I have launched Beauty Soap Which is very helpful for improving beauty of human.
Today everyone want to be very beautiful comparatively to others. Now days all
people facing such kind of problem the main cause of that work fatigue extra work
I have done one survey through interview method, questionnaire method and
got the data after analysis the data I decided now day’s special beauty soap is very
essential for people and then launched such kind of product.
The name of my beauty soap is ‘Orchid’ which is for all segments. I have
included all flavors and essential vitamins in my soap.

The Multipurpose Hair oil is the newly Innovated product By “Mira” Pvt. Ltd.
Today everyone from the Child to Yielder People who having hair or not?
Have need the oil because of growing the pollution in world and adverse effect of the
other product used on hair.
So I have decided to innovate multipurpose hair oil. Which can be used them
and fulfill their needs. The product which have introduce, is made by, “Ayurvedic”

Contest and customer purchased it because of certain characteristic like suitability,


quality, price, style, Standard Etc.

which suits them

Strategic planning

Strategic planning is the guide line for achieving the objective so there is specific strategy that I
adopt in my product. As my product daily needed then I need to use the various strategies and
policies to sale and increase the market share. In this planning most important is the pricing
policy as my product is different from other product but the product is in introduction stage so
cost oriented pricing is better for product. I can assure that no product should at loss since the
price covered all cost incur definitely. Cost furnishes good paint from which the competition and
price could begin in this method of pricing. I can additive fixed percentage to the out cost the
retail price of the product which my margin, wholesalers margin and retailers margin.

Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP)

1. Segmentation: - for segmentation of market I have used various stages such as survey
analysis and profiling.
2. Targeting: - as my targeted customers are from children’s to elder people.
3. Positioning: - as in introductory level the position of my product is osmanabad where and can
segment and target my customer and apply all strategies.

4 P’s

For marketing I am going to plan 4 P’s of marketing by keeping this aim
a) Product:- Good quality and innovative
b) Price:- Reasonable price
c) Promotion:- In such a way that reach to each and every people
d) Place: - the place where I m going to launch my product i.e. Osmanabad.

a. Product: - The product of my industry is as per the segmented and targeted customer,
the quality of our product is high as compared to available ranges of hair oils in the
market. I also take care of packaging, labeling, branding, research and improvement
because my product is fast moving consumable product and shall satisfy my
customer.

b. Price: - Price product will be fixed as per the cost incurred on the production as well
as on the basis of other types of substituted bag available in the market my aim is to
be provided good quality product 10 customer at reasonable prices as my product is
marketed as price oriented concept so my prices for bags.

c. Promotion:-
Today bag market is highly comparative promotion of the product in to
market is so important because it is the process connected with the distribution the goods
from the market to the consumer. For that purpose I used advertising of the bag to make
indentity of my product in short promotion is the bridge or connecting link covering the
gap between product & consumer.

d. Place :-
The place of my product for saying & manufacturing is Osmanabad because
the osmanabad is the district place & have railway station & bus stand Osmanabad is
situated in national highway no which goes from the city as well the customer for my
product is in huge no in Osmanabad because there is no of collage, schools, offices
available in osmanabad city as well district.
