Every person who leaves for work in the morning should expect to return home at night in good
health. A serious workplace injury or death changes lives forever. Human loss and suffering is
immeasurable. Occupational injuries and illnesses can provoke major crises for the families in
which they occur. Today, when many families are operating with very little free time, family
resources may be stretched to the breaking point.

This is a study which will be conducting on KMF Ltd. For the employee safety and health.
This study evaluates how much the employees are safe and healthy on their work place. It helps
to know the relationship between the employer and the employee.

Need for The Study

The project study was carried out at Karnataka Milk Federation Ltd., to find out the factors
that have influenced employees health and safety among the employees to create
organizational commitment and to understand the satisfaction of different class of employees
regarding various safety measures provided in the organization.

Commitment of the employees in an organization is important in any manner. This study to

find out the commitment of the employees in the organization, it helps to achieve the self as
well as the organizational goals.

Statement of the Problem

Employee health and safety is an attitude of a person it depends upon the job itself nature of
the job and the important of the job as well as the interest on the person doing the job.
Employee health and safety is most important when the organization maintain good facility
like medical camps the employees can perform faster.

Therefore, a project study is carried out to find out the level of job satisfied among the
employees and to know the efforts made by the company to satisfy the employees.

Objectives
To study the factors that influence employees health and safety.
To know the various health and safety measures provided to the workers in the
organization.
To understand the satisfaction of different class of employees regarding various safety
measures provided in the organization

Sampling Unit: The sample consist of the employees in the

department of the company

Primary source:

The data which is directly collected from the respondents, this is done through questionnaires
to respondents.

Secondary source:

The data which is collected through magazines, books, newspaper, reports, websites
that is supplied by the company.

Primary Data collected through interview for this purpose questionnaire were used which is
the most popular tool of primary data collection.

Descriptive analysis is used in this study, descriptive analysis or research involves
transformation of raw data in to a form that would provide information to describe a set of
factors in a situation. the data will be interpreted and depicted in the form of bar chart, pie
chart, graphs.

Literature Review

A literature review was described which aimed to evaluate economic evaluations of health
