Dear Dr. Milana-Cruz:

I would like to express my deep regrets for not being able to attend the recently concluded
Seminar-Workshop on Action Research dated March 9, 2017. At that time, I went to Philippine
Normal University (PNU) to accomplish some affairs with regard to my subjects in the Graduate
School in preparation for my Comprehensive Examination in the next academic year, hopefully.

I sincerely apologize for my actions. Indeed, it was inappropriate, disrespectful and lacked the
professionalism that you and my colleagues expect from an employee in our institution.

While I cannot alter what has transpired, I have taken steps to ensure that similar incidents will not
occur in the future.
