Responsible for Custom regulation, Custom Freelance

Responsible for Custom documents for Local area
Responsible for negotiation with custom office
Making invoice, packing list, bill of lading (by sea and air)
Coordinate with forwarder for delivery
Handling PEB,PIB, BC 23, 25, 27,30, 4.0, etc
Report directory to Manager

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

Age: 27-32
Gender: Male
Education: Bachelor Degree any major
Language: Fluent English both in speaking & writing
Experience: 3 years as Import-Export in Bonded Manufacturing (Kawasan Berikat)
Experience in Plastic and Injection Molding industry is preferable
Good understanding the custom system as Ceisa system
Preferably has Certificate of Customs training
Willing to work on Saturday if necessary

Melakukan monitoring kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan ekspor impor barang.

Bertanggung Jawab terhadap Customs Clearance.
Berkomunikasi dengan pihak bea cukai, forwarder dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya
untuk mengurus custom clearance dan transportasi barang ekspor impor.
Memantau kelancaran Shipment barang barang yang di ekspor / impor sampai
tempat tujuan.
Membuat Laporan Kepada Manajer.

PERSYARATAN

Usia Maximal 45 Thn.

Pendidikan Min. S1.
Pengalaman Min. 5 Tahun pada jabatan dan tanggung jawab yang sama.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris Aktif baik Lisan maupun Tulisan.
Memiliki kemampuan report writing yang baik.
Teliti dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan (Managerial Skill)
Mampu bekerja secara team maupun secara individual.
