How do we correct our mind so the rest of

that other person into giving us love.
But what if someone does give us love?
Thats got to be a good thing right?
Well, every time we appear to get love
from an external source, especially from
another person, it merely reinforces the
erroneous belief that love can only be
found outside ourselves.

You really can have it all when you


experience inner love from yourself.

A couple of things Lester Levenson says


should be brought up now. He tells us,
when we talk about trouble, problems, our
suffering and woes, when we list them
out, were actually supporting and
strengthening all of that. The talking
about it takes us into negativity,
reinforces it, gives it the illusion of being
real, and strengthens our holding in mind
suffering, misery,trouble, problems. The
mind is creative. We create what we hold
in mind. Lester tells us to LET GO of trying
to make this world real when its a fiction
of our imagination if we see the truth. Its
just a picture out there that we have
imagined and now we are holding onto it
and trying to make it real.

Lester tells us, if we want to get rid of


our suffering, we get to keep it because
wanting to get rid of it is holding it in
mind. The mind is going to create
whatever is held there. If suffering is held
in the mind, the mind is going to create
more suffering.
Notice, the word want in the beginning
of the previous paragraph. THAT is the
crux of the matterthat is the cause of all
suffering. WANTING. The mind is creative.
Want equals lack. If we want, we lack and
the mind will give us more of the pain of
lack. Lack is that clutching we feel in our
stomach or chest. Lack puts us into
AGFLAP. Lack provokes us to want to
figure it out. Lack tells us to disapprove of
ourselves, of everyone, of everything, thus
to lack approval, to lack control, to lack
safety. Lacking is behind all the AGFLAP
feelings. (pp 10-21 of your Abundance

If we are into wanting, we are suffering
and in misery. The mind, the ego loves the
wanting game, because it can keep us
negative, it can keep us as low on the
AGFLAP chart as we can be.
The mind doesnt want us to know that its
so easy to get ourselves out of the black
hole of suffering.

Saw Lester in my minds eye and him


telling me, You go into Beingness to
be Free and to be with your Source,
from there it all happens, by releasing
you clear the path for your Freedom.
The other paths take you to your
Source but once you come out you go
back into the mind.

Recognize and release the suppressed


energy you hold in your consciousness
which is CAUSING the external
happenings to materialize.
Put simply: Your external
happenings = EFFECTS.
Whereas your suppressed energy in
your consciousness = CAUSE.

The Goal is Unlimited Happiness

The goal is complete
liberation the attainment of
limitlessness.

All are seeking complete freedom and


happiness, and everyone is seeking this
either consciously or unconsciously.

The goal is Self-Realization.

All we need to do is improve our knowing


or the fact that "I AM THAT I AM" until our
knowledge is only that. Then we see and
know that we are that which we have
been seeking.
So the goal is to know that "I AM THAT I
AM." This knowing, however, is not the
intellectual KNOWING, which is but like a
tape recording. This knowledge is an
experienced knowledge gotten through
Self realization, through stilling the mind
and concentrating the mind inwardly until
the Self, Itself, gives us the answer by
showing Itself.

No one can be taught Truth, each must


realize Truth by himself or herself. A
Teacher can give the direction, the way,
and the pupil may take it.

All Truth is provable. Accept nothing on


hearsay. Each must prove out everything
for himself or herself.

There is only an Absolute Truth, and that


is the Truth that is changeless. Before we
attain to the one Absolute Truth we use
the apparency of relative truth.

Reason and thinking, dealing with the


limited senses, and being a lower level
operation mind, cannot get us to the
Absolute Truth, but must be used to get us
in the direction of the Absolute Truth.
Intuition, knowingness, super-
consciousness will reveal the Absolute
Truth.

Our rate of growth is directly proportional


to the intensity of the desire for it.

Man thinks of himself as body, mind and


soul. Soul is the real SelfInfinite, All-
Knowing, All-Powerful, Everywhere
Present. Mind is a tool of the Soul, used as
an instrument to create and reflect the
physical universe. Body is the creation of
the mind.
Therefore, we must first get to know that
we are not the limited body, then that we
are not the limited mind, and what is left
is that we are the Pure Infinite Glorious
Self, Omnipotent, Omniscient, and
Omnipresent! This is the real evolution.
Life, as we know it today, is in the limited
realm of cause and effect. Natural or
divine law works in accordance with
cause and effect. To be masters and
controllers of life, we need only to know
that thinking is the cause and whatever
happens in the physical world is the effect
of that thinking! If, from this moment on,
we would keep in mind only that which we
want, that is only what we would get!

Remember, the mind is only creative, and


will create constructive and destructive
things, determined by what we keep in
mind!

When we have released for a time, we
see the truth that releasing is the
highest form of action. We see we can
get all by releasing. We see, if we
release, we let go and let God and
everything falls perfectly into line.

Have you ever felt any of these


feelings:
Sad?
Stressed?
Uncomfortable?
Anxious?
Agitated?
Restless?
Worrisome?
If so, how did you know you had
that feeling and emotion?
You felt it, right?
Now let's just take whatever
emotion or feeling you're
experiencing in this moment. Just
go with the first one that comes to
you right now.
Got it?
Good.
Now be aware that you are aware
of that feeling / emotion - whatever
it may be.
Just rest in that awareness of the
emotion / feeling for a moment; just
noticing.
Now I want you to understand this:
The emotion / feeling itself does
NOT know that it exists.
Only your AWARENESS of the
emotion / feeling knows the
emotion / feeling exists.
That may seem like a small point -
but when you stop and
contemplate it fully it's has a HUGE
significance on your ultimate
freedom.
Because let's say you FEEL really
uncomfortable.
The feeling labeled
"uncomfortable" does not know it
exists as itself.
Awareness KNOWS it exists - but
awareness is completely
indifferent to the feeling labeled
"uncomfortable".
Awareness being aware is not
impacted or diminished in any way
by the feeling labeled
"uncomfortable" (or whatever
feeling that may arise in you).
So what does care?
What is impacted?
And what is diminished?
Answer:
Only your THINKING attached to
the feeling / emotion is impacted
by the emotion / feeling.
Only your own THINKING/story is
causing whatever emotion / feeling
to make you upset or
uncomfortable.
Only your own THINKING can even
put a label on an emotion / feeling.
Just knowing that the emotion /
feeling itself does not itself know it
exists can "release" your thinking
around whatever uncomfortable
feeling you're experiencing.
Just "SEEING" that causes a
release.
After all, there is NOW nothing that
actually exists (by itself) for the
mind (thinking) to "grip" onto and
create a story out of.
And when your THINKING has
nothing to "grip" onto, you
effortlessly fall into the state of
pure awareness - the state that
cannot ever be impacted nor
diminished by whatever is
happening in your life.
It's that state of pure awareness
(or Beingness as Lester called it)
that's the ultimate state of
freedom.
I highly recommend you "hang out"
in the ultimate state of freedom -
it's the best place in the world you
can ever be!

The prime obstacle that we meet is the


subconscious mind. It is full of thoughts of
limitations that propel us every day,
automatically. And we have made these
habits of subconscious thoughts so strong
that even when we recognize the direction
we would like to go in, the subconscious
thoughts keep directing us for quite
sometime (even lifetimes) until we finally
succeed in over coming them.

We overcome them with thoughts of


what we really want to do in life, and in

we can do something about the mind and

and meditating to quiet the mind enough
so that we can see the infinite Being that
we are. The major steps are first,
becoming aware of the fact that we are
MASTER over MATTER (and matter

major step is becoming MASTER over
mind.

And when we become really masterful


over mind we are able to and we do LET
GO OF MIND and operate in the realm of
omniscience, in the realm of
KNOWINGNESS. Then we are fully AWARE
aware of' the infinite Being that we are,
and are in the ultimate Happiness.
if you are experiencing any lack in your
life it's not because of something that's
missing.
It's because the ego is in the way.
The ego (comprised of your thoughts and
beliefs) is a barrier to your abundance.
Subconscious suppressed energy.
LACKING FEELING..A FEELING OF NOT
HAVING (LETTING GO OF THIS FEELING
ALLOWS YOU TO MOVE INTO THE
FEELING OF HAVING)
Only when you dissolve this ego-barrier
will the supply of abundance (including
the things you want to have and
experience) find its way into your reality.
You can take massive action and do
everything you can to get what you want --
but the ego will always sabotage your
capacity to receive.
Let me describe this another way:
The "secret" to getting what you want is
in dissolving the ego enough to open up
the channels to ALLOW yourself to
RECEIVE what you want.
This is how effortless manifestation
happens.
What this means is:
Any FEELING=SENSE of LACK in your life
is, in reality, a mis-identification you have
with the ego.
Your supply of abundance is in direct
proportion to your OPENESS to
RECEIVING=ALLOWING abundance.
When you have a blockage to abundance,
it's only due to the belief that someone
can give you what you lack (for example,
money) or withhold it from you.
You can dissolve this blockage to
abundance (i.e., having more money) by
resting in the TRUTH of supply - and that
is all supply manifests out of the
consciousness of HAVING.
This program is specifically designed to
move you into the consciousness of
HAVING.
So things begin falling into your lap. In
fact, no matter how dire the external
circumstances may appear, you can
quickly create a life-altering shift.
Think for a moment how your life will

Miracles, Manifestation And The
Sedona Method
Have you ever heard of the miracles
from the bible, Buddha or other

Miracles are really the manifestation


of phenomenon in the body or the
world that seem unexplainable or

the late Lester Levenson at the age of

we are often told that we are
unlimited beings. If we are unlimited
beings then that means we have no
limitations - everything should be
possible for us! We should have no

can demand or the manifestations we
can conjure from the ether.

However, in order to be able to


effectively attract miracles into your
life you must do two things. Firstly you
must acknowledge that you, that is to
say your ego sense of self, can
manifest nothing nor create any

nothing) You must acknowledge that
it is the divine spark WITHIN you that
does the work, not you! Your job is
merely to decide what it is you want
and then let the all powerful universal
source, which illuminates your very
being, do the work!

This can be the hardest part for most


people. We are conditioned into
believing that we must work hard and
strive continuously in order to reach
our goals or any worthwhile objective.
Such sayings as "no pain, no gain" are
indicative of this incorrect mindset!
It is possible to create an unlimited
number of miracles in your life. It is
possible to manifest anything, and
everything, you want. However, you
first have to realize that it is not you
who produces the results but the God-
Force WITHIN you! THE ONENESS
KNOWING(Star Wars-LET THE FORCE
BE WITH YOU) This is a underlying
concept of Lester's Sedona Method.

The second, and equally important,


ingredient for creating miracles lies in
your subconscious mind. In fact it is
not really an ingredient you must add
but one that you must take away!

In order to allow the universal power,


that created worlds, to create your
desires you must remove your
negative thinking about those desires!

This was how Lester Levenson


created miracles. He used the Sedona
Method to remove, or "release", his
inner obstacles to creating miracles.
Let me explain.

It is taught in many metaphysical,


religious and esoteric traditions that
thoughts are what constitute beliefs
and that both create reality. Lester
also realized this and incorporated it
into the Sedona Method. However, it is
also taught in the Sedona Method that
your negative beliefs are just a
collection of thoughts and that these
thoughts themselves are driven by
NEGATIVE EMOTIONS. When
something that we perceive to be
negative happens to us we develop
thoughts around that occurrence.
These thoughts are backed by
emotions and so immediately pass to
the subconscious mind for storage
and retrieval. Many similar thoughts
accumulate together to form beliefs,
through schemas in the brain that are
connected by neural pathways.

The driving force of all BELIEFS is


your feelings or EMOTIONS. When
Lester found that he could use the
Sedona Method to remove his
negative feelings he made a startling
discovery. By using the Sedona
Method to remove these negative
emotions he found that his BELIEFS
faded as the thoughts connected to
the FEELINGS vanished instantly!

Like Lester you must remove your


negative thoughts, beliefs and feelings
about your desires if you ever want to
experience miracles.

What the race calls the love energy is


localized in the solar plexus. Any
disappointment in love reacts upon the
body through the exaggerated
functions of the solar plexus center and
the sympathetic nervous system.
One has only to recall the quick declines
following a great disappointment.
Heart disease and quick consumption are
well known expressions.
All the sympathetic centers are so closely
and carefully attuned that
heart disease, heart failure, angina
pectoris, and all subjective heart

Not seeing the world as it is, is an
aversion
to it.

You have to start mastering the


world because you are convinced
the world is master over you. You
must see that
you are the one who determines it.
That makes you master over it. The
next step is to become master over
your mind and then you are a
Master. (Its a nice
feeling when you start mastering
the world, isnt it?)

The world is a tremendous magnet.

Primarily, you have to un-want the


world and want your Self.

You dont have to be subject to


anything because you are master
of everything.

The truth is, we created the stars


and the planets. The important
thing is to run them. Dont let them
run you.
The world is a very good place for
rapid growth because your ego is
being presented to you every time
you talk to someone
or someone talks to you. Daily,
look at your ego motivations and
let them go!

Every act in the world is motivated


by your ego, until, of course, there
is no more ego. Then action goes
on egolessly.

After you scorch enough of the


mind, then the world doesnt trap
you.

There is immediate realization of


the Self the moment one sees the
unreality of the world.

When the eye sees the world as I,


that is Realization.

Now you see the world as a very


variegated variety. When you see
the singular substance just behind
it, you see the reality
of it. Seeing the reality, you will
see the singularness as the Self,
your Self.

When you see the Self, the world


does not disappear; your view of it
changes. It will not look like it
does now. You will see it as your
Self.

The only reason people do not get


Realization is that they have more
desire for the world than for
Realization.

It is the belief that the world is real


that is the cause of ones difficulty
in keeping out habitual thoughts.
Were it not for this
belief, realization of your Self
would be easy. And this is your
prime difficulty, this belief that the
body, mind and world
are real.

Our pleasures must be taken


directly, not attributed to things
outside of ourselves.

Look at the earths influence on


you and undo it.

Rather than be automatically


locked into the world, keep up your
vigilance of remembering your true
Self.
Looking for joy in the world makes
Realization impos sible. The source
of that joy is you, and it is not
outside of you.

Only desire for this world keeps us


in the world.

You are causing everything around


you, even when someone else
seems to be doing it.
When you realize this, youll take
responsibility for everything.

If you dont like the world, change


your consciousness.
That is all there is out there (your
consciousness) and its the only
thing that you can change, the only
thing that you should try to
change. Make the world perfect by
perfecting
your consciousness and all will be
perfect.

The Truth of the world is just


behind what you now see.

Declare your mastership rather


than be a victim.

The whole world is just a mere


thought. Think on that!

I and world, seer and seen, rise


simultaneously, con currently, co-
dependently, and necessarily exist
co-existently. The creation is
instantaneous with the creator.
Realize this. There is no world
without the one who sees it.
Realize the seer, within whom the
apparency, the world,
was imaged. The reality then is
only the Seer.

This is absolutely the best Are you struggling

This serves as a great analogy for us as
human beings.
Our outer circumstances (the problem)
often conceals an inner masterpiece
of a solution within you.
Doesnt matter what the particular
problem is. And it doesnt matter how
impossible the problems seems to be. In
every case, there lies hidden within us, a
masterpiece
of a solution.

Unfortunately this masterpiece within us


will not show up on an X-ray or an MRI
scan.
It only shows up when we RELEASE all the
mental and emotional turmoil that blinds
us to it.
When you RELEASE all the anguish, fear,
shame, and worry, an infinite number of
possibilities open up for you.
Just as an infinite number of stars seem
to appear in a clear night sky
possibilities that were hidden by the
clouds of fear and apprehension present
themselves.
So, if you want to resolve any kind of
problem in your lifejust know
RELEASING
can resolve it for youno matter how
impossible the situation looks.

Everyone wants a continuous,


constant, eternal happiness with
no sorrow whatsoever, and no one
is ever satisfied until he or she
finds that. Everyone is
seeking what were all seeking, the
major difference being that they
are seeking It in the world and are
frustrated, while we are seeking It
within and are successfully
becoming happier.
When we go within we discover
that all happiness is there. The
only place where we can feel
happiness is right within ourselves.
That is exactly where it is. Every
time we attribute this happiness to
something external, to a person or
a thing external, we get more pain
with it than we do pleasure.
Anyone disagre with that? If you
have experienced enough, if youve
lived long enough, and if
youve examined it, youve
discovered this. The happiness
that were seeking and thinking is
out there external to us, isnt there.
The happiness with no
sorrow can only be found by going
within.
Theres no limit to joy. There is
nothing that we cannot have.
There are no heights that we
cannot reach, in happiness, in
money, in health or in anything.
I want to throw out a challengeI
present to you how life could be if
you would go all the way. I present
a way of life when we live by
creating things just by thought.
When we create things by just
thought, everything falls into
perfect harmony; nothing goes
wrong; everything becomes,
immediately, the way we want it to
be.
I present this to you as a
challenge, hoping you will take it
and do just that.
It is, instead, an "internal oasis of success" that can
be rested into at any moment. Even right now.
So what's my definition of success?
It's this:

"Success is making the right


choice in the moment."
Read that definition again.
Let it sink in for a moment.
Because if you too choose to adopt that definition of
success for yourself you'll hardly ever "take a wrong
turn" in your life.
But you say -- how do I know if I'm making the right
choice?
That's easy.
Because if you choose to have freedom and release
any thoughts or feelings that seem to be in the way
of that -- you CANNOT ever make a wrong choice.
Not ever.
Choosing freedom in this (and every) moment will
never let you down.
And all other "things" will be added to it.

In other words -- choose freedom


FIRST, and if you have the intention to
enjoy a certain life experience or
object, those things will effortlessly
find their way into your life.
Not that you'll be dependent (or feel incomplete)
without having a certain experience or object
though.
See dwelling in freedom (the state of pure happiness
with no sorrow) cannot ever be enhanced or
improved by having things.
It only makes the ability to enjoy other things or
experiences more accessible and beautiful.
So I highly encourage you to contemplate success as
making the right choice in the moment. The choice
to experience freedom (happiness with no sorrow).

And see that the right choice is ALWAYS


to release any feelings, thoughts, beliefs,
perceptions or sensations that are
seemingly contrary to having freedom
right here, right NOW in this moment.
That's how you'll make the fastest
"progress" in life.

What you'll really be doing is


bathing fully in the NOW.
The ONLY "place" (or "space")
where anything good can
reach you.

Surrender Once And For All

We often hear Lester talk


about letting go and letting God, being not the
doer.
What is it all about? The word that comes up is
surrender, surrendering. What is surrendering
we ask? What does it mean to surrender?
Surrendering, is letting go of our ego sense,
the feeling we have to do something or it wont
get done.
Surrender is LETTNG GO and ALLOWING.
Sounds somewhat like a fantasy? Thats the
mind talking because it wants no part of us
surrendering. If we surrender, the mind is out
of business.
Whats so scary to us about turning over our
lives to something able to handle anything
easily and effortlessly? To something that
knows no problems or troubles. To something
that will do it all for us.
In other words, we dont have to do a thing. We
can, be not the doer.
Whats so scary about that?
It may help to recall that we are not who we
think we are. We are not the skin and bones,
nor the mind that barks away day and
night. Who and what we really are is way
beyond anything of this planet or anything the
mind can grasp.
It is way beyond the mind. However, through
long time habit, we have held onto the belief
that we are the mind and body. Our habit is to
believe struggle and trouble are the coin of life
and there is nothing we can do about it.
Now we learn there is something else after
all. We can release. Through the Release
Technique we call up into our awareness all of
the subconscious negativity that runs our
lives. We call up all of the blocks to our real
self shining through, the real self that we are,
the real self which has no limitations.
When we release we make discoveries.
We find out the self that we think we are is all
about limitation, thinking, figuring out and
struggling. Its about chasing answers and
solutions in the mind where they do not exist .
Its about being the doer.
Through releasing we discover the self we
really are is about mere effortlessness---that
would be nice if it happened---and it is ours; it
falls in our lap. That seems like the more
attractive way to do it, doesnt it? However,
through habit we have chosen the hard way.
When we release, we see what surrendering,
letting go and letting God, being not the doer is
all about. It is recognizing---seeing----realizing
there is another way, a much better way. It is
about realizing we are not who we have
thought we are for all these many years, these
many lifetimes.
Surrendering is letting go of saying we are this
limited mind and body. Its about realizing
what we really are is unlimited, whole,
complete, perfect.
So, what are the steps to surrendering? It
sounds so hard doesnt it? What if it doesnt
work? It must be complicated. It must take a
lot of steps. Thats the mind talking
again. Lester says its the simplest thing there
is, actually.
First, we have to let go of the conviction we
are this limited body, mind. Thats the mind
that tells us to run around like chickens with
our heads cut off, to effort, to try, to work at
it. So, first we have to let go of that tendency
we have had so long. We have to let it go.
Then, we have to allow. And what does it take
to allow? It takes nothing. We do not have to
do anything. Oh, well, yes, there is
something. We have to fall out of love with
our troubles, our problems, our struggles. We
have to fall out of love with that mind we know
is not our friend but that we keep paying close
attention to and following its instructions 24
hours a day.

We say, I am not that. We let go of identifying


with the limited mind and we allow. In
effortlessly letting go of identifying with the
limited mind, the limited body, right there is
our true nature.
We find it right there. Its right where we are,
says Lester. We dont have to go anywhere,
we dont have to do anything. Turn our
attention away from the mind and body and the
quiet place is right there. Its been there all
the time.
Its a decision. Decide to let go of identifying
with limited mind/body. Isnt it worth whatever
risk your mind says you are taking? The other
way hasnt worked or you wouldnt be reading
these words.
Let go of saying I am that limited mind/body,
and be the infinite, unlimited being that you
really are. Allow perfection. That is
surrendering. That is the beautiful simplicity
of surrendering. Of being not the doer. Of
letting go and letting God. And, Lester assures
us, everything falls perfectly into line.
So, its a clear decision. We keep taking our
marching orders from that noise running our
lives which says, hurry, worry, struggle, and all
the time live in fear---oh yes, and by the way,
never be satisfied. Or decide. Decide to let go
of saying you are that---let go, and its all right
there. The searching, the efforting is over.
You are home at last.

If you ever find yourself challenged


or stressed by something in your
life, the mind often steps in and
tried to fix the issue. But thats
where
the problem really begins.
Instead of stepping back and just
OBSERVING the issue, the mind
(based on
habitual patterns) wants to take
charge and often causes more
problems
(and stress) than originally existed.
Then, the vicious cycle begins
1. The problem shows up
2. Stress kicks in (based on
memory rather than what
actually is occurring)
3. The desire to fix it turns on in
the mind
4. Effort is expended to do the
fixing
5. More stress is created
Over and over
Until
Until we become present and step
back into the NOW (with no
judgment or analysis).
You might be saying easier said
than done Paul!
But when you practice being
present with the little things, you
develop the skill to
handle the big ones with grace and
ease. And the gift you experience
is a feeling of
Presence; a calm sense of being
the observer of your thoughts and
feelings.
Because when you do, the mind
relaxes and lets go, and lets the
Presence give you
perspective and objective
perspective.
How To Become The Observer
Heres the simple formula to
become the observer and step
back from virtually
any problem or challenge you ever
face (no matter how intense) and
still feel
peace and inner calm.
If you ever encounter a problem or
anything that begins to cause
stress in
your life simply:
1. Notice how you feel - and
breathe in slowly and deeply

2. Get a sense of the feeling


(where its located in your body)
3. Breathe into the feeling and let
go

4. Just notice the feeling with no


judgment

5. Continue breathing into the


feeling until you feel a shift
- when the observer within you
awakens and you sense a
difference.
It might be the feeling lightens up,
or that you get a sense of clarity or
inner peace.
The real key is to become the one
who notices and step out of the
problem mindset.
This single shift of awareness is
enough to feel connected, whole
and at peace.

We live in the real world, with real problems ...


and, thank goodness, real solutions

The secret to the Method isn't complicated. One of its key


benefits is its simplicity! So how DO you get at it and use it?
I'll name it here, in five words:

Your natural ability to release.

This is what happened to Lester...

Since he was going to die, Lester decided to "release"or


let go ofevery anxiety, troubling memory, disapproval of
himself, being the victim to what others thought of him, his
feeling out of control of his mind and his life, his feelings of
being unimportant, his feelings of lonelinessand every
other feeling that could cause anxiety, tension or stress.

For three months straight, Lester sat and released, and


released, and releasedrelieving himself of every feeling,
both good and bad, until he found a profound "centeredness"
that left him with such a profound internal peace that just

how I met Lester.

The first time I met Lester I was sitting at a table with


several other people when I noticed this man who emanated

I was a New Yorker of the fullest magnitude. High strung,


stressed out, never getting or having enough, full of negative
self-talk (more on that later), desperately seeking answers
and busy, busy, busy. Lester gazed over at me at one point
and I felt this peace wash over me. He smiled a little half
smile at me, a mere acknowledgement of the best side of
me. I was a total stranger to him and yet it felt as though he
were an old friend I'd known for a very long time. Wow. What
a trip.

I kind of nodded back, but felt all this conflict.

Humans can't connect like this, can they?


Imagine a world where everyone who meets you wants to be
your friend. Where you spot the very best in people and
something in YOU brings that out of them. Others are drawn
to you just because of the natural "vibe" you give off. You
know what I'm saying.

Ever meet someone and you just think to yourself: "Wow,


that person has such great energy!" Being a New Yorker, I
flat out asked Lester: "You seem like you're really at peace,
what's your secret?" He half smiled again and said he would
be glad to share his secret with me in a class that was
starting the very next weekend. All he said was, "You spend
four days releasing."

What the heck did that mean?

I had no idea what he was talking about, but I felt that if this
process of "releasing" could give me even a little of what he
was obviously experiencing, I wanted that as soon as
possible. I was a little nervous, but I made it a point to
arrange my life to do the four days.

I was amazed when I took the class that very next weekend
how quickly all the chains that were holding me back simply
dropped away. Life-long troubles dissolved, tremendous
internal conflict began to ebb away. Abundance began
rushing into my life. But more importantly, I was given the
tools for how to build a life filled with peace, grace,
abundance and yes, joypure joy.

Is pure joy even possible?

Before I discovered Lester's techniques, I had known few, if


any, fleeting moments of joy. Now I can experience joy any
time I want. I can be doing my morning workout and just
taking in the view from my workout room, and feel joy and
peace wash over me. I can be looking at you, seeing your
very best side and just rejoice in your personal greatness.

We all have personal greatness and joy within us. We just


have to release the chains that bind it. I was so amazed
after even the first four days at the "releasing" event that
right then and there I knew, with absolute certainty, that

Pure a`nxiety.

Other methods of mental manipulation teach you to interrupt


these patterns and try to replace them with new patterns.
But what I've found is that they will then manifest
somewhere else. Any thought you simply "cover up" or
suppress will manifest somewhere else and it will be
destructive when it does. Using these other techniques will
simply make the negative impressions show up in other
areas of your life.

Do you know how much power over your life your thoughts
and feelings really have?
A study was conducted in which scientists froze two bottles
of water. On one, the scientists put the label: "I hate you,
die." On the other they wrote, "I love you, you are pure love."
They then looked at the water under a microscope. The
scientists conducting the experiment stepped back in awe.
They then looked up close again.

What they saw was that the water that was marked "I hate
you, die" had actually changed its molecular structure to
dark, yellowish circles.

The water looked diseased and nasty.

Now get this. The water that was labeled "I love you, you
are pure love" looked like beautiful snowflakes.

The molecular structure of the water had transformed into


large white patterns of crystalline beautyastonishing,
breathtaking patterns and shapes of beauty.

So imagine what all this self-talk, running all the time90%


negativedoes to your health, your molecular structure,
your skin, bones, organs, blood and so on. And to your ability
to attract all the right things into your life.

So how in the world do I get rid


of all the negativity in my life?

Okay, here's where it gets so simple, a part of you will not


believe it. And when I first heard this from Lester, I thought
to myself, "It just can't be that easy." So what do you do
with all this negativity running in your head and messing up
your life?

You simply acknowledge it and release it. That's all. You will

In addition to being a successful businessman, Lester was a


physicist-engineer by training. He understood that "anything

Psychotherapy can take years and years. I've mentioned the

A case study, something practical

A couple of times a year I do retreats where you spend six


days releasing and releasing and releasing. Its an

Recently, a man came to one of our programs because he


was always in emotional turmoil. He had become financially
successful, but he was never happy, experienced joy only
occasionally, and felt like his life was never good enough.
Baggage, my friends. All baggage that can be "released."

We helped him release on three levels: wealth, health, and


relationshipsand his life began to transform.

Within the first month he experienced four days of pure joy.


Where he was just grateful to be alive. (He admitted that he
had probably only had four days of pure joy in the entire rest
of his life.)

Abundance poured into his life from so many sources he


marveled at his entire life.

Here's another quick, but potent example: A 45-year-old


woman learned to release through the audio program that

She had struggled with anxiety and depression since she


was a teenager despite constant medication.
She gave the Method a try and was amazed when after just 6

she could feel better. She felt this long-held weight in her
body and mind just dissolve, took no further action, and
forgot about the whole thing.

A week later she received a check in the mail for the whole
amount from this person. It was dated the same day that she
had released her feelings about the situation.

Tell me more about health and abundance

Lester gave away all his wealth


After Lester spent three months releasing all
his baggage, he found that he could manifest
anything he needed. He had rid himself of so
much of the crap (yes, crap) that gets in the
way of living in abundance that he became
almost like a powerful electromagnet able to
attract or manifest anything he wanted.

He had tapped into something extraordinary


and was now able to draw from it anything he

You may not know Arianna.
But you will undoubtedly have heard of
what she has since set up.

It all started with a decision.
Life is like that.
It is shaped by our decisions.
Thing is most people have to force their
decisions through - by sheer force of will.
There's an easier way though.

By releasing your decisions come into
creation much easier than they would
otherwise.
And by releasing you'll notice
circumstances will "find their way to you"
in such a way that achieving your decision
(your goal) feels effortless.
So the recipe for success is simple:
Make a firm decision.
Then release all attachment or aversion to
seeming obstacles in the way of having
your decision.
So what are you deciding?
For starters, are you making the most
important decision you could ever make -
to make releasing constant?
That would be the smartest place to start.
All other decisions will fall into place
much easier when you've first decided to
make releasing constant.
And there's no better way to demonstrate

Nothing feels better than being
fully in love with yourself.
I don't mean in an egotistical way.
That's not true self-love, anyway.
True self-love is full self-
acceptance, warts and all.
It's loving yourself fully just
because you choose to.
It's not dependent on any aspect of
your appearance.
And it's not governed by any
particular behavior or action you
take.
True self-love is loving yourself just
because you are.
It's the highest form of Beingness.
When you have full self love for
yourself life becomes EASY.
It becomes so SIMPLE.
Because you don't have to keep
making plans for your life.
Or wondering (worrying) how
things are going to work out.
You just love yourself FULLY and
COMPLETELY in each moment --
and your life flows for you in the
most perfect way possible.
Life starts bringing you what you
need.
Opportunities open up for you.
Other people enter into your life to
bring you experiences that you
share together in the most
wonderful and mutually beneficial
ways possible.
No plans are necessary.
No trying to work things out in your
head.
And no constantly efforting to get
to that "ideal place" in your life.
When you choose to love yourself
fully each and every moment -- you
are ALWAYS in the ideal place.
You are ALWAYS fully in YOU. Fully
and completely in the "I-ness" of
YOU.
And that feels R-E-A-L-L-Y good!
You cannot get anywhere close to
the feeling any other way.
All the money in the world won't
give you that feeling.
Having the best house or the
fastest car won't give you that
feeling.
Nor will winning awards or
trophies.
Not saying you should shun those
external things.
Not at all.
In fact, when you are fully self-
loving you will naturally find
yourself experiencing, having and
enjoying them even more.
So I highly encourage you to
dedicate yourself to loving yourself
more and more each day.
You might not feel any different at
first.
But keep at it.
You'll soon be feeling much better
about yourself (and your life in
general).
Then, you'll know you've got
"traction".
Keep going.
Loving yourself (giving yourself
loving approval) will compound
upon itself and soon you'll come to
realize (through your own
experience) the promise of self-
love in this email.
SAY NOW-3rD EYE-
I know this seems strange, but what is actually
here now and what we think is actually here
now are very rarely the same thing.
The reason for this is that almost all the time
we are relating to our beliefs, thoughts, ideas,
labels, and names about what was here and
what should be here, as opposed to what
actually is here now. Yet the now is always
shining in plain view. All we need to do is stop
and notice what is actually already here now.
And you can do this very simply by posing the
question, "What is actually here now?" As you
pose the question and stay open to whatever
response comes up inside of you, will find that
you can go beyond the labels and concepts to
what is actually here now.
Simply keep asking the question and keep
going deeper. Just like with all letting go the
more you do this with your heart as opposed to
just with your head, the more you get out of it.

There are
Two Two Types
of People
Which one are you?
When you break it right down,
there are really only TWO types of
people in the world.
1. There are people who WANT
things.
This group makes up 99% of the
population.
These people go through life,
mostly striving and working hard,
but sadly never really getting all
that they want.
2. And thereare people who
CHOOSE TO HAVE things.
This group amounts to only 1%
of the population.
Yet, this group are made up of
the super-achievers. They seem
to waltz through life with Lady
Luck on their arm.
On the surface WANTING
something and CHOOSING TO
HAVE something appear very
similar. But beneath the surface
the undercurrent of energy is
completely different.
You can experience this right now
for yourself.
Pick something you want.
Anything.
Lets just say, for example, its
more money. FEEL how much you
WANT it. Really get in touch with
those sensations of wanting it.
Dwell in that wanting for a minute
or so.
Done? Good.
Now put that wanting aside for this
moment. And, in its place, state to
yourself that you CHOOSE TO
HAVE more money. Doesnt matter
if you dont know where that
money is likely to come from.
Just say to yourself: I choose to
have more money. And notice the
energy associated with that. Just
dwell in that energy of choosing to
have more money.
Notice the difference?
Just stating to yourself that you
CHOOSE TO HAVE it creates an
immediate shift in your feeling
response (your energy) to it.
Thats good. Because its
experimental proof that youve
made a definite decision. And just
getting clear on what you choose
to have has, in and of itself, a
greater feel of possibility to it.
Now, lets go further with this.
I recommend you write down what
you choose to have on a piece of
paper. So, in this example, youd
write: I choose to have more
money. Better still, it would be
more specific, as in: I choose to
have an extra $500.
Then, underneath that, write this
question (and internalize it): What
seems to be getting in the way of
having that goal?
What then? Simple: Just start
listing the beliefs/thoughts and
feelings (all the perceived
limitations) that stand in the way
of you having what you choose
right now in this moment and let go
of wanting approval, wanting
control and wanting to be safe.
This way youre making conscious
what have probably been, until
now, unconscious blocks to you
having what you previously
WANTED.
Now, what you do is so simple
theres really no doing-ness
involved in it. You simply read over
the limitations on your list (one by
one) and simply WELCOME THE
SPACE in which each limitation (be
it a thought, belief or feeling) is
able to exist. In other words, put
your awareness on the SPACE in
which each perceived limitation
existsrather than on trying to get
rid of the limitation itself.
By being willing to be aware of the
SPACE (which is infinite) in which
the limitation (which is finite and
fleeting) appears to existthe
limiting sensation (which is really
only energy) will release all by
itself (which is seeing beyond the
problem). As effortlessly as you
exhale your breath.
Prove it to yourself. And you will
experience greater certitude
around the thing you choose to
have. See, you really dont have to
make anything happen or even
manifest what you choose to
haveinstead, all you have to do
ALLOW SPACE for it to show up
in your life.
To recap:
First, switch from WANTING (which
has a lacking energy to it) to
CHOOSING TO HAVE (which has an
acceptance energy to it).
Second, ALLOW all limitations that
seem to be in the way the
AWARENESS-SPACE to release and
dissolve all by themselves. Then
notice the certitude energy around
what you choose to HAVE. And
watch how your life unfolds in such
a way that the thing you choose to
have shows up.
Release and repeat!

you with everything you need to be at

Release even long-standing problems

Over time, as you use the Method,


you'll find that even long-standing
problems will clear up. However, you
may also find yourself going back
occasionally to old patternsto
what seems comfortable. This is
completely natural. You will find
that as you use the Method, when
you do catch yourself having done
something you know you shouldn't
have, you can always release
afterwards. Then, over time, as you
keep releasing, you'll catch yourself
right in the middle of doing that
thing that you know you shouldn't be
doing. As you release, you'll be able
to stop the behavior right in the
middle of doing it.
Soon youll find that you will be
about to do that thing again, and you
will release instead, not needing to
go further with the old pattern. And
then, as you keep releasing, you will
reach a point where the old pattern
no longer even arises. All you need
to do is do your best at applying the
Method in your life, and the rest will
take care of itself.
Become more aware and more

successful

You will also notice that as you use


this process, you will become more
aware of your FEELINGS, even if you
have difficulty identifying your
feelings now. This is a sign of
progress, and it means that you are
ready to release many emotions that
you were either suppressing or
avoiding. The good news is that you
will find it easier and easier to let go
the more you use this process,
which is what creates the safety for
you to experience your feelings
more deeply. You will also feel the
good feelings more fully, and will
gain even more enjoyment and
aliveness in everything you do.
As you continue to use The Sedona
Method, you will become more adept
at using it, and the results will
greatly accelerate over time. You
will quickly reach a point where
releasing becomes completely
second nature. As natural, in fact, as
breathing is to you now.

HAVE MONEY
Here's a great way to tell how much
resistance you have to money:

Imagine this:

Imagine you HAD to spend a thousand


dollars every day or you'd be shot.

Imagine that today you HAD to go out


and spend at least one thousand
dollars.

And tomorrow, imagine you HAD to


spend at least another one thousand
dollars again.

And the next day?

Imagine you HAD to spend at least


another one thousand dollars that day
too.

As well as the next day.

And the next day.

And so on.
Every day for the next few weeks you
HAVE to spend at least one thousand
dollars on something new.

Doesn't matter what it is you spend


the money on.

But you HAVE to spend it.

If you don't -- you'll be shot.

Put yourself in that scenario for a


minute or two.
Try and imagine HAVING to spend out
at least one thousand dollars every
day for the next few weeks.

What kind of internal reactions do you


get?

Stuff like:

"Oh my God, I couldn't spend that


much it wouldn't be right!"

"I wouldn't know what to spend that


kind of money on!"

"That would be wasteful - just think of


all the people who have no money to
spend!"
"I know what I could spend the first
few thousand dollars on - but for the
next few weeks, that would be a
struggle for me to think what to buy!"

"I've never spent that much money in


one day in my life - that's just being
greedy!"

"What if I actually bought everything i


need - then what's the point of life
anymore?!"

"What will my family think if I started


spending money like water!"

"I'm not sure I would feel comfortable


with myself if I spent money as
frivolous as that!"
Any of those kind of thoughts and
feelings surface?

If so - that's your resistance to having


lots of money right there.

See here's the thing:

If you're not fully comfortable with the


idea of spending large amounts of
money -- you're not fully comfortable
receiving large amounts of money.

Put another way:

You've got to be fully comfortable with


the idea of spending (giving away)
money before you are attractive to
money coming into your life.
Not saying you actually have to spend
or give away lots of money.

But you do have to be mentally and


emotionally comfortable with the idea
of doing so.

Get to that "place" inside (by


releasing your resistance) and you
become very receptive to more money
showing up in your life.

So what to do now?

Simple:

Imagine that scenario outlined above.

Then notice every feeling and every


thought that struggles with the
concept of spending at least one
thousand dollars every day for the
next few weeks.

Then release those thoughts and


feelings.

Selves and create suffering?

Witnessing our mind is


discarding the false.

it HAS to materialize in your life.

So that's the place to start.

Start out as identifying only as


ONENESS with your goal.

And if any thoughts of separation or

It's that easy.

Only thoughts of it being difficult


create difficulty.

When you become ONE with your goal


you actually become ONE with
everything.

You see no separation from yourself


and the "world out there".

Everything is arising in your


consciousness - ONENESS - only.

You are that. I AM


So as well as getting your goal you
also get ultimate freedom too.

Does that sound like the best "deal" in


the Universe?

It is.

There is no greater "achievement", no


greater "goal" than identifying only
with ONENESS and having anything
for the mere choosing of it.

Out of ONENESS everything is yours


for the mere choosing and claiming of
it.
Those are the words that will set you
free.

But words are really only "sign posts"


to the Truth.

If you want to EXPERIENCE the Truth


of the words in this email and
experience what it's like to be at ONE
with any goal you choose (so the goal
shows up in your consciousness and
in your day-to-day reality) then you
need to practice what these words
point toward.

You work hard.


You do your best.
You learn new skills.
You immerse yourself in endless
information that promises to improve
your life.
You know there's a well-spring of
untapped potential in you.
And yet if you're like most people
who are attracted to The Release
Technique something just seems to be
"missing" in your pursuit of success
and happiness.
You probably can't quite put your
finger on what that "missing piece" is
though, can you?
Well listen, you will finally KNOW what
the "missing piece" is after you've

The ability to " open up" to

herky-jerky times we are entering

Those who know how to receive will
prosper financially, physically,
emotionally, spiritually and mentally.
Those who put their nose down and
plough on with the "old ways" of work
hard, effort and struggle will continue
to be disappointed and frustrated with
the results in their life.
So THE question is: how to you "turn
on" your ability to RECEIVE?
Actually it's very simple: You just let
go (release) of all your RESISTANCE
to ALLOWING YOURSELF TO RECEIVE
all the good things life has to offer.
How do you do that?
I wonder if you've noticed this...
That every area of your life where
things are not going quite as well
as they should there is an
underlying fear involved.
The fear can be very subtle - but if
you look close enough you'll "SEE"
it.
Take money as example.
Let's say you want more money but
for whatever reason you haven't
been able to create more money in
your life.
Now, just notice your feelings and
beliefs around that kind of
situation (or whatever situation is
applicable to you).
You'll notice - if you are completely
honest with yourself - that there
are certain beliefs and feelings
that arise that are based on FEAR.
That fear could be having to work
harder.
The fear could be attached to the
thought of having to change jobs.
Or the fear of having to charge
more money than you currently do
if you're self-employed.
Or maybe it's the fear of the
thought of having to "put yourself
out there" to contact or get
noticed by more clients.
Whatever thought, belief, story, or
feeling arises - there is some kind
of fear attached to it.
Another quick example:
Let's say you want to lose weight -
but haven't been able to.
Why not?
Look closely and notice the
beliefs, thoughts, stories and
feelings that arise.
And then notice how fear is
attached to them in some way.
Maybe there's the fear of having to
restrict yourself in some way.
Perhaps there's the fear that you'll
have to be uncomfortable for a
while.
Or there could be the fear of failing
- so why even try.
Always there is a fear attached to
the "thing" you've been unable to
get yourself to do or have.
Which is ironic because the truth
is:
If you fear it you will appear it.
What will appear in your day-to-day
reality and life experience will be a
"reflection" of the fear you have
inside.
In other words: you are creating
your fears.
You are creating the very thing you
want to change!
Which, I'm sure you'd agree, is not
the smartest thing to do - once you
become conscious of what you are
creating.
Thankfully, all fears can be
dissolved and you can experience
an inner-transmutation into love.
And that is great news - because
once you are coming from a loving
place inside, you are free to do the
things and have the things that
you've never been able to fully
ACCEPT into your life before.
That's right.
When you are "coming from a
place" of pure love (with no fear)
you will naturally FEEL like doing
the things that will create the
results you really want - whether
that's more money, reduced
weight, better relationships etc.
And even better:
When you are "coming from the
place" of PURE LOVE (with no fear)
there's no sense of "DOINGNESS"
involved.
That's not to say you won't do
anything.
But you won't feel like you are
doing anything in particular.
The doingness will just FLOW
through you.
And sometimes you don't even
have to do anything specific at all.
The things you want will naturally
find their way to you - just like
water tipped from a bucket will
naturally find its way to the
ground.
No efforting or trying or planning is
involved.
The only thing required from you is
to transmute all fear into love.
The rest will take care of itself.
And everything you've wanted (but
previously never been able to get)
will fall into place for you in the
most perfect ways possible.
Transmuting fear into love does
require consistency though.

visualizing something daily if, at some

and you wanted it?
And why would you repeat endless
affirmations if, at some level, you felt
separated from the thing you want.
The point is:
You have to be very careful in "the
message" (the energy) you are
sending out.
Because a lot of so-called
manifestation techniques are really
compounding your problem.
They reinforce the belief that my goal
is "out there" and I am separate from
it...
...and until I get my goal I am
incomplete in some way.
All the time the message you are
giving yourself is I must really want
this goal if I am putting in so much
effort into it (i.e., constantly
visualizing it) on a daily basis.
And with typical manifestation
techniques, all the time you are
reinforcing the above beliefs plus, on
top of that, you are building up the
frustration that comes from putting in
so much effort and still not seeing the
results you want.
It's why manifestation techniques
DON'T work any longer.
And, in truth, never have.
They have only ever worked when a
person using them purposefully or

accidentally surrenders any


wanting or needing
around their goal.
So the manifestation technique may
have got the credit.
But the surrendering (i.e., releasing
wants) was really the "Infinite FedEx"
delivering your goal.
So ask yourself:
Do you want to continue wanting your
goal?
Or would you prefer to simply have it?
Really ponder those questions.
Because most people will instantly
say they'd prefer to have their goal
but, then, cannot give up the very
practices that keep them in (and
reinforce) their wanting mode.
You HAVE to give up the effort (which
is really wanting in disguise) if you are
to HAVE your goal.
I know it sounds paradoxical.
And maybe it is.
But that's the way it works.
And releasing is the best, the fastest
and most dependable way to give up
all your efforting so you fall into a
state of HAVING and not needing.
And that's when the goals and the BIG
GAINS start showing up.
That doesn't mean you won't take
action when its appropriate to do so.
It means that any action you do take
will be inspired effortless action. That
requires no thought and no will power.
Anyway, the golden rule is:
You can have anything you want as
long as you don't need it.
To live that golden rule you just
release. And continue releasing.
Everything else will play out for the
best from that.
By the way:
It's one thing reading about not
needing your goal and conceptually
nodding your head in agreement -- it's
something else entirely to experience
playing out in your own life.
So that's why serious releasing
students (the ones who get the BIG

There are three ways to approach the
process of releasing, and they all lead to
the same result: liberating your natural
ability to let go of any unwanted emotion
on the spot, and allowing some of the
suppressed energy in your subconscious

to let go of the unwanted feeling. The

second way is to welcome


the feeling, to allow
the emotion just to be.
The third way is to dive into the very core
of the emotion.
You can do the same thing with any

emotion: choose to let it go.


Sticking with this same analogy: If
you walked around with your hand
open, wouldnt it be very difficult to
hold on to the pen or other object
youre holding? Likewise, when you
ALLOW or welcome a feeling, you
are opening your consciousness,
and this enables the feeling to drop
away all by itselflike the clouds
passing in the sky or smoke passing
up a chimney with the flue open. It
is as though you are removing the
lid from a pressure cooker.
Now, if you took the same objecta
pencil, pen, or pebbleand
magnified it large enough, it would
appear more and more like empty
space. You would be looking into
the gaps between the molecules
and atoms. When you dive into the
very core of a feeling, you will
observe a comparable phenomenon:
nothing is really there.
As you master the process of
releasing, you will discover that
even your deepest feelings are

At the

BEING not in the pain and
darkness that most of us would
assume. In fact, even our most
extreme feelings have only as
much substance as a soap
bubble. And you know what
happens when you poke your

when you dive into the core of a
feeling.
Please keep these three analogies
in mind as we go through the
releasing process together.
Releasing will help you to free
yourself from all of your unwanted
patterns of behavior, thought, and
feeling. All that is required from you
is being as open as you can be to
the process. Releasing will free you
to access clearer thinking, yet it is
not a thinking process. Although it
will help you to access heightened
creativity, you dont need to be
particularly creative to be effective
at doing it.
You will get the most out of the
process of releasing the more you
allow yourself to see, hear, and feel
it working, rather than by thinking
about how and why it works. Lead,
as best you can, with your heart, not
your head. If you find yourself
getting a little stuck in trying to
figure it out, you can use the
identical process to let go of
wanting to figure it out.
Guaranteed, as you work with this
process, you will understand it more
fully by having the direct experience
of doing it.
So here we go.
Choosing to Let Go

Make yourself comfortable and


focus inwardly. Your eyes may be
open or closed.
Step 1: Focus on an issue that you
would like to feel better about, and
then ALLOW yourself to FEEL
whatever you are feeling in this
moment. This doesnt have to be a
strong feeling. In fact, you can even
check on how you feel about this
exercise and what you want to get
from it. Just welcome the feeling
and allow it to be as fully or as best
you can.
This instruction may seem
simplistic, but it needs to be. Most
of us live in our thoughts, pictures,
and stories about the past and the
future, rather than being aware of
how we actually FEEL in this
moment. The only time that we can
actually do anything about the way
we feel (and, for that matter, about
our businesses or our lives) is NOW.
You dont need to wait for a feeling
to be strong before you let it go. In
fact, if you are feeling numb, flat,
blank, cut off, or empty inside, those
are feelings that can be let go of
just as easily as the more
recognizable ones. Simply do the
best you can. The more you work
with this process, the easier it will
be for you to identify what you are
feeling.
Step 2: Ask yourself one of the
following three questions:
Could I let this feeling go?
Could I allow this feeling to be
here?
Could I welcome this feeling?
These questions are merely asking
you if it is possible to take this
action. Yes or no are both
acceptable answers. You will often
let go even if you say no. As best
you can, answer the question that
you choose with a minimum of
thought, staying away from second-
guessing yourself or getting into an
internal debate about the merits of
that action or its consequences.
All the questions used in this
process are deliberately simple.
They are not important in and of
themselves but are designed to
point you to the experience of
letting go, to the experience of
stopping holding on. Go on to Step 3
no matter how you answered the
first question.
Step 3: No matter which question
you started with, ask yourself this
simple question: Would I? In other
words: Am I willing to let go?
Again, stay away from debate as
best you can. Also remember that
you are always doing this process
for yourselffor the purpose of
gaining your own freedom and
clarity. It doesnt matter whether
the feeling is justified, long-
standing, or right.
If the answer is no, or if you are
not sure, ask yourself: Would I
rather have this feeling, or would I
rather be free?
Even if the answer is still no, go
on to Step 4.
Step 4: Ask yourself this simpler
question: When?
This is an invitation to just let it go
NOW. You may find yourself easily
letting go. Remember that letting go
is a decision you can make any time
you choose.
Step 5: Repeat the preceding four
steps as often as needed until you
feel free of that particular feeling.
You will probably find yourself
letting go a little more on each step
of the process. The results at first
may be quite subtle. Very quickly, if
you are persistent, the results will
get more and more noticeable. You
may find that you have layers of
feelings about a particular topic.
However, what you let go of is gone
for good.

There is growing recognition that


humanity is reaching a turning point.

We are shifting out of a mindset that


we exist as separate individuals into
a new paradigm in which we
understand we are energetically
connected as One.

For many, this understanding is


arriving not simply as an idea, but
as an embodied reality. On a
personal level the shift is fueled by
an impulse to move out of painful
patterns, limiting beliefs, habits and
social systems.

Letting Go is the How


The ability to let go of contracted
and limiting states is one of the
most critical skills of our time.
It's the inner practice for
transforming stress of all kinds into
a higher state of consciousness.

When you release worry, anger, hurt


and fear you access real tangible
peace which lives naturally inside
you. And, the more peaceful you are
the more become a living
contribution to global peace.

Everyone is experiencing his or her
infinite and unlimited Beingness
every moment of ones life.
That which is not is sought for, but
not that which is obvious. In other
words, that which appears is
sought for, but not that which
exists.
To think is not your real nature.
Your real nature is to BE. The
natural free state is the ultimate
goal. That is to BE with no
thinking. No thinking happens
when there are no more feelings;
i.e., no more AGFLAP and CAP.
The essence of your self is only
awareness or consciousness.
When the ego dominates it, your
consciousness functions as the
reasoning, thinking or sensing
faculty. When you are totally
released, you identify with your
BEINGNESS only. You are intuitive
with no thinking.
You begin with dissatisfaction.
With dissatisfaction you are always
restless and seeking.
Releasing undoes the
dissatisfaction. When you are
totally released, you are eternally
satisfied. You will never stop your
agitated state of dissatisfaction
until you are totally released and
constantly satisfied. This is the
sense of fulfillment. This is the
ultimate state.
You do not acquire happiness; your
basic nature is happiness. You
simply remove the unhappiness,
the AGFLAP and CAP.

Everyone wants a continuous,


constant, eternal happiness with
no sorrow whatsoever, and no one
is ever satisfied until he or she
finds that. Everyone is seeking
what were all seeking, the major
difference being that they are
seeking It in the world and are
frustrated, while we are seeking It
within and are successfully
becoming happier.
When we go within we discover that
all happiness is there. The only
place where we can feel happiness
is right within ourselves. That is
exactly where it is. Every time we
attribute this happiness to
something external, to a person or
a thing external, we get more pain
with it than we do pleasure.
Anyone disagree with that? If you
have experienced enough, if youve
lived long enough, and if
youve examined it, youve
discovered this. The happiness
that were seeking and thinking is
out there external to us, isnt there.
The happiness with no
sorrow can only be found by going
within.
Theres no limit to joy. There is
nothing that we cannot have.
There are no heights that we
cannot reach, in happiness, in
money, in health or in anything.
I want to throw out a challengeI
present to you how life could be if
you would go all the way. I present
a way of life when we live by
creating things just by thought.
When we create things by just
thought, everything falls into
perfect harmony; nothing goes
wrong; everything becomes,
immediately, the way we want it to
be.
I present this to you as a
challenge, hoping you will
take it and do just that.

There is one simple answer
Momentum. If you arent releasing
enough to satisfy yourself,
enough so that you can say, this
releasing works great and Im
doing it all the time, its
because you havent developed
momentum.
Unless you can say youre entering
really nice, impressive gains in
your gains book, like those people
on the 90-day courses, its only
because you lack momentum.
What those people did is make a
Commitment to themselves, to
their happiness, to their
freedom. They decided to be the
best releaser they could be. They
decided to be willing to extend
themselves and go the extra
distance.
You can do that too. You can do it
right now. Get started this very
moment with a decision to not let
anything stand in your way of
achieving all you are capable of
achieving, to reach the heights you
are capable of reaching, to be the
big winner you know you have
inside of you waiting to be
unleashed.
Isn't it scary how time seems to pass
by so quickly each year?

What used to feel like a "lifetime" now


goes by in the blink of an eye. And
how we choose to occupy our time
takes on more importance. As we get
older, time becomes more and more
our most precious asset.

So what do we do?
We seek to make sure every moment
of each day is giving us the biggest
return for the amount of attention we
put into it.

Think about it. If you FEEL powerful, then
you act powerfully. If you feel sad, then
you act sadly. Your feelings define how
you operate in the world. And, unless you
change those feelings, you are going to
act as you have always acted, and you
will produce the results you've always
produced.
It is our limiting emotions that prevent us
from creating and maintaining the lives
that we choose.
We abdicate our decision-making ability to
them. We even imagine that our emotions
can dictate to us who we are supposed to
be.
This is made apparent in our use of
language. Have you ever said to someone,
"I am angry," or, "I am sad"?
When we speak like this, we are saying to
those around us and to ourselves, without
realizing it, that we are our anger, or we
are our grief.
We relate to others and ourselves as
though we are our feelings. In fact, we
even invent whole stories of why we feel
the way we feel in order to justify or
explain this misperception of our identity.
It is not that feelings don't occasionally
appear to be justified. It's just that
feelings are only feelings; feelings are not
who we areand we can easily let them
go.
Choosing to let them go frees us to
perceive what is actually here, and to act,
or refrain from acting, accordingly.
This translates into an ability to handle
life: to make stronger, clearer choices. It
allows you and me to act in ways that
support us in achieving our goals and
aspirations, as opposed to sabotaging
them.
We have seen the process of letting go of
the emotions grow into an ability to have
more money, better relationships, more
radiant health and physical well-being,
and an ability to be happy, calm, and
FOCUSED, no matter what is going on
around us.
If you've tried mental techniques, you
know that it is very difficult to create a
change. It requires massive energy and
focus. It's a hard thing to do!
But releasing operates on the FEELING
level. It's easy. You can "LET GO" of years
of mental programs and accumulated
feelings in just seconds using The Sedona
Method's unique techniques. There are no
complicated processes or reprogramming
or affirmations to plaster all over your
computer-screen.
Releasing Is Natural
Have you ever watched a very young child
fall down and then look around to see if
there is any reason to be upset?
When children think no one is watching
them, in an instant they just let go, brush
themselves off, and act like nothing has
happened. The same child in a similar
situation, on seeing the opportunity to get
attention, may burst into tears and run to
the arms of a parent.
Or have you ever watched a young child
get furious with a playmate or a parent,
and even say something like, "I hate you
and will never speak to you again," and
then, just a few minutes later, the child
feels and acts as though nothing at all has
happened?
This natural ability to release our
emotions was lost to most of us because,
even though we did it automatically as
young children, without conscious control,
our parents, teachers, friends, and society
as a whole trained us out of it as we got
older.
In fact, it is because we were
unconscious of our ability to release that
it was possible to train us to hold on.
Every time we were told "no," told to
behave, to sit still and be quiet, to stop
squirming, that "big boys don't cry" or "big
girls don't get angry," and to grow up and
be responsible, we learned to suppress
our emotions or express them
inappropriately.
Furthermore, we were often seen as an
adult when we got to the point where we
were good at suppressing our natural
exuberance for life and all the feelings
that others convinced us to believe were
unacceptable. We became more
responsible to others' expectations of us
than to the needs of our own emotional
well-being.
There is a joke that aptly illustrates this
point: for the first two years of a child's
life, everyone around them is trying to get
them to walk and talk, and for the next
eighteen years, everyone's trying to get
them to sit down and shut up.
By the way, there is nothing wrong with
disciplining children. Children need to
learn boundaries in order to function in
life, and they need to be protected at
times from obvious danger. It is just that
adults can unintentionally go overboard.
The balancing point and natural
alternative to inappropriate suppression
and expression is releasing, or letting go
what we call The Sedona Method.
It is the equivalent of turning down the
heat and safely beginning to empty the
contents of your inner pressure cooker.
Because every feeling that has been
suppressed is trying to vent itself,
releasing is merely a momentary stopping
of the inner action of holding these
feelings in so you can allow them to leave,
which you will find they do easily under
their own steam.
As you use The Sedona Method, you will
discover that you will be able to be free to
both suppress and express when it is
appropriate, and you will find that you will
more often opt for the point of balance,
the third choice of letting go. This is
something you already know how to do.
Though you have probably become an
expert at suppression and/or expression,
even so, you are still letting go. True
laughter, for instance, is one of the ways
that you let go spontaneously, and the
benefits of laughter in the area of health
and stress elimination are well
documented.
Think of the last time you had a really
good belly laugh. You may have been
watching a funny program on TV or having a
conversation with a friend and, all of a sudden,
something struck you as funny.

You felt a tickle inside, heard a guffaw come up from


deep in your middle, and your whole body started to
bounce up and down.

As you laughed, you probably felt lighter and lighter


inside and progressively happier and more relaxed,
almost warm and euphoric. This is also a good
description of what you may experience at times as
you use the process you learn during the
ReleasingFest and can order for yourself right here.
Although most of the time you won't laugh out loud
as you let go, you will often smile and feel the same
sense of inner relief that comes from true laughter.
