Greetings!

The Institute of Business and Public Affairs is currently on the stage of deploying
th
the 4 year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration students who were enrolled
in BA41-A with the course description of On-The-Job Training (240 hours) this 2 nd
semester; Academic Year 2017.

Along this undertaking, the undersigned respectfully request your good self to
allow and permit the following students to be deployed in your office for 200 hours
Outside OJT starting March 6, 2017.

2. Karl Franklin S. Abejuela

3. Neil Nio Apares

The students will be the one to provide their own bundy card for their time
schedules, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.
 Kindly inform the institute of their performance if they have complied the work
that were assigned to them through the evaluation form of the office, institute and/or the
HTEs( Host Training Establishment/s).
