CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FRIENDSHIP/SISTER-CLUB

RELATION BY AND BETWEEN:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The ROTARACT CLUB OF CEBU MABOLO COMMUNITY BASED sponsored by the Rotary Club of Cebu Mabolo
of Rotary International District 3860, duly represented by its President MS. GENEVA C. UY, Officers and
Members for Rotary Year 2015-2016;
And

The ROTARACT CLUB OF TAGUM NORTH PALM CITY CHAPTER COMMUNITY BASED sponsored by the
Rotary Club of Tagum North of Rotary International District 3860, duly represented by its President
MR. EXCELSIS DEO BALDONADO, Officers and Members for Rotary Year 2015-2016;

-witnesseth-

WHEREAS, the officers and members of the Rotaract Club of Cebu Mabolo under R.I. District 3860, Cebu,
Philippines and the Rotaract Club of Tagum North Palm City Chapter under R.I. District 3860, Tagum,
Philippines, firmly believe that the signing of sister-club relationship between the two clubs will strengthen the
mutual understanding and promote goodwill and friendship between the officers and members of two
Rotaract Clubs and their respective communities;

WHEREAS, the officers and members of the above-mentioned clubs likewise firmly believed that the
establishment of sister-club relations between the two Rotaract Clubs shall be a concrete step to discover
new approaches in pursuing common efforts in undertaking club, community, professional, international, and
youth service projects that will give life and meaning to the observance of Rotary;

WHEREAS, the officers and members of the two clubs has agreed to execute this MEMORANDUM to
document their above understanding and commitments;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above covenant and agreement, the parties hereto, by
these:

That a sister-club relationship between Rotaract Club of CEBU MABOLO under R.I. District 3860, Cebu,
Philippines and the Rotaract Club of Tagum North Palm City Chapter under R.I. District 3860, Tagum,
Philippines, are hereby established for a period of one year from the execution hereof, renewable for the
same period upon mutual agreement of the parties hereto;

That to implement and carry out the purpose and objectives of this Sister-Club agreement, both clubs shall
endeavor to promote and develop mutual understanding, friendship and goodwill; undertake joint projects
such other service projects as may be agreed upon;
That to put into effect exchange visits among their respective members;

That all business matters concerning both clubs are to be discussed and mutually agreed upon, as the case
may be;

That both parties are not restricted by this Agreement o sign sister-club agreement with other clubs, provided
both clubs duly notify each other of such event;

That if feasible, upon mutual consent, at least once a Rotary Year, a joint meeting shall be held to
commemorate the signing of this Agreement, the venue to be designated on an alternate basis or on a neutral
place, with the concurrence of the Presidents of both clubs.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 04TH day of September, 2015 in Cebu
City, Philippines.
