All padeyes welds were MPI inspected before and after load test and all area was found to be free of surface defects at the time of inspection.

In accordance with BS7072 Regulations validity of this certificate is 12 months from last inspection.

A visual examination for general condition and a mangnetic particle inspection was carried out on the lifting point welds of the above mentioned itemt.

No cracks or defects indication were noted at the time of inspection.

The undersigned, PIC Inspector, here by certify that the here above mentioned item was thoroughly examined, and the above particulars are correct.

It's to further certify that this lifting equipement complies in all respect with the oppropriate provisions and is free from defects affecting safety.

In the case of any modification of the equipement which has not been agreed upon with us in writing, this becomes invalid.
Examination of lifting equipement only-this does not include accessories or vehicle on which it is mounted.
