I. DEFINITION
1.1. Production Planning and Control (PPC) A person/group of persons who responsible to create
production/operation planning and control to achieve short term and long term
operation/production efficiency and productivity and to reach target of operating profit and
EBITDA.

II. OBJECTIVE
OB Removal Procedure is established to:
To achieve targeted productivity/efficiency and EBITDA/Operating Profit.
To plan, organize, perform/accomplish, control the daily work order for land clearing, top soil
stripping, and OB removal in accordance to daily, weekly, and monthly target.
Guide mine operation (mine contractor) to perform activities of land clearing, top soil stripping, and
OB removal in accordance with work order issued by PPC to assure achievement of daily,
weekly, and monthly production target.
Closely monitor work order actual result of land clearing, top soil stripping, and OB removal from the
site in order to monitor any delay of daily and weekly production, so that Production Control
can provide feedback to Production Planning for recovery on daily and weekly basis.

III. SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work of this procedure is limited to the following activities:
Land Clearing
Top soil stripping
OB removal

IV. RESPONSIBILITY
4.1. Production Planning
4.1.1. Assure that Monthly Mine Plan is up to date.
4.1.2. Assure that Top Soil Removed Area-Data is available.
4.1.3. Assure that Blasted Area-Data is available.
4.1.4. Assure Equipment and Operator Readiness.
4.1.5. Assure Disposal Area Availability.
4.1.6. Assure thah actual achievement from previous operation is available.
4.1.7. Create work order based on working plan, recomendations, and the last actual field
condition to reach daily EBITDA/OPERATING PROFIT margin.
4.1.8. Release Daily Work Order.
4.2. Mine Engineer
4.2.1. Develop working plan for overburden removal & disposal -based on Pit design,
disposal, road and drainage/water management.
4.2.2. Collect all recommendations.
4.2.3. Revise OB Removal and Dumping Working Plan.
4.3. Mine Operation
4.3.1. Make recommendation based on process sequence and consideration on activity.
4.3.2. Joint Survey and Stake out (pick up data) area and signed by Install ribbon at removal
and disposal area.

and disposal area.
4.6.2. Perform OB Removal activity.
4.6.3. Fill Crosscheck form (for every single truck passing check point) and sign at pit.
4.6.4. Perform OB dumping.
4.6.5. Sign Crosscheck form (for every trip).
4.6.6. Joint survey to measure OB removal and disposal distance-and calculation.
4.6.7. Prepare Final Report/Berita Acara-attach WO and Survey Report.
