- Avoid filling the entire plate during meals, or serve meals on smaller plates.

future shopping lists to better fit your needs and lifestyle.

- " Sell-by" indicates how long stores are allowed to display the food for sale.
- " Best if used by" indicates how long a food will be at its "peak" flavor and
nutritional quality.
- " Use-by" indicates the last recommended day to use a product.

- Chop up what you don't anticipate using right away and store in the freezer for later
