EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In today's modern world every company wants to compete with others to remain in
the market. So it is necessary for the company to analyze and know the needs and
wants of the customer. It is very important for the company to know which

. I have also discussed about the supply of IFB product in Gorakhpur zone.
The research is carried out by using primary data. The method that i have used is
questionnaire technique to get data from customer and dealers. The sample size is
of one hundred fifty customers of Gorakhpur zone those who are using and not

machine both front load and top load as comparison to others brands. There were
45% of people of Gorakhpur zone using front load fully automatic washing
machine which is of IFB and around 12%- 15% of public is demanding for it.

Durables goods are those goods which do not wear out quickly, yielding utility
over a time rather than at once. Durable goods are a category of consumer
products Had do not need to be purchased frequently because they are made to last
for a long time (usually lasting for three years or more). They are also called
electronic goods, home finishing and fixtures, leisure equipment and kitchen
appliances.
They can be further classified as either white goods, such as refrigerators, washing
