My name is Sadiq Adisa Bello. I am a graduate of Humber College ITAL. I have an academic
background in Nursing and Project Management. I have over 1200 hours of clinical experience
in both long term care and acute care settings. My desire, enthusiasm and strong work ethics
have contributed towards achieving my learning and strategic goals. I was privilege to work in a
team environment at Point west Living, where I demonstrated leadership and conflict
management skills. My role as the night floor Licensed practical nurse afforded me to balance
task around tight schedule. I was in charge of three personal care workers, assigning duties and
liaising with them in professional manner. I worked as a personal support worker at the
Westbury long term care; taking care of resident and attending to their daily needs. I had
clinical placement at McCall Centre Extendicare, William Osler Orthopedic unit and The
Westbury long term care. I gained much knowledge in prioritization of client, client
assessments, documentation of clients and medication administration.

I also gained experience and knowledge in post-operative care for orthopedics patients while at
William Osler Hospital Etobicoke as I was able to demonstrate theoretical knowledge in active
settings. I collaborated with the nursing team, physiotherapist and other health care workers
on the unit to provide holistic care to clients. I am very dedicated at meeting care needs of
client and I have the abilities to adapt to changes in work environment. I am willing to learn and
