Who Am I?

Hi.

My name is Alex, a FORMER obese and hypertensive.

I am a medical doctor, who has always been fascinated by the art of natural
healing applied to common chronic diseases like obesity, hypertension, and
diabetes.
These illnesses affect many people worldwide.
To find natural answers to these diseases, I devoted much of my time
consuming information on the science of nutrition and exercise.

I relentlessly experimented on myself and applied everything I learned in

order to reverse the cardiovascular risk factors that I once had.

Now, I have managed and improved my own problematic health

parameters, inspired by the works of renowned new-generation nutrition
scientists and doctors, coupled with my own experience.

I am a FORMER obese and hypertensive.

I accomplished it because of the 5 tips that I am about to share to you in

the following sections.

These are some of the same methods I used to GET ME OFF my daily drug
doses for hypertension.

I am now free of high blood pressure.

13 years have passed since my last hypertensive attack, and never again!

This short e-book can be the key for you to become drug-dependent no
more.

Follow the 5 tips here and lower your blood pressure in 7 days!

What Is Really The Problem?

Below are two quick facts just to give you a context on why we have to be
dead serious about this lower your blood pressure issue.
Figures show the top 10 leading causes of death in the world, 2000 and
2015.

Graph 2. Top 10 leading causes of death in the world (year 2015).

Closely looking at the two graphs, obviously, the numbers even went up
from year 2000!

According to WHO, ischaemic heart disease and stroke are the worlds
biggest killers, accounting for a combined 15 million deaths in 2015.

These diseases have remained the leading causes of death globally in the
last 15 years.

What is frustrating is the fact that despite all the advances in medical
management of the risk factors contributing to heart disease and stroke,
the numbers continue to rise and patients are yet to be saved from these
dreadful complications.

What is Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)?

Hypertension is having a blood pressure reading of:

SYSTOLIC: 140 and above

DIASTOLIC: 90 and above

Although 90% of hypertension causes are highly attributed to genetic

predisposition, there are also other causes like substance abuse, kidney
disease, hormonal problems, and many more.

Either be it because of genetics or environmental influences, the end

results are the same.

If hypertension is left untreated, it can damage primarily your heart,

brain, and kidneys.

Its Now or Never

Elvis Presley is one of my musical influences. I am a hard core fan.

And before you judge me how old I might be and associate the idea of my
old age with why I had high blood pressure in the past, let me tell you
straight that you are wrong.

I was only 26 when I developed hypertension and now I am barely 40.

I just really love listening to music legends.

Now, going back...

So what has the legendary rock star have to do with you and your blood
pressure?

Let me borrow the title of one of his all-time favourite songs.

Its Now or Never

Why wait when you can TAKE ACTION TODAY?

Why delay until the time comes that you might be on TONS of drugs and
with HUNDREDS of complications already?

Today is tomorrow. Its now or never.

By obtaining a copy of this e-book, you just made the right choice.

I congratulate you for finally choosing to start breaking-up with your

long-time partner, HYPERTENSION.

body to undergo natural healing so that it can revert back to its original
state.

Tip # 1: Cut Back On Salt

Although SALT is essential for human survival, I believe that the current
generation is consuming too much of it.

Excessive salt intake is highly associated with hypertension.

Salt causes WATER RETENTION and this will result to higher blood
pressure.

When I talk about salt, I am not only referring to the actual table salt that
we use every day. It also includes all the foods that are actually high in
SODIUM.
A perfect example is PROCESSED FOOD.

Look at the supermarkets and grocery stores. There is almost nothing

you can find that is not loaded with sodium canned goods, crackers,
frozen meat, and many more.

For the sake of comparison and to give you an idea, take note that one
teaspoonful of salt contains 2,325 mg sodium.

Now, if you have high blood pressure, you need to REDUCE your salt
intake to less than 1,500 mg per day.

Let me give you an example, below is a screen shot of an instant noodle

product:

This single pack of instant noodle contains 530mg of sodium already.

www.tabachoyacademy.com Page 11
Tabachoy Academy - Hypertension Backwards 2017

Not only is its sodium content very high, it is also made up of saturated
fats. Being it only 60-gram per serving, I bet one pack is not even enough
to fill you up!

If you love eating instant noodles or any other instant foods or

processed foods, maybe now is the time to re-evaluate your pantry and
start checking the food labels.

Here is another example:

BACON. Many love eating bacon.

But if you have high blood pressure, you have to taper your consumption.

Here is the reason why:

Source: nutritiondata.self.com

An OUNCE of bacon already contains 398mg of sodium. You may want

to ask yourself, How much do you usually eat in one sitting?
I bet more than that

www.tabachoyacademy.com Page 12
Tabachoy Academy - Hypertension Backwards 2017

To complete the set of examples, here is the last one: KETCHUP

commonly used EVERYDAY.

Lets take a look how much sodium we ingest every time we put liberal
amounts of ketchup into our burgers or French fries.

Say for this example we spread out 2 table spoons or roughly an ounce

Source: nutritiondata.self.com

A whopping 312 mg!

You already know where I am heading at.

So from this time on, always check your food labels.

TIP #1:
If you want to bring down your blood pressure quickly, you
have to REDUCE YOUR SALT (SODIUM) INTAKE.

Cure high blood pressure without taking drugs!

Tip # 2: Eat Foods High in Potassium

From the previous section, I told you to avoid SALT.

In this section, Ill tell you exactly what is the other mineral that counters
the high blood pressure effect of salt POTASSIUM.

Long time ago, when high blood pressure was not yet so common and
food processing was not yet utilized, our ancestors would consume lots of
NATURAL FOODS in the form of vegetables and fruits.

If you are to get the ratio of their potassium and sodium based on their
consumption, it would be somewhere around 3(K):1(Na).

This means that their diet is very rich in potassium and low in sodium.

Nowadays, the opposite is true.

The age of industrialization paved way for fast acquisition and
preservation of so many foods processed foods.

Sad to say, a typical potassium-to-sodium ratio of many peoples diet

nowadays looks like this: 1(K):3(Na)!

No wonder there are so many with high blood pressure in this

generation.

www.tabachoyacademy.com Page 14
Tabachoy Academy - Hypertension Backwards 2017

Having said all these, it is apparent that if we want to restrict our sodium
intake to reduce our blood pressure, the opposite HOLDS TRUE for
potassium.

Getting enough potassium is essential in controlling and regulating

blood pressure.

Take note, however, I am referring to NATURAL SOURCES or potassium

only and not tablet forms.

Lets take banana for example. Bananas are packed with high potassium
content.

Researchers supported by the US Food and Drug Administration have

claimed that people having diets rich in potassium such as banana had
reduced risk of high blood pressure and stroke.

There are still so many choices out there where you can obtain foods high
in potassium.

Here are some examples to name a few:

Avocado
Guava
Pomelo
Orange
Cantaloupe
Tomato
Kale
Zucchini
Spinach
Grapes

TIP #2:
If you want to bring down your blood pressure, you can eat
FOODS HIGH IN POTASSIUM.

Reverse your high blood pressure without taking drugs now

Tip # 3: Avoid Excessive Consumption of Alcohol

This is almost self-explanatory.

Consuming too much alcohol raises your blood pressure. The alcohol
itself is toxic if consumed in significant amounts and is deleterious to
your general health.

It increases your risk of liver damage, obesity, weakened heart, cancer,

and high triglycerides.

Although it is known that alcohol can be beneficial for health, that is, if it
is consumed moderately.

A-Ha!

You thought, you might have had a loophole finally!

Either you have your own definition of how much moderate means,
well, below is the technical definition that you must consider.

www.tabachoyacademy.com Page 16
Tabachoy Academy - Hypertension Backwards 2017

Moderation means:

A drink:
355 mL of beer
148 mL of wine
44mL of 40% distilled spirits

Men <65 years of age: Two (2) drinks a day

Men >65 years of age and Women of any age: One (1) drink a
day

If you are dead serious in reducing your blood pressure, it would be

more effective if you stop drinking for now while waiting for your
blood pressure to normalize.

TIP #3:
If you want to bring down your blood pressure, AVOID
ALCOHOL OR DRINK IN MODERATION.

Time to get your health back on track now.

Tip # 4: Exercise

Regular physical activity makes your heart healthier.

Aerobic or cardiovascular exercise for example, provides the best benefit

in lowering your blood pressure.

Exercising opens up your blood vessels and makes your heart stronger.

Both of these lead to a more effective PUMPING HEART and LOWER

TOTAL RESISTANCE in your arterial system.

In effect LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE!

Weight loss, lower bad cholesterol, increased good cholesterol, and a

sense of general well-being, are some other benefits that you can get
from regular exercise.

Just as an example above, that is me doing a number of push-ups along

the shores of Fajardo's Beach Resort in Bataan, Philippines.

This is after running a few kilometres for 20 minutes.

You can do so many other types of exercise that you think will suit you
depending on your fitness level.

www.tabachoyacademy.com Page 18
Tabachoy Academy - Hypertension Backwards 2017

You can choose from:

Bicycling
Running
Swimming
Walking
Dancing
Cross Training
Household chores like mopping or scrubbing the floor and mowing the
lawn
Many more

As a general goal, you should aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity
on most days of the week. It can be continuous or even distributed
throughout the day (10 minutes x 3 for example) if you dont have the luxury
of time.

The point here is, move around if you can!

TIP #4:
If you want to bring down your blood pressure, BE PHYSICALLY
ACTIVE or EXERCISE AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES A WEEK.

Beat high blood pressure!

Tabachoy Academy - Hypertension Backwards 2017

Tip # 5: Stop Smoking

This is a no-brainer.

Smoking slowly kills you every day and nothing can be further from the
truth.

Aside from directly elevating your blood pressure, cigarette smoking

introduces thousands of carcinogenic toxins and free radicals that destroy
the walls of your arteries.

It also increases the level of bad cholesterol that eventually deposits

into your damaged blood vessel wall.

Sorry but there is no other way around this but to QUIT.

All your efforts of bringing your blood pressure down will be futile if you
dont end the bad habit.

TIP #5:
If you want to bring down your blood pressure, STOP SMOKING.

Cure high blood pressure without taking drugs!

Tip # 6:

ALWAYS TAKE TIME TO UNWIND AND SPEND

ENJOYABLE TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.
IT IS PERHAPS ONE OF THE BEST WAYS TO RELIEVE
YOU FROM YOUR STRESS.

LESS STRESS = LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

Tip # 7:

ALWAYS PRAY AND SURRENDER YOURSELF TO THE

LORD.
THANK HIM FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE NO
MATTER WHAT HEALTH STATUS YOU ARE IN NOW.
HE IS THE DIVINE HEALER AND IF YOU WILL HAVE
FAITH -
THE BEST FOR YOUR HEALTH IS STILL YET TO
COME

Tabachoy Academy - Hypertension Backwards 2017

If you apply these five tips + the two, you will be not that far from a
healthier new you.

Now this doesnt mean that after 7 days, you can revert back to your old
habits. Dont stop following all the modifications that you have learned until
you reach your target blood pressure.

Do not worry if you think that your progress is slower than what you have
expected.

This is not a race and natural healing varies between individuals.

These tips worked for me, why not for you too?

If you would prefer not to modify your nutrition and lifestyle because it is
easier to pop in pills into your mouth every now and then, good luck

Remember, as Albert Einstein once said:

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting
different results

It took you years to develop your condition so give yourself some time to
recover. You just have to give back your body the right nourishment and
remedy it needs so that it can heal.

Be patient and be consistent.

At the end of the day, it is your HEALTH that will always be your most
important WEALTH
