and discussed as follows:

*Raw materials were completely purchased as per terms and condition of P.O ( from Thyeseri kruup- Germany
and Jindal.)

*Gasket production status:

Full face : total quantity 160 nos completed 100%
Spiral worm : total quantity 34225 completed 100%
RTJ : total quantity 1275 completed 800 nos. Balance quantity will be expected to complete by next week.
( Ready list and email copy were collected from the respective manager of the work shop and attached herewith)

*Internal inspection was carried out as per QTP and found satisfactory.

Final inspection with TPI was planned in two stages:

23rd may 2017 mechanical and chemical testing in private lab in Guindy, Chennai .
Witnessing is for RTJ gasket material only since the other two gasket material testing were waived by L&T
(Instructions received verbally by IGP Eng). Coupons for testing are ready with Vendors.
Inspection call raised for this testing witness today in my presence.
25tho or 26th may 2017 final inspection planned
Dimensions ,visual, PMI (only for RTJ),compression sealabilty , marking, color coding.

*Delivery: After completing testing and inspection, Planned for shipment on 30th may 2017 .All items in one lot.
