PLANNING:

Prepare the Procurement & Progress Schedules.

Consolidate Daily, weekly and monthly reports for analysis as per schedule.

Prepare “2 Weeks, 4 Weeks” Look Ahead Program Schedules.

Exposure of progress by means of S-Curves, bar charts, PERT charts & Histograms
using MS office and Primavera.
Prepare and implement recovery plans, in case of delayed work activities on schedule.
(Done by scrutinizing the lack of delay and finding retentive measures.)
Preparation of invoices for Client & Subcontractor Bills.
