......I am the promoter of this mission, which is set to help countless others and
to bring power to our people.
This Appeal for funding is not for my benefit (I have my own significant
financial Claim lodged) I will explain this below. The receipts will go
exclusively to a non-profit trust fund.
I have over 27 years experience, knowledge and action to launch this
opportunity this has been a very testing time for me, but that makes it easier
for everyone else.
To explain this, the background below is divided into three; but they are very
much connected as you will see. The contents are set to amaze you.

And the essence of this project?

This mission is relatively simple, easy and cheap. It does not require any court
action, external legal fees or high overheads.
Essentially our Human Rights have been 'mis-sold'; further, they have been
hijacked and blown away by Dishonesty and Deception, led by Parliament.
From this our Rights are being used against us. This is the mission to stop any
more of this and Claim for all offences. The fuller effects of this are revealed in
Background Parts 2 & 3 below.
The 'why, when and how' are fully evidenced by me, and all Claimants can
freely use my 'template' to support their Claims. We will process and support
these through with direct actions. The amounts and circumstances will vary
but all will be based upon the same indisputable facts, real Justice and the Law.

What is the broad background Part 1?

At the heart of this are our UK Human Rights, or rather lack of them. We have
all suffered from a massive confidence trick and betrayal played out by
successive Governments. I have finally got the Government to officially admit
this and with that comes their strict liability and our entitlement to
compensation. Potentially this will far exceed the 'PPI' pay-outs (so far 39
billion) but the root causes are just the same. Millions can claim we are the
vehicle it is ready to start immediately.

What is the broad background Part 2?

To have our Human Rights cheated by a supposedly civilised country's
Parliament is bad enough but the gifted effects have brought incredible
suffering and loss to UK citizens for such a long time.
In this Part, I explain how continued Deception and Dishonesty play such an
important part in the lives of the 'establishment' to cheat us for their own ends
and keep us in denial. At the moment our only lifeline is in the European Court
of Justice. Mrs May & Co want to break it.
But there is much more that will amaze you. I have stunning evidence which is
equally explosive in the present political arena that has recently unfolded.

What is the broad background Part 3?

In this Part, I report on the gifted powers granted to the judicial system which
allows them complete power and control over our Human Rights to be
ignored or turned against us. It explains how they can manipulate outcomes,
grant immunity/impunity to 'chosen ones' (including the wealthy of course
greed and power being their gods), and remain untouchable.
Further, it describes the suppression of free speech/expression to the point of
making telling the Truth unlawful. You will recall that this was one of the prime
motives for the creation of HRA98 in the first place. The Deception and
Dishonesty can be hidden. It is backed up by oppression if need be.
A by-product of all this results in inequality. The massive divide of power and
wealth is maintained in this country.

What are the Objectives?
1/. Raise as much money as possible to form initially a modest vehicle
 organisation to administer claims against the UK Parliament, and further
action.
2/. Through our organisation to bring very substantial rewards for potentially
millions of UK citizens cheated by the UK Government and judicial system.
3/. Through strength, force the Government to bring in fundamental changes
for the care of all UK citizens, and to systems where there can be real
justice, openness, true democracy and power to the people restored. To
remove the judicial system as 'guardians' of our Human Rights. Respect
those Rights YES; control them NO.
4/. To correct the brazen breach of our supreme Constitutional Treaty Law
and obligations for the future AND the past. To force the Government to
apply to the ECJ for a preliminary ruling on whether the HRA98 complies
fully with our jointly committed 1972 Treaty Law, and the effects meet
universal standards on Human Rights.
5/. The situation is so bad and evil that we must push for a public Inquiry
no judicial system in sight, no more cheating, no more Fraud.

Who qualifies for Claims?

This project is for everyone having suffered financial loss, social, domestic,
emotional and other loss related to abuse and denial of Human Rights.
Including those deterred from action through cheating, impossible financial
and other hurdles and, not least, contrived outcomes against the Claimants
interest especially for any litigants-in-person. Just think of how many millions
of people have suffered from the consequence of this reported Parliamentary/
judicial (civil & criminal courts) action over the last 19 years at least. The field is
wide mainly emanating in the courts but much beyond, including the Press
and other media as will be revealed.
We have a very comprehensive knowledge of Human Rights legislation;
offences against them can easily be categorised and applied. Claim
quantification will be mutually assessed and decided.

How will the money be spent?

Basically on straightforward Administrative and Organisational resources, in
this mainly IT equipment and operators. Through this we have to track down
claimant sufferers, who may be unaware of their potential. Then there is
Registration, vetting, agreements, terms, truth declarations, action with
Europe, travelling, completing questionnaires, presentation of claims against
the Government, and so on. Nothing too complicated.

What are the risks?

Very little. The Rule of Treaty Law has been broken by the UK Nation State;
therefrom countless other laws have been broken by the judicial system and
others below. Parliament may protect itself by unfair and unjust legislation
but by that time this mission will be well publicised and their actions will be
exposed.
All Claimants will be responsible for their own submissions, and CorrectJustice
will have the usual disclaimers.

Is success guaranteed?
Why am I confident of success?
While the establishment is hurrying for a 'Brexit' of any sorts, and trying to
cloak their liability, my revelations and our joint action will expose them to
world-ridicule over such an internationally important part of our lives Human
Rights yet consider the wider Deception and Dishonesty.

Who is working on this?

I will start this off as quickly as possible.
I have a wealth of experience, knowledge and evidence which has recorded the
results of the situation leading to this project; not least in my autobiographies,
representations, videos, etc all of which are in the public domain and easily
accessible.
Earlier I passed from being a Qualified Accountant to Inventor, running my own
businesses employing 10,000s (in manufacturing, management consultancy,
services and property) and gaining a vast experience.
Very shortly I will pass the running of this project to my eldest son, (Dr)
Michael. He is MA(Cantab), MSC Edinburgh, Phd Warwick and now 37.
Thereafter there will have to be some sub-management, but this will develop
according to growth.
 What are the Rewards?
Claimants (approved) will receive all direct and indirect net payouts with
absolute openness; if there is a global settlement for some then this will be
adjusted accordingly. Initial Registration fees will be waived for subscribers (5
for non-Claimants: 10 for Claimants), then modest fees for case history
analysis (25 waived for Claimants funding 25 and more).
Non-Claimants/ kind open donors we trust will rest happily in helping others
and making the UK a more civilised and honourable country.

How much funding do we need?

We estimate an initial need will be 75,000 as a minimum goal.
Thereafter we will need more, but there will be a mix of finance between self-
funding from modest subscriptions and external sources. That mixture should
balance our growth exponentially. Clearly, more than our target will set us on
our way quicker; a reason for this is the amount necessary to spend on
advertising for various needs.

How to send in evidence?

Subscription/registration then moves to case history assessment. We will
explain the detailed categories for each Claim; a simple questionnaire will be
sent to each Claimant, who will return that with a short synopsis of loss,
cheating and injustice suffered with the circumstances and an estimate of the
financial loss. We will then establish the relevant Claim and forward it to
Parliament. This will either be an individual Claim or combined according to
choice.

Summary
We aspire to be a moral and honest nation, but not so for the
elite/establishment deceit and dishonesty are their hallmarks. They and the
judiciary want to eliminate all our power to sustain theirs. Once the
fundamental and essential 1972 Treaty Law disappears then we will find the
long-delayed Bill of Rights appear, with the judiciary still in charge of our
Human Rights and still able to cheat us. A power-game has been played out
behind our backs. Left to their own devices they cannot be trusted.
Our mission is a Crusade for Right against wrong.
Wrongs have been committed against us, and we will not forget the past in
terms of Claim; indeed, it continues to happen right now. We want real Justice,
and Correct Justice.
