Pangea Properties Hires Daniel Sobelman to Join Its Real Estate Investments

and Lending Platforms

Chicago, IL, June 28, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Pangea Properties, a real estate investment and management
company, announces the appointment of Barnett Capital's former managing director, Daniel Sobelman, as
Director of Investments.

In his new role as Director of Investments, Sobelman will assist the current team with the continued
growth of Pangea Mortgage Capital (PMC), a commercial real estate lender and servicer established to
serve lower-middle market real estate investors and owners, and Pangea Real Estate which has invested
over $400 million into 12,000+ apartment units, while working to develop additional verticals as Pangea
looks to broaden its investment parameters.

Sobelman is a graduate of Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining Pangea, he

spent his entire career investing in multifamily real estate as well as building and managing the
commercial lending division of Barnett Capital, an alternative investment firm focusing on real estate and
asset-based financing.
