Dayton Christian School Athletic Booster Club

2010 – 2011 Membership

Dayton Christian athletics needs your support! The Booster Club is a non-profit volunteer
organization that supports all athletic programs within the Dayton Christian school system.
Your membership in the Booster Club will provide financial support to the athletic
programs, so our young people can continue to develop character qualities that extend far
beyond the field of play.

Please review the information below and select a level of participation on the following
page. All Booster members whose memberships are received by August 13th, 2010 will
have their name printed in the fall and winter programs.

The Boosters provided over $30,000 of assistance in the 2009-2010 school year. Please
help us continue and grow this support by joining the Dayton Christian Booster Club today.

1. Single membership - $25 contribution entitles you to free admission to all high
school home games of a single sport. You will receive one “DC Warriors” decal.

2. Family membership - A $45 contribution entitles your family (maximum of 2

people) to free admission to all high school home games of a single sport. You will also
receive two “DC Warriors” decals.

3. Gold single membership - A $75 contribution entitles you to free admission to all
junior high and high school home athletic events. You will also receive one “DC
Warriors” decal and 6 coupons to receive free food and drink items from the concession
stand.

4. Gold family membership - A $140 contribution entitles you and your family
(maximum of 2 people) to free admission to all junior high and high school home
athletic events. You will also receive two “DC Warriors” decals and 12 coupons to
receive free food and drink items from the concession stand.
