The article Optimizing Learning in College: Tips From Cognitive Psychology by

professors Adam L. Putnam, Victor W. Sunghasettee, and Henry L. Roediger is about what
college students could do differently to help them pass their classes. They specifically focus on
study habits. The authors use their research in cognitive psychology and experiences in the
