THE LABORATORY SHOULD ONLY BE ACCESSED WHEN

NEEDED & LACK OF FACILITATORS. The laboratory should
always have a facilitator when the room is being used or
even open, If not in used, the room should be locked.
Administrative control is the kind of control needed in this
situation.

THE MACHINE EQUIPMENT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE

STUDENTS. Engineering is the answer in this problem. The
students might damage the machines due to this arrangement
or even the students might be the one will be in danger when
near this mechanical machines. The solution to this is that
there should be a separate room of the machines to the
students like room in H202.

LACK OF DOS & DONTS IN THE LAB AND THE SIGNAGE

ARE TOO SMALL. There should be more signs within the
laboratory for what should be done or not during experiments.
The signs should be enlarged for all who enters the room can
see it immediately.
 Old pipes should be remove and replace. This
might endanger the students when the pipes are being
used. It is that Engineering control will help solve this
situation.

Lack of fire extinguisher &

unsanitary areas in the
laboratory.Personal Protective
Equipment is the answer for the
fire extinguisher, Administrative
control for sanitary problem.

Air vents or air ducts is needed when in emergency. The

windows are not sufficient enough. Engineering control-by way of
building air vents.
