SSG-Guidelines for CLUB HUNTING DAY

Date of the club hunting day: July 1, 2017 (Monday)

Venue: Activity area
Allotted time: 1 hour for the am sessions and 1 hour for pm sessions
Time: 10:00 am- 11:00 am (Morning schedule)
2:00 pm- 3:00 pm (Afternoon schedule)
Open for: All students from Grade 7-10
Rules in joining clubs
1. Every student who want to join the different clubs open must sign the
registration form given by SSG officers a day before the club hunting.
2. Students must only have 2 clubs in. One for academic club and one for
the non-academic club.

Yes-O Club English Club
SSG Organization Science Club
Journalism Club (English/Filipino) T.L.E Club
CIC Crusaders Mathematics Club
Araling Panlipunan Club
Filipino Club
Mapeh Club

3. A student who has been elected as a core officer or elected the following
positions such as: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor,
Public Information Officers and PRO could not be elected again as part of
the core officials of the other clubs but he/she can be a part of it or be placed
in a lower position only (Representative or Member).
4. A booth for each organization is located at the Student Activity Area
where Club Advisers and teachers can have a time for orienting students
and also to persuade students to join their clubs.
5. The club hunting day will start at exact time and will end at exact time
given and allotted by.
6. SSG Officers must orient the students for a prelist of their clubs choice
and sent it to all Club Advisers for them to know how many participants
are expecting to come over.

Dear Sir Lozande,

A peaceful day!

May we request your good office to allow the SSG (Supreme Student Government) officers to conduct
and lead the Club Hunting Day this coming July 01, 2017 at the allotted time of 10:00 am- 11:00 am for the
AM SCHEDULE and 2:00-3:00 pm for the AFTERNOON SCHEDULE at the Student Activity Area with a theme
Searching Student Leaders for a Better Foundation of Leadership.

The said activity aims for facilitating the new set of student leaders in their perspective clubs.

In connection with this endeavour, may we request your good office to let us use some chairs and tables
(5) and also the activity area for this upcoming activity.
