Job Title Client Services Manager -Tulsa

Primary Function
• Coordinate activities and functions for the Client Services’ projects in the Tulsa region, to include: training, helpline,
membership and consulting, ensuring budget and Strategic Plan goals are met.

Summary of Functions
• Work in conjunction with Resource Development Director and Program Director to ensure the success of the Tulsa
Capacity Building Program, as evident by participant’s evaluations of a 3.5 or higher on the programs evaluation.
• Implement Tulsa Capacity Building program as staff liaison to all Tulsa Capacity Building agencies, overseeing all
training, helpline calls, mentoring program and retreats pertaining to the Tulsa Capacity Building program.
• Coordinate training events in the Tulsa region. This includes, but is not limited to: identifying and coordinating
meeting site location; order food; prepare all printed materials for the Tulsa region; register all Tulsa region
participants and process payments; copy all credit card registrations to the Accounting Department; track payments;
and any other functions required for the training programs. Set up and attend all training and conference programs.
Enter all Tulsa region registrants into the database and prepare nametags and sign-in sheets for trainings and
conferences.
• Compile training and consulting evaluation forms for the Tulsa region for discussion and review. Be responsible for
follow-up phone calls in relationship to these evaluation results.
• Work with the programs Director to develop and coordinate area meetings to introduce the association membership
program and the Standards program to the nonprofits in your designated region. This will include identifying
nonprofits, organizing the meetings and assisting in facilitating the actual events.
• Assist the Standards for Excellence Manager in coordination of the Standards programs in the Tulsa region.
• Oversee the consulting clients for the Tulsa Region. Working with the Programs Director, prepare proposals and
contracts for the customers and the consultants.
• Work with the Programs Director, Standards Manager and the Client Services Manager – Oklahoma City Region, to
develop a statewide training calendar for 18 months.
• Work with the Client Services Manager – Oklahoma City Region, Standards Manager and the Programs Director in
preparing the annual budget for training classes and conferences.
• Prepare reports as requested by the Programs Director.
• Assist in the coordination of the Center’s Association for the Tulsa region. Assist in the coordination of public policy
for the Center by serving as the staff liaison to an Alliance Sub-Committee.
• Promote the membership program, actively recruit members and maintain the renewal of current members. Meet or
exceed goals in membership recruitment and renewals.
• Serve as back-up to Project Coordinator in answering office phones and taking messages.
• Serve as key person to greet individuals coming into the Tulsa office, addressing the needs of the Center customers.
• Oversee the Center Scholarship program, ensuring accurate information is given to the Accounting Department,
Funders and Nonprofits.
• Utilize the Center’s database, including but not limited, to accurate and timely data entry and reports related to
membership, trainers/consultants and program participants.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. In lieu of a degree, job experience will be accepted with
the approval of the President/CEO.

Experience
• A minimum of two years work experience involving office administration, project coordination, event planning or
related administrative functions. Knowledge of basic computer programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Access.
• Have good written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
