CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract, made and entered into by and between:

Claret-ZC General Alumni Association, Inc., an organization duly registered

and existing by virtue of law and herein represented by the Interim President, Peter L.
Medalle, with office at Claret School of Zamboanga City, and herein referred to as the
Association;
AND
TERESITA DURANGO, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at Ruste Drive,
San Jose, Zamboanga City, and herein referred as the Contractee;
WITNESSETH:

1. That the Association hereby hires the services of the Contractee for the
purpose of attending to the administrative and office works that need to be
done at the Alumni Office of the Association;

2. That the Contractee shall render services, devoting her full skill and attention
to the performance of her functions and duties;

3. That the Association agrees to pay to the Contractee the sum of Three
Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P3,500.00) per month for services rendered;

4. That this Contract shall be in force and effect for a period of One (1) year,
beginning on October ____, 2008. This Contract may be renewed upon the
mutual agreement of the herein parties;

5. That the Contractee hereby accepts this Contract and agrees to render service
under the terms and conditions herein provided.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this ____
day of October 2008, in Zamboanga City, Philippines.
