Write interpretation of the data.

The enrolment of male pupils decreased from 1,567 in the SY 2014-


2015 to 1,487 in the SY 2015-2016. This is also the same when it comes to the
enrolment of female pupils which diminished from 1,375 in the SY 2014-2015
to 1,329 in SY 2015-2016

On the other hand, there is a big increase in the enrolment of male and
female pupils from 1,487 to 1,610 and 1,329 to 1,470, respectively during the
School Year 2015-2016 to 2016-2017.

The biggest source of school funding come


from the MOOE which is 49% of the funding
source. Other sources are canteen fund,
LGUs, and 22% from donors.

The dropout rate of the school increased by 1.55% from SY 2013- 2014 to SY
2014 2015, but has a decrease of .81% last School Year. The main reason
for pupils dropping out is due to Family Problems.

Based on PHIL IRI DATA, 90 pupils from frustration level was moved to
instructional and independent level. The graph shows there is visible
improvement in both instructional and independent levels. This shows
that the school is successful in the implementations of the school reading
program

18. Status of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects

The PTA has donated funds for the repainting and repair of
classrooms.
TT

The PTA is continuously supporting the school in our projects


and activities like the clean-up drive which was conducted last
September 21, 2016.

Provincial Government donated funds for the repainting the roof


of the school buildings

19. Other stakeholders accomplishments

Mangaldan Tennis Association (MTA) has tied up with the school to


rehabilitate our Tennis Court.

Mangaldan Central School Alumni donated funds for the rehabilitation and
other school improvements.

CENPELCO donated 12 LED Television sets for Grade IV to enhance the


learning process of our pupils.

Religious organization and Biskeg na Pangasinense in Canada donated


school bags with learners materials
