In exchange, management committed to an Overtime Task Force to eliminate ‘the need fer unwanted overtime. “We hope that this example of compromise canbe replicated with both ‘sides fulfiling thee obligations under any such agreement, ‘We urge you to continue engaging in an effort to bridge any remaining divides between Baysate Franklin Medical Center and the Massachusetts Nurses Associaton.
