eating at least 2 times a
day. Then be sure you have warm shelter for resting and sleeping. Figure out medicines from
your environment for your ills and diseases. Make friends if you could use assistance. During
your times of bodily pain or headaches, drink fresh water or eat food or bathe. Try to keep
medicines with you for pain. Try to keep clean including your shelter. Figure out furniture for
your shelter. Figure out how to store water. Just try the possibilities for you to live hopeful and
good for yourself.

Survival is easiest with friends. If you, and all your friends, feel cold and you dont have shelter
or a campfire; you all could life togetherbody to bodyand keep each other warm. Then
once warmer work together for find or making a shelter. Or work together for starting a
campfire.

For feelings that feel alive you must keep warm and not get cold; you must eat for vital life; you
should have a shelter or campfire; you should have medicines for pain and ills and diseases; and

People with difficulties of the pain of survival should keep warm, and get plenty of sleep, and
have skills of preparing food and meals, and have skills of medicating themselves, and find
friends to help them with all these, and try to keep extra resources for emergencies. Use How
to Simply Live. They should keep clean so they wont get infected with germs or parasites. Eat
lemons and limes. Add a little bit of salt to food. Eat oranges, cherries, and peanuts (or fish or
meat). Make a shelter for comfort for your body. Make clothing for protection from the
elements. Try not to get lost out in the wild. Try to eat every day even if only fruit. Make a
routine of this paragraph.

drink water or tea. Especially if you unfortunately are eating something bad that results as

like how you feel because of what you have eaten, you should drink tea or milk or water. Plenty.

What any of you want is a lightness of your metabolism and nervous system. Use my books

For many of you, the world and life is painful or deadly sometimes. Some women kinda tell that
to their little girls. The women could use my books for the times that the world is painful or
deadly. If life is painful or deadly, such as bad humans, then you must deal with deadly and
painful. This book help you deal with painful. Learning coordinations from all my books for
living more times vital than times of deadly humans is learned. Just never let worry overwhelm
you about painful or deadly bad humans. Also, I have learned, it is better to always apologize to
bad astral adepts after you get angry at them.

The human choice to want to make someone else feel disturbed (feeling something task-
inhibiting such as the task of eating an orange, or sometimes worse) is many times believed by
people as something bad of the truths of painful human behavior. For this belief, the
experiences and feelings are bad and painful after common exposure. The choice is because of
feeling other than a feeling of good that makes these people do that. My books define the good
uses of choice, and want, and make, feel, task, belief, and truth, and behavior. Authors Note: I
am figuring out the operators of uncertain of the completeness of something. Solved later.
Commonly, feeling other than good many times does not want to act good to other humans. To
be real, the human mind is so intricate and sophisticated that it stresses to feel something that
is negative, painful, and deadly.Just because of easiest pathways of something usually lazily
silly. Such as believing silly beliefs of value and worth and money and pleasures and enjoyment.
Additionally, the human mind is so intricate and sophisticated that many people make
themselves act for poor and boring uses of their own minds. Or act for poor value wants
because of believing something not very appealing to them. That is how your mind is
somethings. Because of the range of human conditions in our societies some people do all that
as described very much of the time to others as something not good. The current population of
the human race has a considerable number of humans that are disturbing to you. Including that
some people very much want to disturb you including very often. What could you do?
Hopefully? Almighty God, please?! Usually most people act not good to you because of picking
on the quality of your personal condition. [Explained in more detail later is why so many do that
to you at their own expense just because of the silly reason that they wanted to do something
nosy of some humans.) During any possibilities of making their condition of bad actions at
you something you could prove to them as not as likeable as a good time especially because
you could make that an actual condition for them factually. Making them act a good condition
for themselves and for you. You would then not feel task-inhibited for living good. My books
teach how anyone could live a personal good condition. Until all humans learn that, you have to
deal with financial competitors that got beliefs not good of human money , and criminals, and
nasty people. The most common reasons. Although, my books teach good beliefs of human
money that should complete the solutions for Satisfied Human Living. Probably. The estimated
time of accomplishment doable by all of you human beings including myself is probably 5 years.
The year 2022. Please tell everyone of this paragraph. Also, drink lots of water and milk every
day for 8 weeks because the intensity of the harm of common human poisons.

Chapter 2 Heart Pain Explained and Cured

Heart pain is that you have eaten something poisonous or painful to your chest and heart.
Something bad or infectious. Heart pain lasts as long as something bad or infectious is in your
chest. Heart pain is not felt and cured with Oranges, Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper,
some salt, sodium, fresh water imbibed until reaching hydrated and refreshed feelings, that stay
with your beliefs of fresh living--as true of your existence--and Coenzyme Q10, and fish oil, and
vitamin E, and cooked carrots, and milk, and fruits and vegetables and their juices, and beans,
and steak or fish. Do not overeat and get fat or you will only strain your entire body including
your heart. Nap when your heart hurts. Bathe when your heart hurts. Pray when your heart
hurts. Drink fresh water when your heart hurts. Eat plenty of Oranges when your heart hurts.

Chapter 3 Head Pain Explained and Cured

Head pain is poisons from astral adepts, or neighbors, or from something you have eaten or
been exposed to. Many head pains are from fungal infections. Head pains are horrific
sometimes. Be sure you keep your stomach and gut free from poisons. Be sure you do not eat
fungus and sugar. Bathe in the Ocean as much as possible if you get head pains. Drink juices
that got vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6 in very large quantities for the feelings of hurts of
thoughts of your own head. If the head pain is from infection then you have to visit a doctor
and get medicine for the infection. If the head pain is from poisons that you have to visit a
doctor of natural medicine and get cleansing herbs and formulas. Drink up to 12 gallons of
fresh water for relief. Sometimes you have to wait many hours for alleviation from head pain.
Eat fried vegetables during such times. Drink plenty of water. Take a warm shower. Take
megadoses of vitamin B-complex and vitamin C with bioflavonoids and vitamin E and plenty of
calcium and plenty of riboflavin and drink lots of fennel tea. Take magnesium, l-lysine,
huperzine, vinpocetine. Use Stress Management and Biophysics Vector Medicine.

If you get tired and feel very tired almost all the time, you mind will lose its behavior of good
vital healthy feelings. You would actually lose your mind. You would feel difficult mental hurts
and pains more and more of your time. If you do not rest your vitality and feelings, eventually
you are going to feel head pains most of the time. To maintain good vital healthy feelings and
keep your head without pain: rest, sleep, drink fresh water, eat fruit salad, eat vegetable soup,
take garlic capsules, drink tea, drink juices of fruits and medicinal foods, drink milk, manage
poisons and bacteria difficulties for your health, learn emotional tolerances, learn intact true
feelings for hope and happiness and reliance, and notice for needs of rest of any fatigue. If you
use this paragraph, you will live much more alive for more years of your life.

Chapter 6 Feelings Ache Pain Explained and Solved

Stress (usually from others), badness, bad people and animals; make you feel feelings that feel
bad to you and that make you depressed and forlorn. Your feelings arent what you want for
your mind to believe and feel. You want to feel more vital and vibrant and--more good--
positive times in your life. My books help you as does Existentialism and Self Help. These teach
good uses of yourself and of your society for making it with your feelings strong and hopeful, at
least. That the feelings of achy tired times get helped. Use Stress Management and How to

Surviving harmful hurt of your vitality or feelings is that your figure out something to usefor
depending on for your bettermentsuch as prayer or oranges or tea or coffee or herbs or
medicinal things. Use How to Simply Live.

Diabetic fungus migraine headaches people must never eat sugar or sweets or sweeteners.
Take systemic anti-fungal pills for 5 to 7 months if severe.
Keep your body warm for less aches.

Tired thinking is alleviated with resting lying down, drinking plenty of water, no constipation,
oranges and cherries, peanuts and beans, tea, coffee, and herbal tea, lemons and limes, aspirin,
and regular ocean bathing. Sleep if you got very much tired thinking. Additionally

Only feeling pain as your condition and not feeling healthy and good and happy as your

prevented knowing that. To tell you, many people living a life of pain is very saddening to me of
the joys of being a human. That is what most of you believe, that pain is very common. Just
drink lots of milk and water every day for 8 weeks so that joys would be very much more
common. That the human condition would appreciate a world much better than just times of
pain. That the psychology of the world would appreciate sweeter truths than a world of pain.
As a very strong man, I want to tell you that you really would very much like and enjoy how
good--living better than pain--would be for the world and the human race. Such as more easily
accomplishing Satisfied Human Living because of sweeter truths than pain. Just accept that you
have learned have to be and do better than a personal condition of pain. I must accentuate
your own need not to do something painful to your own self. Knowingly or unknowingly.
Please believe my books for happiness and joys. You probably have to use The Hierarchies of
the Human Condition for abilities of getting to happiness and joys. For your own appreciations
of sweet happy and sweet joys. Usually you get used to sweet after some potentiation of
your own condition other than pain. Tell everyone about this paragraph.

Chapter 7 Tired Weak Disturbed Pain Solved

Be sure you make yourself feel that your body itself feels adequately vibrant and warmbodied-
coolheaded for your acceptance of the day. Be sure you do not infect yourself by using my
books. Try to find some place of lots of fruit for nutrient fortification. Learn to eat meat and
cook. Use Stress Management.

Many times that if you eat something, that proves bad to eat, you have to deal with digesting
that eaten bad object; because you had estimated of your hunger feelings the belief it was good
foodThat you did eat as factThat usually proves painful to your stomach, and to your thymus
gland, and to your healthy normal vital health. Sometimes very badly. What could you do? Try
to drink plenty of water the times you eat risky things. Additionally, suck on lemons and limes.
Eat pumpkin seeds anytime available. Drink cows milk. Eat tomatoes or drink tomato juice.
Drink plenty of tea, especially hot green tea. Drink not too tart lemonade. Drink diluted garlic
juice. Drink prune juice. Eat clean carrots. If you accustom your behaviors to using such
healthiness--for your own feelings of your stomach--you live much happier.
Do not only stubbornly wish for more peaceful dreamy baby sweetnesss you felt and
remember. Try to get yourself to do the possibilities of your places in this world; that could let
you feel good and feel alive and feel happy and feel some calmness and some relaxing feelings.
What truly is how you want to life as; because of periods of durations of felt living of tired
disturbing painUse my books for ability of how you want your life as. Many real probabilities
of your own life in this world, truly provides numerous wanted times of healthy happy living;
because of the truths of people, places, and things. Any, some, or all of these. Including some
living similar to joyful baby feelings as true of beliefs of living happy. Use my books.

Disturbed pain such as cancer or neverending migraines or violence can be helped for you
yourself by believing in the hopes and faith of my books; and learning how to take care of
yourself after such experiences.

Eat lots and lots of cooked fish filets and fish soup. Eat plenty and plenty of fruits. Eat plenty
and plenty of tomatoes and onions. Add little salt and pepper to your foods. Wash in the ocean
or sea. Try to clean your body from bug bites as you learn from my books.

Sleep any time you feel you cannot stay awake. Sleep somewhere quiet, warm, and safe.
Keep cool-headed, even-handed, and walk with the walk of someone alive and positive. Learn

Believe in God and hope that you go to somewhere not as bad as your hurts or fears. Definable
proofs of not as bad as all hurts and fears given next year. As good as God.

Try to make friends for counting on someone to be with you and provide security and calmness
for your hurts and fears.

Keeps pets because they are so cute.

Believe in yourself, even though I have been rude, and hope that you feel like someone
important for you and important for positive.Of truth and life.

For your head and heart, learn to keep still in calm, relaxed repose. Try to dose for 30 minutes.
Drink fresh water in large quantities. Eat cold tomatoes. Keep warm with a blanket at night. Do
this every day until you learn endurance for your head and heart. Use Biophysics Vector
Medicine and Stress Management.

Take 8 Echinacea capsules (or equivalent) with 4 garlic tablets (or equivalent), 4 times a dayat
leastfor migraine headaches.

Use while willow bark, some ephedra, and cherries for shock and nervousness. Drink 1 gallon of
fresh water, 1 gallon of milk, 1 gallon of fruit juice, and 1 gallon of tea for desperate shock and
nervousness and pain. Use Biophysics Vector Medicine.
Solve mild and significant physiological shocks to the feelings and also thoughts with fruits and
herbal teas and ocean bathing and Stress Management.

Some of your beliefs of tiring worrisome experiences is many times the experiences made you
cry somehow or other. So you feel fear. Why though? Because some feelings have a feeling
you interpret as not good for you. Such as headaches, etc. Please be informed that if you do
not maintain your emotional and feelings health and physiological health you are going to feel
fear. The fear though, at true worst, is having an experience that the only truth is you somehow
are truly just one reality operation (as quick as an instant) from dying. Commonly this feeling is
usually from shock, migraine headaches, common poisons that make you feel you are just an
instant (one reality operation) from dying. If you have read my books, you wouldnt be feeling
shock, headaches, etc. Also, if the worse result were to occur about instant feelings of horror
and dying, you still have shock, headaches, etc. Fears of instant dying wouldnt be a concern if
you accept that instant dying isnt common. Also, instant reality operations of instant dying is
something you could manage yourself with knowledge of other actual reality operations of
existence that allow for results of intact existence somehow or other as a true possibility.
Including a possibility to manage but one reality operation from dying. Such as all the many
possibilities of use of ontological mechanics. Keep your mind useful for some good reality. If
you have read my books, you have proper real use of your beliefs and estimations of reality.
Also, an instant reality operation of dying you can manage with the truths of many other
different (including instant) reality operations and math and physics that arent of dying but of
life. Life (including yours if you have read my books), feels good beliefs and feelings appreciated
and liked by you. So, you are luckier than a reality of mostly horrific reality operations of pain,
and dying. So lucky you, you are now better able to manage fear and even crying. Allowing for
more times for you for learning and development good for you. Please read this paragraph
precisely.

Chapter 8 Nutrition That Is Most Basic and Available of The Nature of the Earth

Animal meat, that isnt too infested with bugs and worms, preferably cooked well done; and
edible fruit; and edible grasses; and edible flowers. Then edible vegetables. Use Stress
Management.

To make the most of the good feelings of your living for your own life, make the most of what
your world has available; such as oranges for health and clarity, and cherries for thinking and
energy, and guavas for health and meals, and lemons and limes for illness and vitality, and tea
and herbal tea for cleaning and pain, and peanuts and beans for pain and energy and meals.
These really do make the most of the feelings of your life. So that you would feel more better
than hurt feelings most of the time.
The best foods as good as modern medicines to heal many types of diseases:
1) Roasted peanuts (shells removed), at least 6 handfuls, for disinfecting the pain felt by
your body and mind; and for healing the diminishment of your possibilities of belief
potentials--caused by lice infectionincluding internal lice infection. [Lice infection is a
very bad disease of humans common throughout the planet Earth.] The folate in
peanuts get rid of lice that do that. Eat every day until no longer infected with lice or
lice pain. Curing results sometimes felt after eating peanuts for as long as 4 months.

2) Roasted pumpkin seeds (shells removed), at least 6 handfuls, for disinfecting the pain of
bacterial and some fungal infections. Pumpkin seeds produce immune system functions
of creating antibodies for disinfecting many germs diseases. The zinc in pumpkin seeds
do that. Eat every day until you feel very calm and pleasant completely free of any
feelings felt troubling to you. Suggestion: clean yourself of any dirt or any types of itchy
feelings, as best you can.Tub washing with Bath salts are sufficient. See #1 and #3 and
#4 and #5.
3) Cooked carrots or 2 quarts of carrot juice, for strengthening the tolerance capacity of
your immune system to the pains and hurts felt from germs and parasites and bugs and
worms. The best type of vitamin A that carrots have do that. Eat every day until you
feel that your body and chest is strong and comfortable to you. See #1 and #2 and #4
and #5.
4) Cooked or raw garlic AND some salt AND 2 cups of lime juice AND 1 quart of milk for
disinfecting the vitality bothering infections of most types of worms. Eat every day until
you feel very pure internally. Authors Note: one additional food might be necessary for
getting rid of worms. See #1 and #2 and #3 and #5.
5) Any foods with plenty of calcium for keeping your metabolism capable of pure abilities
of immunity to any harmful bad vectors of diseases. Eat such foods regularly until you
feel very satisfied with your health, happily felt as positive beliefs of yourself. See #1 and
#2 and #3 and #4.
--Many poor people, unable to afford expensive medicines, anywhere in the world could
afford peanuts and pumpkin seeds and carrots and garlic and salt and limes and milk. Note:
you must maintain a regimen of certain foods that have to be eaten because of the times of
some human wants of evil to you.

Chapter 9 What of the Very Old World is Enjoyable as Much as the Modern World and
Modern Goods of Money

Shelter, blanket, fresh water, fresh cooked food, good friends, herbs and medicines, campfire,
fruit, nuts, love.

Take blue-green algae for better body odor.

Figure out how to survive the cold and heat and rain and snow during the days that you have
the opportunities.

Practice an inner gentleness that comforts you and also gives off a good ambiance.
Methods to a good disposition: body warmth, nourished, clean, no unmanageable diseases.
These are the minimums for a good disposition. Use my books.

Live for yourself as good, healthy, and happy using anima, gumption, and gusto. That is the

Use good emotions for your hopes of finances. Because good emotions work best with hopes.

Chapter 10 Pain or Hurt That You Feel That Acts You to React Wants Explained and Cured

If you believe something such as you wasnt any good; you could help yourself with How to

Make a juice of carrot root and broccoli flower and tomato fruit to flush toxins from the
stomach.

Feebleness is helped with canes and wheelchairs and nutrition and warmth and vitality and

Chapter 11 Not Good or Tough of Beliefs Managed

Feelings are wholesome at birth for most babies. Wholesome feelings are wanted by all
newborns. Beliefs, good or tough, are wanted wholesome (primarily) and experienced felt
wholesome. To do that, use my books, so you do not initiate toughness unwholesomeness to
yourself or others; and begin the wholesomeness for yourself that you were born to live. If you
