Sir/Madam:

It is a great honor and pleasure to submit our proposal; we offer our service under the following
terms, conditions and specifications:

1. Well Parameters
a. Drilling Method rotary operated with diamond drilling bit (mini rotary)
b. Size of Pilot Hole 2 diameter hole
c. Reaming of Borehole 3 - 56 from 0 to ground
d. Use of 6 diameter PVC orange pipes series 1000 for Blanking Casing
e. Use of 4 diameter PVC for well Casing (orange pipe)
f. Use of 1 GI Pipes fro Rise Line

2. Scope of Work
a. Mobilization of Drilling equipment and personnel
b. Site preparation and set up of equipment
c. Preparation of water supply for drilling
d. Pilot hole drilling
e. Reaming of surface casing
f. Continuation of pilot drilling
g. Well logging and formation sampling
h. Application of Benthonite powder / Bonthonite powder
i. Reaming of production holes
j. Well design, preparation of casing / screen
k. Installation of permanent casing, screen and centralizer
l. Well developing application / surging
m. Installation of submersible pump of pumping test
n. Pump test / GPM record, duration and drawdown
o. Installation of compatible pump
p. Installation of pipe and permanent wiring and control
r. Demobilization and site clean up

3. Duration of Work:

Above all scope of work shall be completed within 25 days. However should be there
caving or losing if the underground which may be encountered; the contractor has the right to extend the
time to finish the work depending upon the nature extent of wok required for the reason or the said
circumstance.
 4. Labor, Cost and Materials:

a. Mobilization of drilling rig

b. Drilling of 200 ft. depth
c. Cost of Benthonite powder
d. Labor cost of perforation and installation of pipe casing
e. 6 pcs PVC Pipe 6 Blanking Casing(orange)
f. 21 pcs PVC Pipe 4 circumference for permanent casing
g. 10 pcs GI pipe 1 for riser pipe

Subtotal net of labor, costs and materials Php 450,800.00

Add: submersible pump and labor installation and accessories

a. 1 unit submersible pump, Goulds Pump Model 25 gs 30

Stainless pump coupled with Franklin Electric Submersible Motor
Single-Phase, Goulds 230 V, 3450/RPM 5 hp 60HZ
b. 1 set control box
c. 1 set scotch splicing kit
d. 1 set panel control
e. 70M. submersible cable #10 Awg 3c
f. 2 roll rubber tape / electrical tape
g. 1 roll suspension 3 wire

Add : labor installation of 1 unit submersible pump Php 10,000.00

Add. Labor and rental of pumping test for 6 hours Php 10,000.00

5. Mode of payment:

a) 50 percent down payment

b) 30 percent after drilling process
c) 10 percent after installation of casing
d) 10 percent upon completion

6. Other conditions:

a. Please provide water and electricity during the drilling operation for our crew and make the
drilling site accessible for us.
b. In case of dry drilling or if the well is not suitable to be quipped 50% of labor cost shall be
borne by your good self.
c. Drilling operation will stop when sufficient source of water is already met for the required
deep because it might penetrate beyond the water bed that will cause loose water of deep well
(case to case basis only)
