A Nordmann fir from Hedlund Christmas Trees, Elma, Washington

won grand championship honors at the 2016 Tree Fair held at
the Holiday Inn Portland Airport September 9 & 10. Ed and Cindy
Hedlund also won the top honors in the Noble fir.
Tied for first place in the Noble fir category were Ed and
Cindy Hedlund, Hedlund Christmas Trees and Mark and Luanne
Steelhammer, K.L.M. Tree Farm, Rochester, Washington.
First place in the Douglas-fir, category was won by Kirk and JoLynn

Stroda, Stroda Bros. Farm, Monroe, Oregon.
Holiday Tree Farms, Inc., Corvallis, Oregon won first place in the
Grand fir category as well as the Tabletop division category.
