Market Description

One of the in-demand businesses in the industry today is the service sector. Fast
service, convenience and accommodation are the factors that customer consider
in their purchase decision making. These factors can be easily seen in businesses
that render service and Laundromat is considered as one of the amenity. These
factors are important to make a profit and a long-term success of the business.

Caloocan City is a highly urbanized city with a lot of business industry and
universities. Caloocan City is consists of 188 barangays with a total households
population of 1,583,978. The business shop is located at #505 A. Mabini St., 2nd
floor, Vizione Plaza Bldg., Caloocan City. Safety and security is also considered in
building a Laundromat Shop, it is reported as that the crime rate in City of

populations. Index crimes are crimes against person/s and properties. Caloocan
City is strategically located form the financial and industrial Centre of Metro
Manila. The City encourages economic growth providing incentives and initiating
policies that encourages more investments. They allow creating proper setting to
hasten increased economic activities within its capability , such as through the

The location of our soon to open business will be located at #505 A. Mabini St.,
2nd floor, Vizione Plaza Bldg., Caloocan City. The location is near SM
Sangandaan, City Hall of Caloocan, STI College Caloocan, UE Caloocan, AMA,
UCC, Ultramega, Victory Liner, and Victory Mall.

Caloocan City is the fourth most populous City in the Philippines. Residents there,
can speak both Filipino and English, while majority of them are speaking tagalog,
more than other languages and dialects. Like other cities in the country, the most
dominant in terms of religion is the Roman Catholic, but there are other religions,
such as Iglesia ni Cristo and Protestants.

Today it is a growing and developing highly-urbanized City that attracts

entrepreneurs to invest to its industry, since it is strategically located at the
Centre of Metro Manila. People residing there are classified from lower-lower to
upper-upper class.

Our target market are the students, professors, office workers, and residences which
were classified based on Geographic, Demographic, and Psychographic/Behavioral

The target area of our laundromat is within the Barangay, #505 A. Mabini St., Caloocan
City, and the near Barangays.
The large number of our market will come from the students and professors of the
University Hills residences where located near in our location.
