MY OWN RESTAURANT
When I was a child, I always played with my kitchen set and I prepared the most delicious dishes ever! In my
imagination, of course, since I didnt have any real ingredients. My food was mainly made of sand and play dough.
However, my mother said it tasted great! That was how my passion for cooking started. In high-school, I participated
in every single cooking contest and I won most of them.
After I graduated, I started my studies to become a chef. At the age of 19, I got a study aid to go to France with the top
chefs at that time. During my time there, I discovered that French cuisine was more advanced that the American one
and I decided to come back to my home town to start my own business. I have had my own restaurant for more than
eight years now, and I couldnt be happier! The fact that I have mixed the best of two cultures in a dish has made my
place the best in town.

LIFE ON MARS
I beg you to take a good look at the sky tonight, I did it last night and Mars called my attention. As you know the planet
looks red, and to me, red means fire, but truth is that Mars is much colder than Earth; so cold that you wouldnt be able
to walk in bare feet. A very horrible condition isnt it? But human kind has done so many things that I believe we could
change the environment on Mars and make it fit to live in. Mars has huge reserves of carbon dioxide, so if we could
add just a little heat, we could release enough CO2 to create a greenhouse effect. That would make the pressure and
the temperature on Mars so thick, that liquid water would flow. Scientist suggest that it is possible by smashing asteroids
into the planet or by exploding hydrogen bombs, or even with super space mirrors that would redirect sunlight onto the
polar caps. And then, after a few thousand years and after having introduced plants and animals, thered be enough
oxygen on Mars for future generations to run around barefoot, and without any scuba gear.
