San Andreas State Emergency Services Civilians Policy

1. Scenarios
1.1. When Making A Scenario, Make Sure The Following Rules Are Follows:

1.1.1. Relates To Real TIme Events.

1.1.2. Not Involves Mass Killing (Maximum 2 Deaths)

1.1.3. Scene Must Not Be Impossible For Members To Resolve (Must

Be Realistic)

2. Civilian/Roleplayer (Civilian I)

2.1. Can Commit Major And Minor Crimes.

2.2. In Order To Become This Level You Must Demonstrate Good

Roleplaying And Behavior To The Head Of Civilian Operations.

3. Civilian/Roleplayer (Civilian II)

3.1. Can Commit Minor Crimes And Assist In Committing Major Crimes.
EX: Being The Passenger Of A Car While In A Traffic Pursuit.

3.2. The Civilian II Rank May Perform Priorities But They Need
Permission To Do So.

3.3. To Earn This Rank You MUST Demonstrate Good Roleplaying And
Behavior To The Head Of Civilian Operations.

4. Civilian/Roleplayer (Civilian III)

4.1. This Rank Can Only Commit Minor Crimes Such As, Traffic
Violations, Fires, Medical Calls, And Accidents. They Are Also The
Ones Who Will Report Incidents.

4.2. This Rank Isnt Allowed To Perform The Following Calls:

4.2.1. Any Calls involving Firearms.

4.2.2. Any Calls Involving Suicides.

4.2.3. Any Calls Involving Pursuits.

4.3. Can Run From Police If Permission Is Obtained From Departmental

Staff Or The Highest Ranking Member In Game i.e. A Director.
 5. Pursuits And Priorities

5.1. When You Are Being Chased/Or Resisting Arrest, The Following
Should Be Followed:

5.1.1. Pursuits Arent Fun For The Cops, So Keep Them Easy And
Not All The TIme.

5.1.2. Pursuits Are Not To Go Out Of District.

5.1.3. Super Cars Or ANY Heavily Modified Personal car And Police
Cars Are STRICTLY Prohibited For THe Civilian To Be Driving.

5.2. Off Roading Is Allowed But The Following Restrictions Are In Place:

5.2.1. MUST Be Realistic. (Do Not Go Off Cliffs, Hill Drops Over 100
FT And Cruisers Are Not Acceptable)

5.2.2. If You Flip Your Vehicle At All The Pursuit Must Stop.

5.2.3. If You Already Conducted A Pursuit You must Wait 15 Real

Life Minutes To Conduct Another One.

6. Calling Into 911

6.1. When Calling In, The Following Guidelines Must be Followed:

6.1.1. You Must Provide Enough Information For One Call, Not
Multiple.

6.1.2. You Must Provide The Street And Cross Street By Pressing
Down On The Dpad.

6.1.3. Must Describe What's Going On And Tell Them THe House
Address (Make Up one If Needed)

6.1.4. Provide Calls By Sending An Ingame Message To The

Dispatcher, Via Zello 911 Channel.
