Ticket Coordinator: Plans and creates events that are typically off campus. This coordinator is
responsible for any concerts, theatrical productions, or activities that would involve ticket sales once
approved. The ticket coordinator will be heavily involved with negotiating fees, and researching
engaging off-campus actives for students and faculty.
Seasonal Events Coordinator: Inspires and plans events that are festive and commonly seasonally
related. This position is a special opportunity to embrace each season and plan programs and events that
may eventually become annual events.
Special Events Coordinator: Researches and plans new and fun activities, occasionally focusing and
exploring other cultures and channeling them into fun events. The special coordinator’s events should
focus on engaging Washington State University Vancouver’s diverse student demographic. Programs
can address topics such as art, religion, race, sexual orientation, and more.
Community Service Events Coordinator: Connects students to local neighborhoods by offering
opportunities that allow students to reach out and serve the Vancouver community. This particular
coordinator should possess a passionate desire to help ASWSUV establish a constant presence in the
community. An additional goal for this position would be to increase student awareness and
involvement with local activities.

All  positions  require  a  minimum  of  four  office  hours  and  receive  a  $500  
stipend  each  semester.  In  order  to  consider  your  application  fully
