MISSION - Our purpose:

Sustainable and consistent high quality can only be achieved with clearly defined
processes and procedures which are implemented and regularly maintained.

The International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) was developed and is


promoted by the European Rail Industry Association (UNIFE) in order to define
requirements, tools and means to improve the quality of rail products.

Our goal is to increase customer satisfaction through continuous and tangible


improvement of product performance and quality within our sector worldwide.
