Responsible for timely and cost effective recruitment of high caliber personnel to
meet the manpower requirement of the company and discuss recruitment
strategies and detailed action plans with line managers.
To make, review and examine job descriptions/job requirements of all positions to
be filled, ensure that applicants comply to established minimum qualifications
criteria.
Constantly liaise with Operations team and line managers in developing strategies
to consider long term and immediate staff requirements in terms of numbers and
skill levels.
Receive recruitment requests and compare requested head count increase with
the budgeted plan for each department
Ensuring that department managers receive an accurate and timely assistance in
response to particular queries related to HR policies or other aspects of
employment regulations.
Upgrade and research on recruitment and selection tools and keep abreast with
market trends to enhance companys ability to attract talent. Identify and
coordinate with recruitment agencies on local and regional levels to ensure
adequate supply of foreign employees.
Execute the recruitment and selection process in coordination with the requesting
manager and candidate. Interpreting and notifying employees on employment
regulations.

Leading Recruitment Team on staffing, hiring and deployment on timely, closely
working with Technical Director and HODs and making job descriptions according
to their requirements
Making job postings on various job portals and updating time to time, CV
searching, pre-selection, conducting preliminary interview, consulting HRD and
developing job offers and negotiating with candidates.
Negotiate manpower service contracts and rates, review and endorse related
invoices as and when required.
Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff
