11.08.16 for service of DG set installed at 220KV Bhadana.

intimated that there is no labour part involved in the work order due to
clerical mistake in the quotation submitted at first instance.
In view of above, the work order no 17/TS/vn/Rohtak

Subject: Approval of names of contractors for floating limited tender

enquiry for repairing of trench culvert at 132KV S/Stn HVPNL,
Jhajjar.

Please refer to SSE, 132KV S/Stn HVPNL. Jhajjar office memo no-
23/MPJH-1 dated 30.01.17 regarding issue of work order for repairing/recreation
of trench culvert which was got damaged during the augmentation of 132/33KV,
40/50MVA transformer T-3 at 132KV S/Stn Jhajjar. The said trench culvert is
existing at the entrance way of yard due to which the entrance of any kind of
vehicle is not possible in the yard in emergent conditions. The said work for
repairing/ recreation of trench culvert has to be done in emergency. Accordingly

Engineer/ Planning, HVPNL, Panchkula office memo no- R-1293/Ch-
63/NCR/RTK/393 dated 11.08.2014.
In this regard said the estimate is submitted after attending the
observation as per approval accorded vide Chief Engineer/ Planning, HVPNL,
Panchkula office memo no- R-1293/Ch-63/NCR/RTK/393 dated 11.08.2014. So
the same estimate is resubmitted for getting sanctioned from the competent
authority.
