    Article 1769
    To reimbursement:
    Partnership shall be responsible to every partner for:
    (1) Amounts disbursed on behalf of the partnership
    (2) Interest from the time the expense is made
    (3) Obligations contracted in good faith in the interest of the partnership business
    (5) Risks in consequence of its management

    Article 1809
    To a formal account of partnership affairs
    If he is wrongfully excluded
    From the partnership business or
    From possession of partnership property
    If the right exists under any agreement
    As provided by Article 1807
    Other circumstances just and reasonable
