Professional Experience
Senior Researcher/ Programme Manager International Center for Biosaline Agriculture/ Dubai
National consultant with UNICEF to manage Al Fakhoora project which is funded from Qatar and
it targets Palestinian youth and adolescents in schools to help them gain leadership skills,
advocacy and social dialogue. (August 2015- March 2016)
Referral system consultant for Help Age International , to create a referral system for old people
in coordination with all actors in Gaza strip. (2 months consultancy). May-June 2015
Quality assurance consultant with DVV ( German organization for adult education) training for
their 5 partner NGOs in Gaza strip and creating a quality assurance systems for each
organization. June-December 2014)
Team leader (study on representation of farmers in Gaza) within a project funded by Oxfam and
implemented by union of agricultural works committees, December 2014- January 2015.
Trainer for university graduates within American funded project through MEPI (middle east
partnership initiative) training 50 graduates on life skills and required skills to get in the labor

Developing, reviewing, and updating the programs work plan, and all other program-related
documents, in consultation with UNDP/PAPP and with the approval from the advisory committee.
Supervise all program-related outcomes and outputs.
Ensure program activities are implemented in accordance with approved time lines and
procedures.
Draft all program related terms of reference, and carry out the necessary selection and
recruitment procedures in coordination and consultation with UNDP/PAPP and with the approval
from the advisory committee.
Supervise the performance of locally and internationally recruited program staff.
Compile surveys and studies reports prepared by the consultants at each stage of the program
and undertake a detailed final report outlining the findings and recommendations for presentation
and approval by UNDP/PAPP and the advisory committee.
Coordinate with, and between, the hired consultants and various organizations involved in the
required surveys and studies for the identification of employment sectors in the country, the
identification of the empowerment/leadership training programs, and the design and development
of the empowerment/leadership training curricula.
Organize and steer workshops to present findings of the studies and surveys carried under the
program and strategize for the programs effective implementation.
Formulate in cooperation with the technical program task force and the program and curriculum
advisory committees, the employment and internship programs for the students.
Coordinate and assist in the design of new empowerment/leadership training curricula and
instruction manuals for the program.
Supervise the design and implementation of the public awareness, advocacy multi-media
campaigns and programs branding.
Supervise and mange resource mobilization efforts to ensure the sustainability of the program.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of all program activities and expenditures on an ongoing basis

Ensuring smooth implementation of relief and humanitarian food aid to poor and vulnerable
people in Gaza strip via targeting and mapping the beneficiaries, planning interventions either
food distribution, food for training, food for work, food vouchers and ensure the smooth supply
chain to end destination and monitoring distribution to beneficiaries .
Organizing and providing training for the local partners staff on programming, monitoring and
follow up, surveying, warehouses management, reporting, financial reporting, commodity
tracking.
Participate in preparing annual work plans of WFP office in Gaza , budget preparation and budget
control.
Designing and implementing the monitoring and evaluation database. Assessing the impact of the
intervention on beneficiaries .
Review and approve the narrative and financial reports of implementing partners (Ministry of
social affairs and NGOs).

needs of the recipient's organizations, providing training packages for recipient organizations.
Monitoring the implementation of the sub-grants and ensuring the adherence to the
