Dear Sir/Madam,

The student of B.V.M. (An Autonomous Engineering Collage), Vallabh Vidyanagar, are to undertake the Industrial
training for their course work. This course work is compulsory component of their course curricular for the award of
degree. The training work can design analysis, fabrication, research oriented, industry based survey or modification,
improvement, innovation in the product or process. The student will be allowed (26th Dec, 2016 to 31st Dec, 2016)
in your industry/ Organization/ R&D Centre/ interdisciplinary project.

The present exercise will strengthen the Industrial-Institute and give adequate exposure to the graduating
engineering student to the industrial environment. BVM has adopted this concept of industrial work for the student
so that student can understand, learn and use resources from academic and from industrial environment and
research institution for the better knowledge. These types of innovation will be useful for the technical era.

I kindly request you to permit the following student to work in your Industry/Institute/R&D centre for the industrial
training in 4th semester begins from Jan 2017. I also request you to kindly allocate guide/ the industrial guide for the
said project along with contact number & email address.
