RH Temperature is read by the control system at a high temperature point.


AH The actual high temperature (measure by reference device).
RL Temperature is read by the control system at the low temperature point.
AL The actual low temperature (measure by reference device).
Setting temperature done by changing the read temperature to be equal to the actual temperature.
Deference between actual to read of 0.5C is acceptable
To store the setting move the cursor to SET and press UP key that will cause the changes to be stored

The main couple of components of the system are the following:


1. Controller - Controlling the sterilizing process of the autoclave.
2. Touch Screen - Providing user interface for the autoclave operator.
3. Electrical PLC Box

The Secondary components of the system are the following:


1. Printer Providing the process information and data of the cycle by Numeric or Graphic formation.
2. Ethernet Switch Enable multiple Ethernet cable connection ports for LAN network communication,
up to 5 ports.
3. Barcode Providing Barcodes scanning pre cycle start, up to 20 scans (items).
4. Independent recorder.
5. SCADA PC View and control the Autoclave remotely and establishing cycle reports, up to 16
machines.

The Main Board
y , which controls and monitors the pphysical
Contains the electronic microcontroller system, y pparameters of the pprocess
and performs the operation sequence of the machine according to the selected program.
The dimensions of the main board are 30x15x10cm.
The main board contains the following elements:
16 digital inputs
24 digital outputs
6 PT 100 inputs
7 Inputs of 4 20Ma to read pressure/sensor for another 4-20Ma
voltage inputs for the electrode for water level
2 analog outputs of 4 20mA
Serial ports
CPU or a number of CPUs.
At least 2 ADC's for reading temperature and pressure sensors.
Each ADC maintains at least 3 temperature sensors (PT100),
( ) and 3 pressure sensors (4 ( 20mA). )
All connections to the main board are via rigid contactors for quick, efficient and dismantling and transport.
