Netiquette is the combination of two words-network and etiquette. Netiquette is a set of rules of
how a person should behave online.
THE CORE RULES OF NETIQUETTE

10 Core Rules of Online Behavior
1-Remember the human-be careful with words. They can come back to trouble you.
2: Adhere to the same standards of behavior online that you follow in real life. Keep ethics in
check.
3-Know where you are in cyberspace. Each domain is different.
4-Respect other peoples time and bandwidth.
5-Make yourself look good online. You will be judged on the quality of your writing. No
offensive language.
6-Share expert knowledge. If you know facts, share them
7-Help keep flame wars under control. Dont gossip or cause drama.
8-Respect other people's privacy.
9-Don't abuse your power
10-Be forgiving of other people's mistakes.
