NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the lOth April, 2015
S.O. 998(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29B of the Industries
(Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government after considering the
recommendations made to it by the Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following further amendments in
the notification of Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial
Development) number S.O. 477(E) dated the 25th July, 1991, namely:-

In the said notification, in Schedule III relating to the 'List of Items Reserved for Exclusive
Manufacture in Small Scale Sector', serial numbers 3, 7, II, 13,47,79,253,308,313,314,319,335,364,
394,402,404,409,428, 447-A and 474 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
