there is no availble fiber to do a parallel link from GSIS
BTS to Ermita node.

No Inbound & No Outbound Calls

Cut calls

Intermittent PBX serial port

Not able to call pilot number from any mobile


numbers.
Toll Free Number {1-800-894-64019} has voice quality
issue as reported by client from Australia.

Client request to remove the area code 02 received


on the A-NI{caller ID} received by mobile number.

1) NOC Wireline checked that the E1 link has a remote alarm.


2) Advised Arnold Secretario to escalate to Trends & Tech for an E1 board
hard reset.
3) Successful inbound and outbound calls resulted after the hard reset of 5/3/17 1:15 PM
board.

1) NOC Wireline {Ms.Hazel} said that possible cause is client calling number
format.
2) However,client PBX support provided their E1 circuit status with
significant error slips.
3) Advised TSC team to coordinate with client for a 24 hour BER test and also
to check on PBX side by providing hardloop if slip errors will disappear. 5/3/17 2:32 PM
4) Conducted BER test result was successful.
5) Client escalated the problem to the PBX vendor.

1) Client PBX serial port detected intermittent alarms from down to up &
vice versa.
2) Coordinated with NOC Wireline engineer {Marlon} to check E1 status and
found no alarms/errors.
3) Advised Rowell/TSC to dispatch field engineer to conduct simulation test
calls using isdn tester.
4) CRFS{Alvin Badian} found a defective port in the transmission towards 5/5/17 4:28 PM
NGN NOC switch.
E1 circuit became stable after the replacement of defective port.

1) Coordinated with NOC Wireline{Kiko} to check if the pilot number has


route calling from mobile numbers.
2)NOC Wireline found out that no call routes was defined.
3) Successful test calls was confirmed by client after NOC added the
digits to Lahug database routing table. 5/9/17 9:35 AM

1) Coordinated with ISMC{Jericho}to conduct a simulation test calls by Globe


partners from Australia,U.S.A.,Singapore,&HongKong.
2) Most of the test call results are with good voice qualities.
Advised client to check /validate with their caller from Australia.
3)Client raised another issue under this ticket that their issue is on outbound
call back to Australia when" press 2" option in IVR menu is selected.
4) Coordinated with ISMC{Ms.Anne} to directly call the Australia #0061-298-
153-5550 .Call was answered with good voice quality.She called the isdn
pri pilot # 946-4000 then press option 2.Calls timed-out but no captured 5/11/17 2:50 PM
logs from NOC Wireline{Marlon/Alain}.Client need to check their IVR to
PBX routing or joint test with NOC wireline
5)Advised TSC to coordinate with client to verify and resolve the issues.

1) Coordinated with Joy2 Aquino of NOC Wireline Engineering to


check/modify A-NI format that routes to mobile number.

3) Client conducted test calls to mobile numbers confirmed that A-NI format
is now correct without the area code 02.
1) During a conference meeting/troubleshooting with client PBX
support,DTSI ,Altitude,& TeleData,the circuit hanged up.
2) NOC Wireline{MsKaye},not able to ping the PBX ip address and vice versa.
3) As checked,no alarm/error found on BAX transport.This was confirmed by
PMC as checked by CRFS field team leader Marlon Nabablit
3) Coordinated with TOS{ Aaron Cuenca} to dispatch field engineer for SIP
simulation test calls @ client side in Mckinley site.
4) CRFS {Alvin} inserted the SIP tester at Multiplixer towards SBC.Successful
ping test was conducted.Circuit was thru and restored to normal.Client
was also able to conduct successful ping test.
5) Drop calls persisted to occur intermittenly.
6) Advised client to bypass Firewall for SIP trunk. 5/18/17 6:30 PM
7) DTSI,Altitude,& TeleData will conduct internal test.
8) TeleData that manages the Firewall said that there is a conserve mode in
the Fortigate that will be trigger during circuit high utilization. The circuit
will not pass any packets when in this mode.
9) Awaiting internal test results.

1) As checked with NOC Wireline{Ms.Hazel} captured call traces,there was


no route to destination.
2) Advised client via TSC to define in their dial plan & routing table other
DID number ranges .
3) Successful inbound calls resulted as client made modifications on their
